I called about tires and road hazard and to get a quote. I had a tire I had to get and every one else was closing. I was fixing to buy a full set out right. They told me it would be better to pay out some of it so I could get the full benefits of the road hazard and services. So I did. Then after I got the tires on they started adding on more stuff. Then was told my road hazard was only good as long as I was paying or I could pay 55 more at the day of payoff to keep it. I came in at 5pm and left at 9pm. I will never do business with them again after I pay them off. My wife sent me pictures of tire pressures this morning and it ranged from 35,38,40,53. Supposed to be 35psi. I hope it didn't hurt the tire. Worst place I've ever done business with. Never again. And I paid 300 more than I would have if I had waited another day. My fault because I picked them. Save up your money and buy them outright for up to $800 less. Next time I will leave her car and get it the next day.

I went in to buy my wife a set of tires for her car and they priced me a little over $900 for a set of car tires nothing special . I went to Discount wheel and tire pros and bought the exact same set for $500. RNR is a rip off. I assume they re able to get away with this due to their financing options so they re able to prey on less fortunate individuals

To be honest I went to this place because it was the closest to where I was at I was picking my son up from school and noticed my back right tire was just about completely flat after trying to get some air in it at the gas station and it not really working I drove to the closest shop to my location which happened to be RNR Tire Shop and all I can say is these people were so nice and even though I wasn't going to be able to buy a tire and was really hoping for a patch they did everything they could to try their best to find me something I mean they don't even sell single tires but they were going to go sift through old tires to see if they had anything in the world that would be safe for me to drive on just at least to get home everyone there was so nice they put my spare tire on for me when we realized my old tire was not patchable and even held my tire and rim at their shop until the next day when I could pick it up if I ever have the money to purchase an entire new set of tires I promise you I will drive all the way from Winnsboro Texas to Texarkana just to get them from this shop.

This place is just awesome along with the professionals that work there. They are very nice and very professional with their work. I got some rims and tires from them and you can pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly. I got started with just $20 on a set of rims with pre used tires and am currently paying weekly at a low rate. All you need to get a new set of tires is an id or driver's license, proof of registration, and proof of income. Paper work is easy to fill out, the professionals will find the right rims or tires for your vehicle or what your looking for, and it is a package deal, not only do you get the tires and or rims you also get a 1 yr free road side assistance, free font end alignments for the life of the tires, and free flat tire repair service or replacement. I would recommend anyone that needs a set of just tires and or both to go to this place and try them out, they have it set up 6mo same as cash and great deals for what you get. I love the people and the service this place has to offer. If anyone sees this and decides to give them a try tell them I Jesse Dufur referred you to them, they will do you right now matter what. It's better then paying for a new set of tires all at once I promise it is well worth the trip and try. The pictures below are of my minivan and a buddy of mine the same day we went and both got new rims and tires.

Mr terry took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. Helped fill out all the paperwork got everything ready took my truck back put tires on it. It didn't take very long at all all the other employees that were there treated everyone really great they were very kind it was an easy process. Everything was taken care of within an hour really appreciate all their hard work

I looked up tire companies near me and through the website, I was able to request a call. RNR called within 3 minutes and I booked an appointment. Terry greeted me at the store, he was very friendly and kind. He explained everything very clearly, took my information and kept me updated at every step. There were two young ladies that helped me with the paperwork and they also were very kind and provided professional support. The customer service you receive at RNR is top notch! I highly recommend this business!

They put a new set of tires on my rims but didn t put the rims back in place where they came off the truck so all my low tire sensors are now in the wrong places on my truck plus one of the new tire wasn t even fully filled with air so the low air pressure sensor put on soon as I left the tire store and they didn t put valve caps on my valve stems plus I told them I was gonna keep the left back tire to use as a spare and they didn t put it in my truck they put a different dry rotted tire in back of my truck instead of the one I told them. They are friendly while talking to you to sale you tires but that s about the only good thing I m gonna say about RNR tire express

I want to thislocation to buy a tires from my car every time I go there. The service is decent, but Terry is a horrible manager. Always acts like its A inconvenience when you bring up questions or concerns. I went there 3+times to get tires fixed. It needs to be under complete new management. The people in the shop throw a fit when they realize that they weren't told to do something but if I bring my car. In ps simple tire place or to get the tires checked they act Like it's an inconvenient for them to be working.

I bought some tires from this location Texarkana Texas a couple months ago and from day one I have had problems with my tires, They were used and even they guy that sold them was not sure about them because someone had brought them back, and they are not really doing anything to accommodate my problem, I spoke with accounting manager John today 12/09/23 and he did not want to help me even though he knows every time I have had a problem with the tires and then he hung up the phone and no one answered when I called back then I called from a different number and a lady answered she put me on hold and when she came back I told her I was talking to John and she ask did I want to talk to him but he was standing there and had already said he did not want to talk to me so then I ask about accommodated at least a credit for the inconvenience and she told me they want do that so they rather get a law suit from the unsafety of some tires than to accommodate a customer who has never been late on a payment and they had took my original tires so I screwed with no tires and I get off work after they close and I did not notice my tires until I got to work and they are actually 4 minutes away and no one able to pick up my vehicle to check it so rather I loose some time at work to bring it to them...So do I recommend this place NO, NOT AT ALL. Also they fired the guy who was giving shady deals after I went the first time about mines and I was told the guy was fired , so they care to fire someone they should care that much more the driving safety of their products and for the customers life

We were on vacation and ended up with a nail in our tire. It was a brand new car and no spare. We went to RNR to get it fixed. Their hospitality was amazing. They took our car right back fixed it and did not charge us. I would highly recommend them for tire repair or to purchase new ones. Great people!!!Thank you!!!!

This place is a joke and the people is awful! Better just to go ahead and spend the money for a new set and not go through this place! The tires will cost you 3 times what you will actually pay for a new set! On top of that I returned the tires and they wouldn t even give me something stating I returned them.

Good customer service, and the tires are great. Only 3 stars bc the contract is very slippery. Definitely make sure to read every line. Also it took them close to 4 hours to get my car in and tires done when I had an appointment! Was ridiculous. Other wise a good experience.

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS IS MY 3RD SET TO BUY FROM HERE AND THE TREATMENT I GOT TODAY WAS THE WORST. THEY ALSO SO ME TIRES TO BIG,WHICH CAUSE TIRES TO RUB. NO PROFESIONALISM,AND I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 8 THIS MORNING. BECAUSE THEY WERE AT FAULT,I WILL NOW HAVE WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY DEALING WITH RNR

Wouldn t recommend. Very nice staff, but they were trying to sell us tires for $1,900, when we looked them up else where they were only $1000. They say the 6 month payment plan doesn t have interest but obviously that s what the extra $900 was for. When we asked them to take the tires off it took them 2 days to decide to do so, and they scratched one of the wheels about an inch. We will NOT give them our services again!
