The manager is consistently rude and it definitely trickles down to the employees. She is cynical, tacky, and unhelpful. I shop for the ranch every Sunday, spending $25k+ per year at TSC. I am a preferred plus neighbor that has enjoyed my experience at every other TSC in the area. I learned a year ago to avoid the Stateline Ave. store and just go on to Ashdown. My most recent trip just reminded me of this lesson I should have remembered.

Always spend more than I want to. Always need more than I go in for, and my wife always finds something to get. Normally, it's chicks, or ducklings, or goslings, but she always seems to find something.... Useful place to have around, just hard on the wallet.

Went for a propane refill. I interacted with one staff member as she was walking out to fill propane for another customer. She was very nice and told me how the process worked. Painless, friendly, and I got to pay outside because she had a mobile terminal. I paid for the exact amount of propane I needed, not that flat-rate business some places try to pull.

I'm always here to tell the truth so I'm a start by saying I could have been a little bit more humble than I was but it all worked out,I made an online order of nemex 2 wormer for my dog that wasn't in the store so the lady filling my order requested another brand for my puppy a 6 week old bully pitbull puppy that got sick like instantly after I gave it to him but he didn't look bad so I didn't think nothing of it but I woke up the next morning and he was gone I know it wasn't because of the dosage because I followed the instructions on the bottle and please before I go any further I'm not gonna say it was the lady's fault my dog died but I do think it's a possibility that it was the medicine I gave hiim other than that and her slight attitude at first tractor supply was a cool place to shop and the people are kind

I walked in and the cashier was waiting on a customer laughing and talking to him.so I got what I wanted and went to pay for my stuff and she didn't say anything to me.She was a black. So I said Why did you greet him and not me? I forgot he was a white guy..

Tractor supply has always been one of my favorite stores.It's a place that both my dad and I enjoy shopping at together.They have an excellent selection of pet and livestock supplies and feed.I love it when Christmas comes around they stock one of the best selections of gifts around.Some of the children things make me feel like a kid again.

Love this store!!! I had a special request recently, and the manager of this store and the Texarkana store handled it with ease. Highly recommend both locations! Always friendly staff! I can take my dog in with me too, which is always a plus. The baby chicks are here too, have to stop by and see them!

I was very impressed with customer service by staff member KeKe, I needed to purchase animal feed that was currently out of stock at Texarkana location she offered to call other locations to check availability and I was able to purchase feed at Tractor Supply in New Boston. Thank you for your assistance.

I just called the store and asked if an item was in stock. The lady was rude, sounded like I interrupted her day or something, tells me it's not. I asked if she could check nearby tractor supply stores on her area. She was rude again. Then she lied, saying that they can't see their information and can't contact them to see if they have what I wanted. I guess in Louisiana the capabilities are different because the folks here are always helpful, checking other stores nearby and calling them to verify the inventory is still available. You know, friendly and helpful customer service. It goes a long way. I don't think I'll ever shop at this store again.

I always get my dog food there and the associates are always so helpful and friendly. They carry the cutest t-shirts at great prices and have tons of cool stuff with low prices. I recommend 100%!!

Went in to buy some Front Line flea and tick protection for my dogs. Found it. It was locked in a glass case and there was a sign that said I should get a "team member" to help me. After searching for a while, I finally found an Employee. Told me he had to go look at something and he would meet me over there. Never showed up. I Got tired of waiting and left. Not one person ever spoke to me. I won't go back.

If you are looking for something to help get the job done at the ranch or sprucing up your country home, this place has the tools and supplies you need. Great inventory. Prices are 5 to 10% higher than competitors, but they are conveniently located.

Easy to find behind the Burger King at State Line just south of I 30. Large store that is well stocked with just about anything you need for your farm or ranch. Also good stock of pet supplies Out in a side yard they have fencing wire and posts and in front they have plows, harrows and lot of other implements. Also good stock of pet supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and workers. Bulk feed is not available however you can bring your propane bottles in for a refill. Make sure the tanks are up to date or they will not fill them.

