We are a mid size fleet service & we deal with Brian Tom for all our break downs & he has always went above and beyond for our company. He will go out of his way to help us & to find parts for us. I wish everyone was like him. Great personality & great service. He will always be our number 1 call!

Always our number one caller, no one takes care of us like Tom ( Brian ). He goes above just being a roadside/mobile mechanic. Best service anyone could ever get. Call him first before you call anyone else!

I received extremely poor service from MHC Kenworth, as they failed to properly repair my truck. Consequently, I had to seek repairs again from Kenworth in Cincinnati, resulting in an additional expenditure of approximately $9000. They are directly responsible for this issue, yet they adamantly refuse to acknowledge their mistake

Was stuck in Mt. Enterprise, Tx Brian (Tom) came out and got me back running fast. This was the 2nd time with 2 different trucks that he saved me. He's fast and friendly.

Arrived at 8pm on a week nite with bad coolant leak. They got me in within 30 minutes and had my hoses swapped out within a few hours. The one mechanic on duty even stayed over to finish the job. This is very unusual for an OTR Driver. I greatly appreciated their above and beyond service. Plus it was under warranty!!!

For a simple bumper and Radiator installation for a T660 what 10 days max , hell no try 17 days while I'm in a motel, so on the 15th day I raised hell got them in trouble, so I guess this was pay back for getting them trouble

48 minutes waiting for just pick up a part for my truck when no one is in front of me. Guy at part department is on phone for 37 minutes and after I get my part. Well done guys we don t expect anything good from you.

Debbie was really nice but service Side is hell, 11 hours wait they Just check with computer what is the issue ( def leaking and has sensor problem ) 5 min they checked and than says morning shift gonna take care your truck. After 4 hours they open they still didn't touch my truck. So if you wanna do couple days vacation come here. I wish I can give negative star

First time here to get a windshield replaced and the person at the service/parts desk wasn t that helpful. He told me the people that they use couldn t replace the windshield that day and when I asked if there was someone else he just said yes but they couldn t get to me until next week!! I can tell you that was BS!!! My company made some calls and they found a local glass installer that had the windshield. I personally wouldn t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They didn t even make one call just to double check if any else had the windshield

Very sad to hear one of our drivers left and lost 2 gallons of oil due to them not tightening something as simple as a oil filter down with a wrench. Prolly just hand tight and left it. I hope they don't forget/ cut corners with bigger jobs. Please watch yourself and double check thier work if possible. Also thier back lot is always full of trailers and busses ect. I honestly think they could care less about who creates thier paychecks. I hope you guys get auditied by a higher up. Place needs better workers and staff.

Wow, these guys are the BEST!!!! Nick, Wade and Hunter went above and beyond to get our truck clutch replacement completed on a absolutely crazy requested timeline and got it done!!!! I am truly amazed!!!! Very respectable shop, they got to my truck immediately and knocked it out of the park. Warranty repair on top of it . Clutch replacement in under 8 hours. I am truly shocked by their performance!!! Never have I experienced this type of service anywhere!!!! We have been trucking for over 30 years and are amazed by this service!!!! Unbelievable!!! Thank you Nick, Wade and Hunter for all of your hard work. It is appreciated!!! Have a nice weekend guys you deserve it!!!! I will be sending all my with your way!!!

Awesome! This has to be a stand up place to do business. I stopped in a couple of days ago, and was very disappointed with my experience. The manager actually took the time out of his day to call me to make things right. I really appreciate it John. Outstanding representation of you and your company. Had a minor break down late needed a professional to look at my truck. Went to Austin at parts counter he got me to the service department where I meet Wade they was busy but worked me in. Hunter the mechanic got on it and made his diagnosis and fixed the problem. This is the best service and great attitudes I have ever experienced at any kenworth dealership. If I did not live so far away I would use these people for all my work. Thanks again

I came in for a transmission fault code was told it was one thing I explained that should be covered under warranty and was told we will have to check on it . I then got a call told it was the batteries were bad on the truck charged 900.00 dollars for new batteries only to have it happen again to days later now I'm getting a new transmission. I wouldn't bring my truck here ever again.i want to give a update just spoke to Kyle and he explained what happened and we are working on fixing the issues and I appreciate him explaining the process and working on a fix.

