Katie was amazing over the phone and text! She answered all of my questions, sent photos and videos of the vehicle, and remained patient as I mulled over the deal for a week or so. These folks upheld their word on everything they said they would do- even delivered my vehicle hours away! David was great on the delivery service as well. Really have nothing bad to say- excellent experience all around. I d recommend this place for anyone shopping for a new ride!

Buying process was easy. They were quick to deliver my car. Unfortunately my car broke down driving to work before I could make 100 miles on it. The car did have 180,000 miles on it originally though. I called the dealer to ask if they would fix it. To sum it up, they were not liable after sale was final and I took delivery. Photo shows my reliable one behind it.

This was the easiest car buy g experience I have ever had! I literally told James what I was looking for, he found me the car and completed the process over the phone with me while j was on my lunch break. We got to the dealership and was leaving the lot within 30 minutes of arriving. It was the best experience. The finance manager went above and beyond and Carl explained the different features thoroughly! We will definitely use thus dealership

This dealer ship offered me top dollar for my trade ins. The manager and sell representative Mr Gidieon hooked me with a phenomenal deal and delivered the vehicle straight to my house. They grant me best APR% for my new Z. If you are looking for a nissian vehicle this is the place to go and i extremely recommend Mr Gideon to help you out he works 100% for you and would make your dream come true. Evan was great! Don t let his youth fool you. He is very smart and helpful. He could tell us details on every vehicle on the lot from memory. He is very courteous and exemplified what a salesman should be. No pressure and truly wanted to help us find what would make us happy as his customer. Made me want to buy from him and no one else regardless of what offer they may throw out. He s the type of salesman that builds a clientele of repeat customers. The whole process was painless. Have never bought a car that it didn t take the entire day. Not at Pete Mankins. Only a few hours including test drives.

So I haven't bought a brand new vehicle in 16 years, but my wife purchased a new one and I started thinking about. I contacted Nissan and everyone was extremely helpful. Levi helped me through the process and was helpful and professional. And now, I am loving my first Nissan vehicle which is a Frontier. My car had one key. It was slightly defective. The saleswoman offered to send me another key as she should and weeks later, STILL NO KEY. they are now saying that I need to buy a new key when they sold me a defective one! I knew I made a mistake when the guy in the finance office said debt is easy to get into, hard to get out of . And true statement but I don t want to hear that from my dealership. Shannon from TTL department amazing!Everyone else I encountered was mediocre at best.

I don t usually leave reviews but this was ridiculous!! The one star is only because the checkin staff was friendly and a NO STAR isn t an option. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was pleased until I got to my car. There was a cup full of black sand in my floor board, oil dripping down my tan leather doors, oil in my passenger seat(not sure why they were even sitting on that side), oil on my console, all over my steering wheel, and also a 4x4 section above the front passenger tire covered in oil. It looks like a toddler was let loose with a can of oil. I called to let them know what had happened and they apologized and said sometimes the workers get dirty and offered me a free carwash on my next visit. The inside of my car was the concern obviously, a carwash won t fix the issue. I also understand mechanics get dirty but when I bring you my brand new vehicle for routine maintenance I expect the oil to remain outside of my vehicle and not dripping down my interior. I also do not think the mechanics were dirty considering it was 8:30am. They simply didn t care. I do not recommend this place and ide be surprised if they don t get sued with this kind of carelessness.

I purchased my car online and the process could not have gone smoother.Daniel my sales rep was excellent. He walked around the car for me on facetime so I could see it. He also took videos. The cars is a Tesla, so he charged the battery overnight to ensure it worked properly. Daniel took care of everything for me including the financing and getting the car shipped to my home in Massachusetts. Also Shannon the title clerk did a great job getting my registration completed. This was the 1st time I ever purchased a vehicle online and I would definitely do it again through Mankins Nissan.

Very friendly customer service. However, the service department is not fast when it comes to routine oil changes. Sometimes that can't be helped so just be prepared for a lengthy wait time or arrange to have your car dropped off and picked up when done. The people that check you in and out are super sweet though! Nice facility to sit in, free refreshments, and tv to watch.

I looked at what I wanted and the salesman did not try to direct me to the highest price vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he let me drive it and I asked about any specials they had and he found me one and went straight inside to work on the paperwork. Quick and easy.

The customer service and attention to detail was spot on during my car buying experience. Mackenzie, Kyle, David and everyone else I interacted with treated me and my husband like family. I was personally introduced to everyone in the different departments of the dealership and always greeted with a smile. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was told a payment over the phone, then drive 2.5 hours one way, and all of a sudden it changed to I needed 3,000 down to make that payment. They took pictures inside my car, and then left the door open the entire time we were inside. So I came out to my door being left wide open after hearing this news. It just wasn t a good experience at all.

My mother and I were on a road trip from NE Ohio to Austin, Texas and her CVT went out in her Nissan Rogue. We broken down in Hope, AR (which is a tad ironic, I'll admit), and had it towed into Texarkana on New Year's Day.I left the keys in their drop box and a lengthy note detailing our predicament on the dashboard of the vehicle. They replied the next morning with an estimate. I walked down to the dealership from our hotel while they provided porter transport for my ailing mom.After some assistance from Shannon in the service department, help from her manager in checking on a good faith warranty through Nissan, and quite a bit of patience from Hannah in rentals... We managed to get a considerably cheaper repair bill after all was said and done (think less than half the cost of initial estimate).We got a great rate on a rental Nissan Titan and continued our trip the next day while her car was quoted for repair by Friday/Saturday. It got finished by Friday around noon.Prior to that, my mother fell ill and had to be rushed to a hospital in Austin on Thursday evening. I called Mrs. Shannon at their service department and not only were they genuinely concerned for my mom's well-being, but were more than understanding with me having to be the one to make the 400 mile trip back to return the rental in place of her.As it turns out, she needed to get a distal gastrectomy done to remove a section of her stomach - a rather major surgery. I mentioned this to Mrs. Shannon and her and most of her co-workers expressed their condolences to me upon my arrival Saturday. Furthermore, Ms. Hannah gave me a follow-up call seeking an update on her health just today.I say all of this in order to praise how genuine, courteous, understanding, and kind everyone we directly dealt with at this dealership have been and continue to be even after the conclusion of our initial business together. It has made a world of difference to my mental state having endured several unfortunate setbacks during this ill-fated trip to know that there are people out there that care unconditionally about others.While the likelihood is low that I'll ever have need of the services provided by the staff at Pete Mankins Nissan in the foreseeable future, I'd be willing to go well out of my way to get additional services from them specifically based solely on my experiences with everyone there. I wish everyone there nothing but the best, including but not limited to Mrs. Shannon, Ms. Hannah, their manager, the tech who repaired Mom's car, and the pleasant gentleman in charge of rental vehicle detailing.Thank you kindly,Zack C. <3

I had a very nice buying experience @ Pete Mankins Nissan. I received top dollar for my trade and paid a great price on this goregous 2010 Chevy Camero 2SS. The whole process took less than an hour total. I would definitely recommend, A+++++!

Bad dealership. If you buy a used car and extended warranty, these guys will lie until their faces turn blue that what your issue is, isn t covered under their warranty, they tried denying my claim without even looking at the truck. End result: they were wrong. It was covered and fixed. They just took a shot in the dark and hoped the person would accept no for an answer. Now own Toyotas.
