I Was In A Hurry, And The Customer Service Was Outstanding, Told Me Exactly The Isle And Location. The Store Is So Well Organized, I Had No Trouble Locating What I Was Looking For. The Store Was So Very Well Organized And Very Clean. At The time I Was There The Customer Flow Was Steady, On A Tuesday I Was There..On The Weekends It's Packed. The Customer Service Is Outstanding, The Store Was Immaculate Clean. Very Helpful, Friendly And Very Convenient

Man they did me good. Bought an ECM for my truck and was not aware it had to be programmed. I was in a rush and forgot my phone.. so they contacted an individual to come by and program it.... I really appreciate that... or else I would have been stranded.. Thank you guys.. may God bless everything you put your heart into!!!!!

Battery light on my car came on. Woman checked my battery and told me it was bad so I bought a new one. Light didn't go off. My boyfriend goes back up there and has them check my battery with him present and my original battery was good. At first they weren't going to refund my money because it's their policy no refunds on batteries but in the end they did. 1 because she did refund my money

We were traveling and an engine warning light came on. The gentleman read the code and cleared it. Then called his friend to ask where the issue was located and found out it was by the spare tire where we had just had that looked at last week. We felt safe continuing on since the module was probably bumped with the tire place. Thank you for your assistance. We appreciate it.

This store on state line hands down is one of the best O'Reillys stores I ever had the pleasure to shop in..friendly well knowledged people fun outgoing to to name a few traits of this store a sense of family always and very well managed to day the least. I find myself joining in the spirit of helping fellow patrons seeking parts or simply answering a question ..I love this store .y'all are the best and I can't wait till my next visit.

I don't have a bad thing to say about O'Reillys . Great group of people, if they don't have what ya need, they will get it for ya. Service with a smile is hard to find these days, so stop in next time, your in need of parts, tools and a hole lot more. If you don't have time to stop check there website out... have a great day everyone...

Have been a customer of this Oreily for 7 years. Not one time have I experienced a bad moment. The store is always clean and the crew goes above and beyond every time.Ms.Becky with First Call is awesome. Will get it right the first time and gets it to you in no time. If you need parts and don't want to have a problem call Becky at First Call.

Despite there being multiple employees working(3-5 that I saw walking around) only one was able to actually assist customers. When a second employee finally came to the registers, they started addressing people in line behind me. In my opinion this is VERY POOR customer service. All I needed was a windshield wiper blade, but I will get it somewhere else and not return to a business that cares so little for its repeat customers.

Ok, the prices are a little high but the product is worth it. Every time you need something specific this is the place to go to without having to worry about returning or bringing it back or receiving some damaged goods and on the off-chance you have to bring it back the warranty covers it. So whenever I need a moving part, O'Riley's probably the better place to go. Customers service here is always good very knowledgeable staff. There might be a line though , but it usually moves pretty quick.

I purchased a pully install, a pump that has lifetime warranty, power steering hose, and a return hose. I have attached receipts. My brother works at this store, and has been continually harassed by his coworkers because he has a disability with his memory that none of the workers are supposed to now about due to confidentiality. I had to bring items back for a return and my transaction was not done correctly which resulted in ,e having to get cash back or so I was told. I want to make a formal complaint against the manager James who is allowing my brother to be bullied and harassed and allowed my transaction to be wrong, my money to be shorted, and my receipt to be charged for 6 items i did not buy. I want to make a formal complaint against Luke who was the associate who talked bad about both of my brothers and overcharged me, and did not do any of my returns correctly. I want to make a formal complaint against Bobby who stated my brother was the associate who did the wrong transaction wen it clearly states on my receipt my brother was NOT the associate who did my transaction because he is not corporately allowed to ring up his family members. My brother has worked at O'reillys for a little over 2 years and I have never been allowed to use his discount despite living in the same household our entire life. I want these associates reprimanded and I want a corporate investigation done at this stupid unorganized trashy place to find out why over money and parts are missing from what employees have said.I'd like to talk to a corporate manager about my issues because the store managers did nothing today.

The store in Magnolia knows me very well. They were very helpful to get parts for the 1997 Dodge van. Just very bad I put so much money into a vehicle and it went and had further mechanical issues that I could not fix.

The customer service is excellent, James helped get my truck back on the road very quickly and had a smile and friendly attitude the whole time. Would recommend seeing them for your parts needs.

Lady at the front register was very nice. I went to get a front head light that had just gone out this evening. A very nice gentleman named David saw me starting to replace it in the front parking lot. He walked over and offered to do it for me. Thank you David for being a true gentleman

The girl working here at statline store in Texarkana. Rude and cussing cause she dropped her food she was eating. While working . And than slamming fingers on keys to enter anything on computer. Just rude

Excellent service, never left feeling disappointed. Reasonable prices and willingness to explain my options. No pressure sales. Always walked away feeling like a got the best deal possible, saved money and trusted their advice. Visited several times and experience is always the same. My go to parts place !

online orders are never ready, like ever ! Twice i went to the store on the day after it was supposed to be ready and literally had to stand there so somebody would get my order ready. At least at the State line location customer service was good

I called this store and talked to a woman about a part I know I have a life time warranty on, and she wasn't helpful at all. She was rude, arguing with me, and she hung up on me. Poor customer service.

Everyone is knowledgeable and pretty laid back. They give a hometown vibe to the experience unlike other parts stores.
