So have been doing business with O'Reilly's for years on 7th Street until they hired an employee by the name of mel. I will probably be labeled as a racist but this young man is pleasant unless you're white. My company will no longer do business with this particular O'Reilly's. And I'm sure the two white people in the store with me that left when I did without purchasing agree

Great crew, always helpful and nice to deal with! Had to replace my battery a few days ago. I'm perfectly capable of changing it myself, but they insisted on doing it for me. I'm horrible at remembering names, he was very efficient, super nice fellow.

John was super nice, came out checked my battery. Even replaced it since it was a dud. In the nasty heat still respectful and very pleasant.

I bought some expensive Syvania headlight bulbs for my truck 85.00! The first set lasted 4 months and it had a 5 year warranty so I replaced them then was told next time the warranty would only be good for 1 year since they warranted the first set! The second set lasted maybe two months so I took them back and was told they can t warranty them because I already had them replaced! They obviously are a piece of junk and O Reilly doesn t honor their warranty and lies to their customers! I definitely won t be back for anything! Also I ve spent so much money with them and always give them my O Reilly card and I never receive coupons or anything discounted from them! I m very disappointed in them.

Brittany & Ricky really saved my family & me. Was from out of town visiting family & started having issue with the car. Finding a mechanic on a weekend was impossible but they went out of their way to get me fixed up. Thank you again so much!

UPDATE: Leadership at O'reilly's saw the review and made it right. I got a full exchange and they were more than happy to do so. Am very pleased. Chase, the district manager is superb.ORIGINAL REVIEW BEGINS:My advise is to not buy a battery from O'reilly's. Mine won't charge correctly (charges 12 volts and not 13.5 like it should) on my bike. I had to buy a new one since I was on a trip and not near an O'reilly's at them time and the new battery charges perfectly (13.5 volts). The original O'reilly's battery was placed back on after I got home and the charging issue was back. Therefore it's something to do with the O'Reilly battery. Its still under warranty and I took it back up there and they tested it and since it does alow a charge (mind you its not a correct charge) THEY WON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY. I've always bought my bike batteries from O'reilly's but not any more. I'm disappointed....

This store really should have more employees working. Twice I called to ask the most simple question and was asked to hold for a moment and was put on infinite hold. I was told by the poor sole person working that he was the only person on the floor and had a store full of people. I gave up, and will go elsewhere.

It was terrible. The assistant manager told me that he couldn't do the diagnosis with the handheld machine, because he was short staffed. Then I see other people getting their diagnosis and battery checked. Maybe I should stay out of the sun.

Great location they had a cool bbq truck out front and while shopping for parts also scored me some amazing bbq sandwhiches. I come here often because my town o'reillys doesnt carry many things and the staff is absolutely rude at my town store the guys that work here are go getters definatly recommend this O'Reilly's.

The corporation is cool, but I had to wipe out 2 stores' inventory of 6 inch bolts and they (stores) are not close together.

Walk in today to get a someone to help with code on my. Was told that no one could help because he was the only one at the counter. But there was six employees in the store.

The people definitely need to know that O'reilly's isn't good if you are in a emergency situation like me and my Wife are in they won't take your money over the phone or delver to you.
