I love Texarkana Auto Body Works! I have been using them over 35 years! Started out when they were on Spruce Street to the current location! Mr. Thomas, Mack, Jarred this is an awesome family business! A great staff and and they make you feel like family not just like customers!

We were exceptionally pleased with Texarkana Auto Body Works. Everyone was so helpful and VERY nice. We appreciated the updates on the stages of the repair. The work was completed and ready to pick up the date they told us, when we dropped it off. We've used Texarkana Auto Body Works before and we'll certainly recommend them to friends, as well as use them again ourselves. Thank you so much for a job very well done!

One of my big issues was the very constrained time I was operating in. I could have my car in at eight and needed it out by 11. I could only do it on Thursday. They worked with me they took me home after I dropped my car off, they drove my car to me, and I dropped the fellow who brought it off. It was done very quickly. I had an hour to spare to get to work And everything works perfectly. I am very satisfied.

I was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was. They definitely made the process of getting my car fixed easy and I appreciated them keeping me updated with the process. I would highly recommend using them.

After $6500 in damage from hitting a deer in our Mini Cooper, it looks good as new again. One of the things that stood out to me was that a representative from Texarkana Auto Body Works called me almost every day to update me on the progress of the repair. Top notch service and repair work.

They did great work, fixed my back windshield, detailed the entire car so it looks the same as when I bought it. Heck they even replaced the battery in my key fob. They provided regular updates and even dealt with my insurance, never had to chase anyone down or call twice

If you re looking for a body shop that ll make sure you re vehicle is done quickly and right, this is your shop. Everyone was friendly, great communication while my truck was there, and it was nice picking up a completely clean truck.

So far, so good. After having a bad experience just around the corner of this place, we found a stand-up company that does what it says and delivers excellent work and service. I wish they could have painted the whole car. The repair work was better than the factory on the paint job...

The people there worked very diligently on my car. They called me every step of the way. Between Texarkana auto body and Germania insurance They pushed everything through to have my car ready to pickup today as my rental was up after 30 days. I only have one car. I'm very pleased with thier service!

Edit: They have now had my car for 15 days and I was told yesterday they "might" start on it today (9/20). Looking it up, it says a bearing takes an hour and a half to fix. Are you kidding me? FIFTEEN DAYS? For an hour and a half fix? RIDICULOUS.This shop does great work and pricing is fair, but I'd only suggest using them if you have another car to use. They take FOREVER to get repairs done. They did an $8k repair to our car after a piece of metal from a semi got stuck under the car. The work was flawless, but it took... I think 3-4 weeks to fix? And okay, it was a big repair and a few parts came in broken, so I kind of got that. But I brought in our other car on 9/5 for a much smaller repair. It is now 9/15, and I have not heard about the parts or repairs. It's been a pain trying to figure out how to get to work. If you can share a car, this is a great shop to use. I can't because my spouse commutes to Shreveport every morning, hours before I have to be to work. Kind of wish I had gone somewhere else.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! The whole experience was very pleasant, and they did an amazing job. Brooke was very helpful and kept me updated on my car. My car looks brand new again. To my surprise they also washed the outside AND the inside. I planned on taking it to the car wash when I picked it up but they already had it washed! Even cleaned every crevice in my floor mats. They were filthy when I took the car. Thank y all so much!Service: Body & Trim

Great work. Amazing staff that keeps you updated on the progress of your car repairs. Took longer than originally expected but they called me and let me know as they went so I knew what was going on. Highly recommend if you need your car fixed. They worked with me and my insurance to make sure everything was fixed and in top shape.