We had an issue with a invoice and Nick (service mgr) was very helpful on resolving the issue. He put in a substantial amount of time to help us and we felt that we were treated very fair. We will definitely use them again and we recommend this dealership highly!

Outstanding group of guys here. Rolled In early Monday had an issue with my t680 work was done at a previous mhc or should I say I paid for work to be done that was not done. The service guys dakota and the other one got right on it they assignEd Tyler the task of finding out the issue he did I needed an elbow that goes to the doc I needEd a doc cleaning and dpf replaced because it was cracked. 1 night in a hotel and back on the road. This dealership with this group of guys that Kyle hart has put in place there is by far the best experience I've had at a mhc dealership thus far they deserve 10 stars in my book. Thanks fellas I'm very pleased.

My issue is with the parts department.Was in the Prescott AR TA shop for a serpentine belt and tensioner pulley replacement.Mechanic went in detail to make sure parts guy knew exactly what parts were needed. Repeated back to mechanic. Then sent fan belt and fan belt tensioner pulley instead.Next morning ordered the tensioner pulley (had to get belt from peterbilt, KW was out of stock) and they sent an idler pulley.More delay in what is a simple repair.UpdateI was contacted by john Oliver parts manager and we discussed the issue.The idler pulley instead of tensioner pulley problem probably was a miscommunication issue between mechanic and parts guy. Mechanic said idler first then corrected himself.I appreciate that I was contacted right away and my concerns not ignored like too many places would.I have no problem using MHC in the future.

Best kw dealer I've ever been too. Even let me stay in their lounge to save money. I own my truck and believe me they looked out for me. Similar repair on a different coolant line was 800 more in Tucson. Guys at front desk are amazing and helpful. Thanks for getting me rolling in less than 22 hours.

I have had work done here on my truck twice. Very quick, and good service. Had a little issue with the second repair, but after a phone call and a cordial conversation, the problem was resolved. Thank you again. That's customer service, and that's hard to find at times. I will be back.

Slower than a slug. Apparently they cater to local fleets all day. The day guy will lie to your face, as to the status of your truck. They shouldn't do that, assumung a driver doesn't know anything. If you want to sit there all day 13 hours, go ahead they your man. If you got a job to do. Pick another place.Drivers lounge is nice, so is the night shift guy. They get the 2 stars.

They forgot to add my paperwork into a work order and I was here parked waiting for 2 days. They serviced trucks that arrived after me and I had to constantly go inside and check my status in the line.

Awesome place!!!! Great people from start to finish!!!! Check in at the service department was great and friendly and the mechanics were very informative and nice!!!! I highly recommend this place to get your kenworth fixed!!!!!!!

I brought my truck in because some electrical components were hit during a engine Wash, so my truck was losing power and would only shift to 5th gear and it was shaking like was having a Grandma seizure But the reason I make joke about it is because this place is a class act I was told that it was gonna be later on that night but they actually pulled my truck in after lunch and got busy and now she's running like she should. If I'm ever in the area again have any issues with my 680 these are the people to see. Thanks for the great service MHC Kenworth Texarkana TX

MHC Kenworth in Texarkana is by far one of the best service and repair shops I ve taken my truck into be fixed. The salesman Eric and Service Mgr Nick lenahan was in constant communication with me about the truck. I went in to just get a overhead ran and a exhaust leak fixed. The shops personal quickly wrote up the truck and got it into a service bay to began the work. While working on engine they also diagnosed a problem unrelated to the issue I was having. They went above and beyond to fix all the issues I wrote up, plus made sure there was no other issues with the truck before I picked it up. This wonderful experience can be traced back all the way through the dealership, with the great attitude and respect given to everyone who visits this dealership. I will be back when ever I need anything done to my truck, not many places go above and beyond like they do here in Texarkana. So if you are needing work done or looking to buy a truck don t hesitate stop in and see Nick and Eric, it will be worth your time and piece of mind, They will treat you with respect and be honored to work on your equipment.