I visited 30 minutes before they were closing, so I understand that everybody was ready to go but it took me over 15 minutes to find a single person to help me get something off the shelf because it was locked.

Doesn't really deserve even a one star.....Since the new store manager started at Tractor Supply in Texarkana, TX isn't ran near as good. Very poor customer service, which is mainly coming from the new store manager. Since the new manager started, they are ALWAYS out of propane. Either the handle is broken (I know good and well a handle doesn't break that easy) or they are sold out. OR the manager doesn't want to fill it and shuts it down. Was told to call before driving 30 minutes to get propane, called and was told their was propane, drove up 30 minute to be told they aren't selling propane now. None of this started happening until the new store manager started here. The cashiers are always nice and helpful, despite, appearing short handed all the time. It seems like there's always a long line to check out (100% of the time only one cashier working, busy or not busy) and takes forever to get checked out or get assistance when needed, which falls on management. Atwood's is sooo much better!!! If Tractor Supply continues operating their stores this way, I forsee them going out of business because their competitors are out doing them by a long shot.

Been looking for blue wilderness cat food everywhere. This store had it canned and dried food. Reasonably priced helpful staff clean store. My go to store for all my pet needs.

Tractor Supply is always an enjoyable store to shop in. The employees are always smiling and happy to see us. They have all different kinds of stuff! A great store for men and women. Enjoy!

Tractor Supply is a good place to find reasonable prices and otherwise unusually available items.From fencing to specialty pet care products like veterinary solutions shampoos and wormers, as well as chicken feed, and corn feed for deer, to general home and farm items like rat traps and cattle water troughs. The selections here are variable to say the least, but there are many choices from many different departments. A selection of clothing for men, women and children is stocked here, which typically includes Western styled items, for example.Staff members are helpful, although sometimes difficult to locate in the various departments.

Tractor supply staff is like family. My dad tragically had a tractor accident and lost his life. The first people to offer clothes for the funeral, corn for our animals, anything to help. forever grateful and in their debt for the love they have shown my family through this. Tracy, we have always had a special bond making fun of dad's corny jokes, u have turned into a sister to me. Truly, thank u for everything u have ever done and thank u for laughing at dad's corny jokes for so long. He truly cared about u and loved to give u a hard time.

Wide array of farm supplies at great prices. They even have clothes that are super cute and the prices are good. We buy our dog food here every week.

Customer service here is superb. All the emp are very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They will go out of there way to find anything you need. I highly recommend T.S. !

The staff there was very helpful and didn't mind helping me at all. And trust when I say cos I needed a lot of help. They we're all knowledgeable about the products they sell. It was even pouring down rain. And the young man, got everything to my truck for me. I was there to buy a tiller and the only one they had like I needed was in a box, so while I waited and shoo more, by a put it together for me. Wonderful experience and very pleasant to shop there. Unlike our Tractor Supply in Atlanta which only 3 miles from me. And texarkana is 32 miles. Atlanta is not pleasant shopping, you always have to hunt for someone to get help. The manager is never there, and when he is he doesn't know anything and he acts like it's a burden if you ask him for help. Today before I drove all the way to Texarkana I went there to buy a $350 tiller, because they hung the books off the handle and they where outside the rain had soaked them. I ask if there was any way to get a new book, I was told no. So I called texarkana to see what they had in stock and sure enough the had it. So away I go 32 miles. While the associate was help me with the tillers. I told him the story about what had happened in Atlanta. He walked over to his computer pull up the information on the tiller and right there at the bottom of the paper you could print out another sever manual and a warranty card. That is I formation that all associates at the store in Atlanta should know, most specially the manager. I'll more than like move my business to texarkana.

Great selection of products from dog food to fencing and everything in between. Everything is easy to find. Customer service could be a little better.
