Great service. We bought a used Benz from a second hand lot for cash and brought it to the service team and they were an amazing help. The second hand lot basically sold us a death trap and the service team worked with us and helped us get back on the road safely in our death mobile. Thanks JJ and the techs!

My mother had some issues with her c300. Being an older vehicle she wanted a diagnostic to see if it was worth repairing. She received a quote for repairs and elected to have the car repaired. Upon being called to pick the car up she was told it was good to go. After paying and leaving the dealership she wanted me to drive it saying it was still not right. I drove it and the car was still shuttering.I call the dealership back and explain what the car was doing. JJ explained they had fixed everything and had the tech drive it twice to verify. He then says "Oh wait the tech had noted driveline vibration present and very noticeable". JK then has the tech on a 3 way conversation to say "yes that's probably the transmission going out"!My mother was told before the repairs were made "we don't like to let anyone drive off until repairs are made". So not one word was mentioned about the still present vibration/shuttering and let us leave. Why was she not notified about this? Why was she not asked if she wanted them to take a look? How do they know transmission was going out?A good, honest dealership would have been proactive on making sure she was taken care of isn't that what Mercedes prides there company on? At bare minimum they should have verified the correct fluid level in transmission! After learning this I personally looked it over and one of the transmission cooler lines has a small leak. This could very well mean it is low enough to have the shudder. It is not possible for anyone to check it because it is a sealed unit with no dipstick..and they know this!A 69 year old woman wanted her Mercedes fixed and it's pretty apparent she paid $1200 for subpar service.She is VERY DISAPPOINTED. Someone should make this right...I have attached cooler line leak as well as the car still sitting!***Update*** Now they say she needs a $13,000...yes $13k transmission. The car isn't even worth half of that, and they STILL did NOT check fluid level, We definitely recommend taking your vehicle anywhere but here. Very lousy service. We also will not be purchasing from Orr if this is the type service received.

Got my C300 serviced. When they were done, I received a paper, but no one went over with me what exactly was done to my car. I was just sent on my way. Whatever, but that wasn't my complaint. I saw a car that I was interested in and Abe (the greatest guy!!!) showed me the car. My complaint is with Cameron, the finance manager. He wasn't interested in selling me that car but this isn't the first time I've had a problem with him. I told Abe even before I talked with Cameron about my previous experience with him, and I'll be damned if this time wasn't just like the first. He gets "mad" and tries to "bully" you into financing with them. I am SO DONE with Orr!! I've bout three vehicles from them in 4 years. I guess that doesn't matter. Never again. I see why people go to Shreveport and the Dallas area. I've already made appointments.

I needed service done on my 2017 Volvo XC90 and decided to call Mercedes of Texarkana to schedule and have the service performed there. Man am I glad I did!!! JJ Darty (Service Manager there) absolutely wowed me with his OUTSTANDING level of customer service and excellent communication. Hey Gregg Orr, give this guy a pay raise and make sure you retain his services. Employees like JJ, are difficult to find. Make sure you keep this guy!!! My Volvo is back to new and is running great. Thank you Mercedes of Texarkana service team!A+++++ I highly recommend.

This dealership is the worst when it comes to servicing your vehicle. Had my E300 in because it s shaking the dealership stated that it was not aligned. They said they did never happen as the date of this post I ve had to replace two run flat tires approximately $800 yet the dealership still hasn t fixed the problem

Took my new Benz in because the blind spot and a couple other sensors were not working. They got me right in and had the car fixed in a couple of hours.

Absolutely the best service ever from a Mercedes Benz Dealership!! The Service Manager, Rocky Gray, ensured my automobile service was a priority and made sure my car was in great working condition for my trip back to Colorado. Also, during my wait for maintenance to be completed, the Client Manager, Abe Nseirat, noticed that I was looking at the 2022 autos. Although I was not in the market to buy one at this time he answered all my questions and opened the doors for me to view the interior. If I was ready for a new auto, I would have purchased it from him. I would have to say, Texarkana, Texas Mercedes Benz demonstrates the type of service that all dealerships should be measured by. Outstanding!!

This Dealership will not service your vehicle, if...My 2012 Mercedes Benz S-Class broke down on Saturday 11/26/2022, in the area of the Mercedes-Benz of Texarkana dealership, I am from the Central Texas area. The tow truck driver towed my vehicle to the dealership, and I spoke to JJ Darty, the assistant service manager. He informed me that they will not work on my vehicle for the following reasons:1. If my vehicle has never been serviced at this dealership.2. If my vehicle is over ten years.3. If my vehicle has over 100,000 miles.I've never heard of a Mercedes Benz dealership refusing to work on their own vehicle or turning down work. Because of this situation, I called Georgetown Mercedes Benz, to see if they could get them to help me. They would not change their policy to help me, even told them I'm a veteran, no love for vets at this place. This is poor customer service, so if I bought a vehicle from this dealership, would they tell me about their policies for repair work before I buy the vehicle? I doubt it. I couldn't even rent a loaner car to get home. The tow truck driver, Justin from Baker's Towing & Recovery was more helpful, in getting my car back to the Central Texas area than they were.I tried calling the assistant service manager back, but my calls were being terminally ignored (sent to voice mail or I was ghosted, take your pick). After the second time, I didn't bother to leave a message. Based on how I was treated in this situation, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and would tell them to do business with Mercedes Benz of Georgetown, where the customer service is better.

