This was not my first trip, just the first time I took my mother's car. Absolutely professoonal in every way, courteous and polite, treats customers GREAT! My husband and I have used your services on our own vehicles now for a while, as well as advised our children to take their vehicles to your establishment. We have acquainted ourselves with the staff due to seeing them often, we have more than one vehicle. We feel at home there, but I am so very pleased that the entire staff still treats us as if we were first-time customers. Great respect!

The service was fast and friendly. We were given water upon arrival. I was having issues getting coupons sent to my phone so the associate got it on his phone for me. It s nice to be able to get your oil changed and not have to get out of the car and wait forever. Highly recommend.

They always do a great job no matter who does the work. Only thing I would say is that for some reason they put the full synthetic under 75k when my 4runner has 270k miles last time I was there. Either way they are awesome

Very fast and professional service. Was in and out of the within about 10 minutes and may made aware of something that another local shop failed to do which was putting the cap back on my break fluid container which could have been bad because I pull a trailer a lot for the ministry. Got out of there without breaking the bank and with a smile on my face.

The guys at Take 5 are great! They go out of their way to do a good job quickly & are always pleasant! They changed my oil, filter, air filter & topped off the washer fluid!

Everyone I met was super nice. From the person who first greeted me at my vehicle to the person who actually did my oil change, to the person who took my payment. It was really fast and they were very helpful, even with my ridiculous questions they even found a coupon for me to use. I will definitely be going back.

The lady on the phone said they would check all my fluids and tires and wash my windshield with the oil change but after they kept leaving to go talk to someone in a truck and I was in the bay they finally just changed my oil and changed air filter. They were polite but it cost me over 100.00 for a oil change and my filter. I feel like when u have someone in the bay u devote your attention to the customer.

The workers are very professional and friendly. We own five vehicles and I have been to almost every shop for oil changes. I believe the workers here go above and beyond any of the other shops in town! I now have my go to place for car maintenance. Highly recommend

I went there today for the first time. This lady right here was super respectful. Yes ma'am, no ma'am. She explained everything and showed me my air filter needed to be changed. The guys here are very helpful and kind .I had a message on the dashboard and didn't know who or where to go to get it checked out besides the dealership and definitely wasn't going there. The man that was changing the oil helped me to find out what the code meant ,turns out I needed a new gas cap!I will continue to use them !

I normally do my own oil changes. After having a shop, it is just what I did. Well my back is shot and it's hard to do most things. My oldest son talked me into taking my van to Take 5. The technicians did an awesome job! With my window down I could hear the communications between the guy in the pit and the guys under the hood. They have a check list that they recite as they work. This makes sure everything is tight and right. For my first trip I was impressed. I will see them again in 3000 miles.

The technicians were more than helpful and offered many services of which I accepted and very grateful for. Air filters, fuel filters, oils filters, wipers, coolant flush, oil change along with transmission flush and change. I ll wait until I need it done again and return to this location. Why go to a dealership. Thanks guys and subway ladies next door. Awesome subway too. Stateline Tx, Ar location.

There oil changes are fine but went to get and inspection sticker and should have been next in line but they kept putting everyone else getting oil changes in front of me... after waiting almost an hour I left when they told me they would get to me whenever they didn't have an oil change... completely unprofessional

Great customer service from the moment I pulled up to an oil change bay! Both technicians ( male + female). We're very knowledgeable + even told me to go to their website and pull up their $7 coupon UPC code. So I saved $7 immediately! They explained how they checked all fluids + mentioned coolant was low. They checked my tires + pointed out a nail hole on one tire. That was a perfect customer service experience.Service: Tires

Always a good place to get oil changes. Easy fast and good to do for your vehicle.Got me and gf vehicles fully serviced and service as usual was marvelous! And I had to get 2 waters they were free. Greatest place for oil changes, filters, etc. wiper blades too.

Tried to get an oil change- but Shay said that she had to transfer me "to the shop" and placed me on hold where I had to endure 15 minutes of the most obnoxious "classical piano" that I've ever had the misfortune to experience- I finally got the hint that they had no interest in neither me or my money and hung up. I can only assume that they would've dropped the ball on working on my car if they can't even handle a phone call.

Fantastic place to get oil. People were super nice! Quick service and HONEST!!! My husband is a mechanic and the guys checking the filters honestly told us that the filters were fine. I will continue to go to this place!!! Thanks guys!!

Undre and the others are very good to let me know exactly what my car needs to be maintained. Undre is very knowledgeable about the questions I ask pertaining to my vehicle. I have been going to Take 5 for years and recommend it to all who listen. They also offer water during the warmer months while you are waiting. Took my daughter car(2013 Nissan Altima) to get an oil change. I Requested the $59 package and was told that wouldn t cut it and I needed the $99 package. I said no and for the next 15 minutes he kept trying to up charge me. When I asked what the difference was he said the $59 package is for granny cars. I m glad I didn t send my 16 year old by herself because she would ve believed him. I m sure their told to up-sale but still a Shady place.

The folks at Take 5 are exceptional. They provide very quick and clean service! They professional, courteous, and friendly. Raf was the person responsible for my recent oil change. Hisattitude was outstanding! They also always offer a bottle of water as well.

With the prices of everything going up. I was shocked when the guy said $122 was my total for my oil change. Then upon looking at the receipt there was things that it said was done that wasn't. I wad appreciative of the place being open on Sunday tho.
