I went to Pratt's to get a car inspected. First of all, the men on duty were extraordinarily rude. They hardly spoke, and when they did, they spoke in an unfriendly tone. Secondly, they refused to pass the car, claiming that the left front signal light was out. I later found out that they lied! Only one-half of the light was out, which would not have disqualified the car from passing. I have no desire to return to Pratt's.

VERY friendly and professional at Pratt's!!! Great & fast service. I've been using Pratt's for 5 years now & I haven't used anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend Pratt's!!! 5 Stars is underated. Pratt deserves 6 Stars!!!

I'm disappointed they don't work on RV's. I was calling to see if they could do an oil change on my motorhome.

Friendly and professional service...Thanks to Randy and to the guy driving truck #12 I really appreciate your services....& getting my car to Classic Dodge ...wrecker guy was so cool I literally forgot his tip but tomorrow I will bring it to the shop....

Friendly people but cannot get their paper work right on inspections. We had to go back three times because the county wasn't correct and got our plate number wrong because they didn't check current info against old info from previous owner of our car. Our license number is a new number . Poor elder man I am sure was trying but perhaps needs something else to do in the shop.

Dakariya came out and he was just going to my car without even trying to see if there s a way he could damage it didn t care of your day. Was it on a hematoma? OK I guess I ll keep on trying time is it now in the way he won t damage to call me try to do it but if she can do what he wanted he wanted to service, so yeah they re trash.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

WE HAVEN T BEEN SO POORLY TREATED IN OUR ENTIRE LIVES. We stopped in to get the yearly inspection of our RV and politely asked if they had time to do one. The very elderly man working well past retirement age instructed us to drive up an adjoining road for a brake test of our RV. He warned us of very low-hanging branches further down but, having just had our roof washed and sealed, we didn t want to take the camper under them. My husband, a semi driver, suggested we drive as far as the low-hanging branches and then turn around or back down the road. The man turned away and continued talking but my husband, who has some hearing loss, told him he couldn t hear him when he was facing away from us. When we caught up to him to listen to the remainder of his instructions for the brake test, he turned to us and abruptly said, GET OFF MY PROPERTY. We both responded, I beg your pardon? My husband asked him why. He told us again to get off his property (which is odd since the owner of the property is Sharon Pratt). We had (and still have) no idea what set him off and the other employees looked on in astonishment. Now, I m all for people working however long they want so long as they can do the job, but this very elderly man clearly has some (mental) health issues going on and shouldn t be interacting with the public at this stage. So, if you enjoy abuse, definitely go here. Otherwise, drive a couple miles down the road and get your inspection done by the kind people at Shady Pines RV Center.

Was not too happy with the service provided I needed road side assistance and was told they could not get to me until the next day which left me stranded at the dollar store for about 10 hours that's why I pay for roadside assistance is so that I wont be stranded and I have been left without being provided assistance twice now so I think they need to be able to provide assistance at all hours if they are going to be a provider of roadside assistance and actually assist when you need their services

Pratt's wrecker service made a bad day a little easier! They were quick to respond and took care loading my damaged 3500. Randy and his crew were very professional and courteous. My truck was locked up and secure on their grounds and they also took my truck to the body shop, once they opened. A little piece of mind after a hit and run.

They are always fast, and so kind. Gets it done quick and right! That makes a huge difference. Support local companies, its the only way to go. Inspection takes all of maybe 10 minutes at most.

Truck broke down Pratts can bring it in fix it on the road whatever you want they are the best there is no competition Texarkana is lucky lucky to have this service

My car carrier on my penske truck broke down on the side of the highway on a Sunday evening. The tire had inverted. Randy first came out to help, but that's when all our issues started. My car had the parking break stuck in to place, and we could not get my car off the carrier. So he phoned to have John come help. Both of the guys spent hours helping pull apart my car trying to figure out how to get the parking break to release. It was a hot summer day and stuck right off the highway in a bad spot, but they worked hard and tirelessly until we were able to get the problem solved. Not only did they get the car carrier towed, but they basically saved me from having to get a mechanic out there. Great southern gentlemen!!
