Jeremy made our car buying experience flawless! He was always honest with any questions I had and always upfront with information he knew I would want/need. Jeremy Harris was an excellent associate with superior customer service. He worked with my schedule in the weeks following my purchase to have a bed liner installed and even to install my license plates, picking up and delivering my vehicle each time, all without me having to leave work.

Cannot stand it any longer. Every time I go to the service department the performance and professionalism is lack luster to say the least. Today was the final straw. I go in for an oil change and they always ask me for the up charged rotation of 20$. I always decline it due to my work being able to handle this for free. And today the lady asked if I needed the rotation and I said no. After the service completed I had to walk up to pay for my service which always ranges between 50-60$. Great price. Today she said it was 85$ish dollars. And I was like why so high this time. Parts are getting higher come to find out they rotated my tires. Then huffed after I said I had reward points to use saying she just closed out that system. (Said this the last 2 times I ve tried to use my points) Not only that. They rotated which I didn t want, they didn t reset the TPMS system, and to top it all off the vehicle was not torqued down to GM specific torque specifications. Probably just gave it the uga duga from the impact gun. That will not suffice for a 140 lbs torque spec. Today is the last time I will visit the ORR Chevy group. After 13 years of buying vehicles (8+) I ve had enough. I now spent another 30 minutes resetting the TPMS and checking the torque on the vehicle.

I called from out-of-state and spoke with their "Salesman of the Month" William Landes about a truck at another ORR location. He said he wanted the commission of the sale so he would help me. I asked for some basic info such as a copy of the manufacturer window sticker and Carfax report. He left work and passed me on to a coworker to finish up deal. After asking for more info on their extended warranty, I submitted an offer to them. The coworker send a short pointed email basically blowing me off. About 3 mins later Mr. Landes called me and literally started chewing me out. He said I was calling him a lier and that their dealership makes millions of dollars and have no need to sell me a car at a loss. He began insulting people of Wisconsin. When I told him that I would be calling the corporate office to inform them of how he was treating their customers he said "You can call Santa Claus for all I care.." and hung up. I emailed ownership who responded quickly with an apology. I was hoping they would have tried to salvage the sale as I still wanted the vehicle, but I guess they didn't need any more sales. Stay away from Mr. Landes. Seem to be a bit of a hot head with a very short fuse.

Jeremy was my salesman at his prior dealership in Smackover Arkansas. I purchased around 8 vehicles from him there. I was so impressed with his honesty, loyalty and willingness to help that when I learned he had went to Orr in Texarkana I drove the hour and half to purchase our Traverse from him.

Buyer beware.We ve bought three cars from here. Every car aparently only comes with one key. And no matter what the sales team says, they will charge you for the second key. So, be careful if you deal with Weston, carfax will not be accurate either. In fact, don t buy a vehicle in Texarkana at all.

Scott made our purchase an amazing experience. They didn t have the Trail Boss I wanted on the lot, but he managed to track one down with all the options we were looking for. He made sure everything went smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with. I would buy another vehicle from Scott and Orr Chevrolet in a heartbeat! And FYI, that 6.2 is a beast!!!

Service Reps, people, stay in contact with you during the upkeep, maintenance, sell, or purchase of your vehicle or service...They are very friendly and will provide you ride as needed, coffee, water, rest seating area ...You can find what you are looking for at the Orr Super Store; yet, always remember Orr is a "business... "

I don't feel comfortable there. I don't know what it is but I have never felt comfortable. I find the employees to be rude and standoffish. Prices are steep $57.50 for half hour labor and $5 misc? I only go there when I have to.

I'm at Orr Chevrolet in Texarkana Texas sitting in the parking lot about to leave. The only thing I will say is that the salesman would have sold me a vehicle if he had not been so RUDE. So I'm heading to another dealership that has people that know how to treat customers.

I got my oil changed yesterday. Last night, my car wouldn't start. The battery is dead, apparently. When I called this morning, I was told the battery wasn't checked yesterday because they were too busy. Also, I was told that I will have to pay for labor to have a new battery installed. My battery is under warranty, so why am I paying anything? The batteries NEVER last until the warranty is up. This battery is 3 days away from being 2 years old. The previous battery had a 42 month warranty and lasted 2 years also.

Took,my NANNYs brand new "sr"TrailBlazzer"for it's Check Up!!!) Timing was EXCELLENT, BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT,.. THE GENTALMAN TGAT TOOK THE KEYS WAS MORE THAN ACCOMADATING HELPFUL AND KIND. AND Then it was parked waiting on me and THEY EVEN SHINED IT UP WITH A QUICK BATH..LOL...BUT,UPON MY WAIT I DECIDED TO TAKE A LITTLE TOUR NEXT TO THE ORR .ORR RIGHT BESIDE IT,HAD THE UPMOST PRIEST LITTLE CAR look at both Below.. The young kid that came out to show me the car ,because it was locked ,well ill just say did great as well!! That boy needs A Raise!!!! Thank u so much. JULZ

If you re looking for Good Customer Service You won t find it at the Service Desk. The lady who answered acts like they don t have set price for parts. You Just Need To Come In To Find Out .No Thanks, I ll Give My Money To Someone Else.

Staff you see seems nice and helpful so it must be management. I have fought over 20 new cars in my life time of many makes and model but after my experiences with my 2020 Silverado and Orr maintenance or lack there is no way I would ever buy anything from Orr if you need warranty service there are no liners for months and if you want to get service done expect weeks to be scheduled to be put in line and possibly go days or weeks without your car. And when you get maintainer done you better inspect it cause I had a purge pump replaced and since I couldn t get in within weeks I had another shop do it when they got to it they identified it was missing a bolt and the plug was broken when Orr replaced it. When spoke with service manager I was told nothing they could do since they didn t do it this time. SMH anything Orr I will never do.

Do not leave vehicle there if you need transmission. Told none to be found in United States and 11 vehicles ahead of me needing transmissions. Did not fix due to this but was charged $450 to get keys back. Refused to give break down of charges. Had to pay another $1200 to transport truck back to CA plus $1400 rental. Nightmare

I just dropped my car off in which I had an appointment to get my air conditioning fixed. When I dropped off my car I was waiting for three hours then I finally went to the service desk to ask how much longer it will take. I was told my car will be ready in 2-3 days which they could have told me when I first arrived but all they said was we will call you when it's ready. The most frustrating part was when I dropped off my car they never offered me a loaner car but the customer behind was offered one.

Kenyan at Orr is absolutely hands down the BEST. He made we 2 ladies feel like queens. After being frustrated with the process of selling the Truck and buying a smaller Car, we stopped and PRAYED and asked YAHUAH where to go and where the car would be found. We then proceeded to and stopped to look at the used cars at the Summerhill location and Kenyan came out to offer his assistance and our PRAYER was ANSWERED. The process was painless. We were offered more for our trade in than 3 other dealers and the smaller replacement vehicle purchased was perfectly suited to our current needs. The "icing on the cake" was an additional BLESSING: the on- line pricing was $1001.00 more than we purchased the car for and Orr honored the reduced price We know that YAHUAH answered our prayers above our expectations and we give all the praise to Him and thank Him for Kenyan and Orr used cars. Praise the Lord Ahmein!

Scott is always a pleasure to work with. Just bought our 2nd vehicle from him and have even had family members buy from him. Not your typical salesman. He is truly working for his customers and will search high and low for the perfect vehicle for you. We will not buy for anyone else!
