Stopped at a rest stop to use the bathroom. Got back to the truck, and it cranked twice and then died. The first mobile mechanic spent 2 hours and was only able to tell me what he thought the problem might be. Glen was the second mechanic called, and he is the Man! I had a bad solenoid & starter. He went for the parts, installed them, & I was good to go. Total time from when he arrived till I was driving was about 2 hours. Thank you, Glen.

On Black Friday around 8 PM I got a flat tire (car/sedan). I was driving overnight from Dallas to Chicago without a spare. Luckily I got the flat in Texarkana just before crossing the state line into the middle of nowhere. This company picked up my call on a holiday and quickly connected me with getting my tire replaced. Within two hours I was back on the road with a new tire. I paid $150 for the man to come out and do the job in the rain and another $200 for the new tire. I think $350 was a little pricy, and my aluminum rim got scratched during the replacement process. I kept the punctured tire, fixed it in Chicago, swapped out the new tire, and made my own spare. I would recommend this company if you re too far from your destination and don t have a spare.

Got stranded in a Budget truck rental, a truck that probably shouldn't have been on the road. Glen got dispatched and quickly diagnosed the issue. Once complete, he followed us for a few miles to make sure all was good.Great quick service and very personable which is nice to have when you're already dealing with a stressful situation.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Called in earlier for the fuel delivery as one of our trucks ran out of fuel. The tech (his name is Glen) did a great job of delivering the fuel and helping my driver start the truck, and even escorted him to the closest gas station out of curtosy just to make sure we get back on road safe. Great service, professional, I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again in the future. Thank you

Very expensive, unreasonable prices and charges! They let my driver to drive with a lot of fuel on the engine, the truck started smoking a lot under the hood, almost caught on fire! They charged me a lot of money and didn t even fix the problem! I would never use their service again, scammers!

DEFINATELY WOULD RECOMMEND. Great prompt service. Our Scout Trailer axle broke on the way home from Summer Camp in AR. They were able to get our axle repaired so that we could get back home to TX. They even texted to make sure we made it back home.Nobody wants to be stranded on the side of the road, but if it happens to you in the Texarkana - Atlanta TX area. This is the place to call.

Had the pup motor on our multi axle quit and our maintenance department got a hold of Glen and they got us fixed up . very much appreciate the service and definitely will use them again if needed in the future .

Never exciting to have to call roadside, but after Love's "didn't have service people" to help me for the the hundredth time this year, these guys had an air leak fixed on my trailer in just over two hours from the initial call. Granted, I was nearby the guys home, but very professional and trying to get me back up and running as cheaply and quickly as possible. Thanks so much for replacing that valve fitting! No way we could've continued. And thank you for having the tools and knowhow to fix it on that cold night!

I would give 100 stars if I could!I cannot thank John enough for his time and expertise. Not only did he come out to help me fix an issue that the previous local mechanic was unable to fix, he gently talked me through things and made sure that I understood the issues that I had while remaining professional.He spent hours looking at all of the possibilities for my engine issues, which turned out to be a couple simple fixes. He even followed me back to safety to make sure that I was ok, followed up multiple times via text to make sure the engine was still running smoothly and even dropped off supplies.It's no wonder this company is so busy! John didn't make me feel rushed, and he didn't leave until things were running smoothly. I had at least 4 other mechanics take a look at my engine and unsuccessfully fix it; I am so grateful to have had such a knowledgeable mechanic help me when no one else was able to.Thank you John! My faith in reasonable, affordable and helpful mechanics has been restored.

The owner was awesome, he went above to get our truck back on the road..Truck wouldn't start at Loves,( loves couldn't get started,) He got us back on the road in minutes..Great job and service.

Wonderful guys. My truck broke down at i30 Friday night with drive belt tensioner broke so I called the guys and immediately received my call and me a mechanic got fixed with new tensioner. Very nice people indeed.

Awesome service.As a truck I went to sleep in my truck the next day it would start. It was 7 degrees outside. The didn't hesitate to get my battery jumped so I could get heat.

Highly recommend!! Please read this Story.. We live almost 2 hours outside of Tk. My son was driving to see our Tk family, when he had a tire blow out on I-30, near Nash. I was not able to get to him in a timely fashion, so I got on the Internet to find some help. Discount Tire would only help if I had the truck towed to them, which equals no help. Just going down the line, I called Southern Tire Mart, who was not able to help themselves, but directed me to Glen . I called this guy, and he went above and beyond! He was reasonably priced, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. When he got to the step of actually replacing the tire, he found the cause of the blow out - not just a bad tire, but a much more dangerous problem that caused the blow out. He did not try to take the truck in, or add any additional costs. He only wanted us to know that my son s truck was not safe to drive. As a parent unable to be there, I think anyone can appreciate how much this was appreciated!! Finding a repair business with this type of service and and this kind of integrity is rare.. unfortunately. I want to BLAST that Glen, and his service is top-notch, and I recommend him to all!! Had a driver lose all his oil. Needed 10gal of oil delivered to Fouke. The price was so unreasonable, it seemed heartless. I'm sure they do good service work, but I wouldn't take such advantage of folks, just because their pants are down. Got a hold of another service co, their price was less than half of RS.

Last night i just cross the border i was driving through Texarkana, i started having car problems. I pulled over & started 2 Google for help. I ran across this company, i told the man i am a diabetic stuck on the side of the road please help. I was told give me 30 min, i waited he also inform me did i have food i said yes. I want 2 say not only did he show up & fix the problem he called me through out the night 2 make sure i was safe.
