3 hours into a 16 hour road trip with two kids, our check engine light came on and our SUV started losing power and shuddering. I pulled off onto Shelby s mostly because they were open before any other shop and I m so glad I did! Their staff worked hard to get us back on the road in a timely manner and were incredibly patient and friendly with me and my family. They gave us a very reasonable price, too. I can t recommend them high enough!

I took my car in last week to have my horn fixed, they did a great job of fixing it. Less than one week later I called to see if they could fix my wheel hub, yes I told them who I was so she could check parts for my car. I was quoted $491. Told her I would be there Monday. Once I get there they then informed me the parts would be 700.plus. wow what a big change, I took my business somewhere else. Got it fixed for 300. Bad customer service Shelby, I won't be back.

Friendly, trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and polite employees. I trust them completely with my vehicle. They have never lead me wrong. When they fix something another thing doesn't brake. I'm sure everyone has had that type of experience with other places but you won't have that happen at Shelby's! They even put with all my questions no matter how small or simple they are. You won't be disappointed!

First Time I Had Been There To Get An Inspection Sticker. They We're Super Busy. They Said It Would Take 15-20 Minutes. Wow, These Guys We're Moving. Only Took 5 Minutes, Customer Service Was So Friendly And Professional. Mechanics We're Working Hard And Fast. Very Clean Inside And Out. Very Impressed With All The Services. Great Place To Go For Any Automotive Problems Or Inspection Sticker. Fast And Professional.

Excellent place for all of your automotive repair needs!!! They do only needed repairs at a competitive price and the best part is SHELBYS is a locally owned family bussiness. Not many of those still exist so the fact they are still in bussiness speaks for itself! Every employee is not only super friendly but also helpful. I here people all the time saying a shop they used did work they probably did not need done and I promise you if you leave SHELBYS thinking that you can bet you are just in denial. GREAT PLACE FOR ALL YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS! Also be sure and check out their website where you can set appointments, ask questions and even get estimates! You can even tell them what's going on with your vehicle and they will reply back to you as soon as they arrive and receive the message!

They not only did our vehicles inspections but did a bang up job on our Buick Encore. Think this would be a big expense they knocked it out at a price better than we ever thought. These guys are the best and I will bring any issue to them only. Thanks Shelby s

I ve been here twice now and I m very impressed with their customer service. Car repairs can be very stressful and they seem direct, honest, kind and they don t seem to dilly dally. Dailyn specifically is very respectful and professional with the customers. Thank you for a good experience. I feel confident referring my patients if they have any car repair needs.

I looked up reviews before I called them. They are highly rated, and for good reason. I was stranded at the welcome center during a cross country drive. They diagnosed my car and replaced the battery within a couple of hours, last minute, during the week before Christmas. I had visions of an unplanned, extended stay which proved unwarranted. Left my car with them after being told it would be a 2 hour wait, 3 hours later they call me and tell me that their mechanic got approved for a 3 hour job and we couldn t be seen until Monday. So basically their mechanic don t want to do work on my car because he won t get labor on it and the one that was supposed to be there was on vacation. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time.

Put on my Airaid CAI. Good customer service and price friendly. Strongly recommend for anybody needing service for there vehicle. Will comeback to Shelby's in the future

Highly recommend Shelby s! Anyone that has ever asked me where they can take their vehicle for repair, I tell them Shelby s. Honest and friendly people here and always try to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. Fair prices and they make sure they do the job right. It took a bit for someone to greet me at the counter but they were busy so i understand. Once they got my inspection started it only took a few minutes, but the guy who did it said my window tint just barely passed, which confused me because I've owned the car for 3 years and it had the tint from the dealer when I got it. No one had ever said it was a problem before.Overall, it was a good experience.

We were on a road trip when the mustang started shifting weird. Two females on the start of a holiday weekend. Not familiar with the area, we stopped at a few places just to hear that they were booked for the next week. We googled Shelby's and once again, were in God's hands. These people are the real deal. They were friendly, professional and had everything in house to get us safely back on the way. Their waiting area is secure and the staff got right on our vehicle. I highly recommend this place!

Broke down between Nashville and Dallas area had car towed to their shop after hours they were very honest did not overcharge me and let me know that my vehicle wasn't worth repairing. They even made arrangements for me to have the car taken to a wrecking yard awesome people highly recommend.

I highly recommend Shelby s Auto Service. They are professional, friendly, honest and a great value! They are going to do all that they can help you save money on your automotive repairs. The customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. They make you feel comfortable. In and out quick!!! I recommend getting your inspections here. Also, I am not sure what the other people were having done but they seemed happy to be there. I heard no complaints either time I was there.

When one pays $1500 to have a front end rebuilt(with parts I already had) I expect EVERYTHING including the BOLTS are in order so that I dont have to spend hours and days going back and forth with no real resolution

Very helpful. Came in with a car that had been wrecked and neglected by a bad friend. Stickers were out. Out of state plate. Hopefully I'll be able to get it registered shortly.

They can fix your vehicle in a jiffy. State inspection sticker, they got it. Quick wiper change, no problem. No doubt a Christian owned business. Great, friendly and fast service. Reasonable prices. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent waiting area. Clean. They offer coffee while you wait for service. Which is usually fast.

Shelby Service Center offers a variety of services and an overall a place that my entire family use, 4 different households. They have inspected our vehicles, repaired or replaced just about everything we needed. From air condition in my granddaughter s vehicle, to light kit installed in our vehicle just today and with competitive pricing. This is truly a one stop shop! I ve never been to Shelby s shop for vehicle work until this year. Through my experience, they are great people and make sure you are taken care of. Their prices is the same about anywhere else. If you need something checked out, there is a $30.00 fee. They don t just look at the problem that you ask them to look at, the workers will use their devices and do various tests to find the exact problems. By getting to know them, they are loyal and hard working people. These workers will try their best to get you in and out of there quickly as possible. Overall, great experience.
