Quickly greeted, asked if I needed help, taken directly to the product and had suggestions from knowledgeable associates.Had a very good conversation towards the companies direction and the ideas they had to create customer loyalty.It has been far more found than normally offered at other established parts store, the discussion of car meet and greets or a cars and coffee with not only others but sharing their knowledge freely with others.A large enthusiastic group that shares the same passion can actually change a life(lives) of those less fortunate and/or less knowledgeable.Mentorships led by a company would create a new generation of not just customers but more like a family.Jeremy at this location KNOWS not just parts, but understands of what the part should be to the customer.We are all, an investment.Life is short, build and repair, and get moving forward with your project or grocery getter.Thanks to all for a great day!

There was a wonderful younger guy that helped me put two quarts of oil in my car and didn't make me feel inferior about it. He was SO helpful. More places need people like this. Thank you O'Reilly's for hiring this sweet guy who has respect for women.

It's a big chain auto parts store but they have quality parts to fit your car from oem to hi-po. The price is reasonable and if they don't have it in stock they will get it over night. Friendly staff and clean store I would give it 5 stars but they are a big chain store and that limits the staff from doing more but they still help out a lot. I would recommend to anyone.

DeShawn is the best! Helped me fix my mirror after 3 stores turned me down and wouldn t help me. Been struggling with this mirror for over a year and he made sure it was fixed perfectly before I left

I'm 65 and needed to have my car checked. My battery lite was on and my car kept dying. I was helped by a very polite young man.

When u need parts for your car go to O'Reilly they will look it up on the computer to see if it's in the store or order it

I like this place. 9x out of 10, they got what you need. Some may not be mechanics tho. One guy looked on the PASSENGER SIDE for my VIN#. OMG. Glad he wasn't looking for the license plate.

Walked in and asked for both exhaust side and intake side cam shaft actuators. The employee acted like the parts I wanted did not exist, and I and my mechanic were stupid. I bought the parts at auto zone without problem. I don't like being treated like I don't know what I'm talking about (even if I don't) by an auto parts store employee, who also does not know what he is talking about.

Benjamin and John gave my friend and I the best customer service. I live in Tulsa and was in Texarkana for a conference at the rehab hospital when my car was having problems. They tested my battery and alternator and discovered my alternator had went bad in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra and went above and beyond to help me locate an alternator they didn't sell - turns out only the dealership sells it. But anyway they recommended a local mechanic to help me and he did, and as of right now I'm still in limbo here in Texarkana lol, but the guys at Oreilly's really helped me and my friend problem solve the situation and tried to help us. I can't say enough good things about the nice gentlemen we have met here in Texarkana. Thank you from two Oklahoma girls.

Nice and friendly people I was in town to make a delivery needed some power steering fluid and a pan and some hoses to fix my truck they helped me out there are great people

Went inside to get my battery check and the cashier helped other customers and looked over me like i was never there. I have never seen a black male working in that store.

Girl that che ked me out had a little of an attitude at first..... she seemed annoyed when I did not know the model of the car I needed a part for but she came around with me joaking with her a bit.