I called in to have my Smart car looked at. It has a Mercedes motor. I had already replaced the turbo with a new turbo from Mercedes. Told the the service writer that it had a code of P0046. He assured me that your dealer could find the issue. Found out later that they had to wait to get there code reader from another dealer. Plus found out that this dealer didn't have any of the computer software to be able to update parameters in the car's computers. Tried to tell me I needed another new turbo which I didn't believe was the problem. However I said do it but if that doesn't fix the issue then I am not paying for the turbo since that obviously was the issue. The service writer said that wouldn't work and ask me to come and get the car. Sounded like the dealer just wanted to continue to throw parts and labor at the job and hope they got lucky and found the issue. Still got charged a diagnostic fee of almost $200 dollars for telling me they found the same code that I told them the car had when I brought it in. Would not recommend this dealer for service.

I drove two hours from Little Rock after working with Rhonda Price almost a week on a deal for a car. Rhonda was a great salesperson.. I let her run my credit and CONFIRMED with her that my interest rate would be the special rate of 2.99% from Mercedes Benz Financial. When I arrived here, after the car was not detailed, the finance manager told me that the special rate was only for 2021 models and the 2022 I had been negotiating for a week would be at a higher rate.I left the dealership very dissatisfied, and wrote a review about my experience. The next morning, the General Manager, Aaron Johnson, called me and worked with me to get a deal that I was comfortable. He went above and beyond to correct my initial bad experience and I purchased the car that I wanted.

This was the worst experience I have ever had and the Management has no people skills I took my car to get a diagnostic test ran on it to see what the problem was and to have it fixed, to my understanding when you take your car to a high tech place like this they should have the tools to go straight to the source instead of creating a list of possibilities they was fixing the small things instead of the problem and charging me $1000's. I call management hoping that I could get help with this and The Sales Manager Jeremy J. the GM Mr. Wishard was very rude and was speaking on the terms as if I was trying to get an Attorney involved. I sure hope Gregg Orr takes the time out to read these review

My experience with the service department was not good.Rocky Gray provided me with false information for months, stating that my Mercedes Benz would require very expensive service maintenance to be performed at 50k miles, so with this information I purchased a 2 year service contract on May 08, 2020 and took my vehicle in a few days later to have all of the major service maintenance requirements performed.When I picked my vehicle up I noticed they only changed the oil, and Rocky admitted that he made a mistake, and that my vehicle only needed an oil change at 50k miles.I informed him that I purchased the 2 year service contract based on the false information he gave me related to my vehicle needing major service at 50k miles, and now he's telling me it only needed an oil change at 50k miles.Jeremy Juster is the General Manager, and I was informed that he would call me, but he never did, so I had to call him. Still waiting on resolution, but the false information provided by Rocky Gray is very concerning.

We had a sudden diesel leak traveling down Hwy 30 near Texarkana. Had to be towed to the Benz dealer while traveling home to PA. Rocky Gray, service manager, explained that all the bays were full up and all the tech's were hard at work already. He suggested a close hotel and offered to have their shuttle take us.The Marriott Fairfield gave us a discount when we mentioned that the dealership suggested staying with them. Nice. When Rocky called for an update he explained it was about 3 hrs of labor .He had a tech working on it out in the parking lot.because the bays were still full. Awesome consideration.We decided to settle in for an evening in Texarkana going to Zapata's on Rocky's recommendation. I told him we'd Uber into town if he couldn't finish late in the day, expecting it might well be into the morning before we could have the car. Amazing to hear from Rocky at 4:00 that he'd have us on the road again before dinner!What could have become "ugly" worked out magnificently. Unexpected diversion into Texarkana with minor inconvenience due to Rocky really wanting to help. This also gives us extra time in Memphis to see Mud Island and the River Museum. Now we can enjoy Curfew Stew for dinner in Memphis just a day behind our planned schedule. Wonderful service with true southern hospitality.Thanks Rocky

I bought my car in Dallas but it was time for the scheduled maintenance service also needed a battery Rocky in the service department he was excellent they provided me with first class service the work was excellent they were very timely and got to work done fast they kept me informed of the progress of what was going on no one but them will be working on my Mercedes and I highly recommend them they are excellent thank you Rocky for the Superior service.

Although I have purchased five vehicles from Orr, this was my first experience with Rocky Gray and his team at Orr Mercedes Service. I purchased my current Acura at Orr Shreveport; and it needed its first service.The service was a first-rate experience; Rocky went above-and-beyond and is an asset to Orr.Mr. Gregg Orr, if you read these reviews, that man has earned a bonus!
