Was looking for a Mustang and found the one I wanted at this dealer. I had to drive 5 hours there and had a fantastic experience. Mike and Richie did a fantastic job with the process. You can tell McLarty Ford Cares about their customers and I highly recommend Buying from here even if out of state!!

Mclarty ford is a beautiful representation of why people hate car dealerships. Absolutely disgusting, bottom feeder sales people that have no integrity. Sold my vehicle to someone else not 24 hours after entering into a purchase agreement, as I m booking a flight to pick it up from 15 hours away. They didn t even bother to tell me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from these people.

Bobby Brown was excellent to work with! He explained everything to us and was very patient. Everyone there were so friendly! I highly recommend Mclarty Ford if you are looking for a vehicle and a very friendly staff!!!

Hello, I wanted to say thank you so much Ben Butler for being such a wonderful service agent. I bought a 2015 Mustang eco boost brand new from another Dallas showroom floor. I brought my dream car home and I'm so happy with it. When the time for the first checkup happened was the 1st time I met Ben. You have a wonderful worker with Ben and would recommend him in a heartbeat in getting selected Employee of the Month. He has the best service care attitude a buyer could ask for. He has helped me out with recalls and other minute issues with my car. Keep up the good work Ben! You are the best!! Debbie Taylor

Bait and Switch. Contacted McLarty for a great deal on a 13k mile used vehicle that was available on the lot. McLarty checked the vehicle and verified it was still available and not sold. Within 30 minutes McLarty hard polled my credit (after I had an approval for $54,000) said the original vehicle was sold but I was approved for complete POS with only 80K miles. So, I wen to another dealership and will just be paying with wire. Now I can't take possession of the vehicle for another week, but they did reduce the price by $2300 to cover tags and title plus putting on all new tires, a detail and a year of Sat radio.

Bought a few vehicles here. Sales are ok but service is bad. Called to make an appointment for a safety recall. I am a fleet engineer and already knew the procedure, but was given a bunch of nonsense. They said they had to order the parts which would take two weeks, and that it was a 3 day job. Blatant lies.I took the truck to Johnston Ford in New Boston. They had the parts in stock and performed the repair in just a few hours. Mclarty has a really bad habit of assuming that every customer has no knowledge.

Dealing with McLarty Ford has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any company in all my life. I was sold a used vehicle that had a cracked block from the beginning that I wasn't told about, it was traded in for that reason but was hidden from me when being sold. It barely lasted 2 months then quit on me, after paying $1,000 for a new battery and starter I was told the engine needed to be replaced also. They said the warranty would cover the engine but they are on backorder and it's been almost 5 months at the dealership now, and they don't have any loaner vehicles to let me use. I've talked to the service manager and the owner and general manager of the dealership, neither would do anything at all to help me. I may end up losing my job bc I don't have a vehicle, the least they could have done is give me some advice on what I could do to get a vehicle until mine is fixed. All they care about is your money, not the customer.

Big thanks to Kevin McCoy at McLarty Ford for putting my wife Brittney in her Nice new car. He s a really good guy with a good sense of humor and all around a great salesman! If your looking to buy a new or preowned Ford vehicle go see Kevin he ll get you fixed up and he ll have a smile on his face the whole time. He ll definitely make you feel comfortable and do whatever he can to please a customer. I had a great experience dealing with him and he went out of his way to make my wife happy with her new car and me happy with the price lol. He stayed at work late just to make the sale and a very happy customer/friend. I ll definitely be going back to see him when I m ready to get me a newer truck!! Great personality, Good Salesman and by the time we left he was a good friend, I Highly recommend him. Thank you Kevin I really appreciate it and enjoyed visiting with you. If your not smiling when you get there you will be after talking to him!!!

Got a beautiful used 2013 Mustang GT here. I live 3 hours away but my sales consultant, Kevin McCoy, was really nice and responsive to my inquiries. Kevin helped me score the car for less than market value even though it's a seller's market at the time and it was exactly as described with no major issues. No weird noises or smoke, no leaks, and tires are healthy even after several weeks of driving it daily. Kevin was also really generous with letting me test drive the car and bring it to get a second mechanical opinion, as well as refunding my deposit in full should I decide to not purchase the car for any reasons. My favorite part was the actual buying process, which is usually a nightmare for most people. I wasn't pressured into buying anything, no funny shenanigans, no bait-and-switch, no "extra" stuff, and the dealer delivered as promised. It was fast, simple, and I was already in my car driving home after just 15 min of paperwork. I would definitely recommend Kevin and this place to anyone in the market for Ford vehicles.

I reserved my new Bronco, September 9, 2020, and chose McLarty Ford as my dealer of choice because my family has been doing business with them for decades. Even though I currently reside in California, it was worth it to me to have to drive it 2000 miles back home, to 1) Show my appreciation for the care and service they have always provided my family, and 2) Trusting that they would would take the same care of my needs and desires for my new Bronco. Mr. Dansby went above and beyond and proved my decision to go with them correct. From order to final delivery, Mr Dansby stayed in constant contact with me, letting me know all relevant details and information on his end to deliver my dream Badlands, from calling with information on how to get a faster delivery date, to taking photos and sending them to me when she was delivered to the dealership. I can not say enough about how cared for I felt by the whole experience. I know that car dealers sometimes get a bad reputation, but McLarty Ford in Texarkana, Texas, can be seen as an example of how a dealership should be run. Thank you all for the experience.

McLarty FORD is the place for great sales and service. We just purchased 2021 Escape with the bells and whistles of latest Ford technology. Our salesman Dansby was awesome. Dansby knows the new vehicle lineup well explained the co-pilot and navigation and lane keeping to us. McLarty Ford is great! Wife and I bought many new cars but this dealership goes above and beyond to make you the customer happy. Even called the next day to ask how my wife likes her new SUV. Dansby I would highly recommend, great salesman. Knows how to make it all happen when your ready. I have used service department through the years and McLarty Ford service dept. is awesome! Give the10 stars they had them for McLarty Ford for Sales, Finance, Service department.

I took my car in to get something fixed in the rear end. While it was there they decided to "fix" a recall. After I received my car I got home and it would not start and was just acting crazy. I was able to get it back to the service department where they reprogrammed whatever they had done when it was there previously. After this I was assured it was ready to roll, the very next morning it would not start again. This time they have had it all day and I can not get in contact with anyone as they will not even return a voicemail. They messed my car up and have no urgency to get it fixed or even give me something to drive in the mean time. The only person who does their job is a service advisor but she unfortunately cannot help at this point. The only reason I left 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. I would highly urge you not to bring your business here to get anything positive accomplished, however if you want your perfectly running 2 year old car with less than 50K miles to turn into a hunk of scrap metal McLarty Ford is the place to be!

If you have the chance, buy from Garry Downs.At the beginning of this summer, our family minivan (2003 Windstar) died of natural causes, so we went looking for a used replacement with third row seats. I called about a vehicle seen online, and was connected with salesman Garry Downs. Garry was great! He tried to express how great a find this used car was, sending texts with photos. We placed a deposit over the phone, sight-unseen!The McLarty team delivered my new car to my front door, since our minivan wouldn't make the trip fantastic service and follow-through. Our family was thrilled by the way this used car lived up to Mr. Downs's words.Thank you, Garry, for making sure we got this car at such an honest price.

Saturday 10/2/21, I saw a Army Green Chrysler 300 C class at McLarty's over the weekend. I stopped by to get a better look and instantly feel in love with this car. I went home and told my husband about it, so Sunday I asked him to go look at it and he did. Monday morning he left the house and came back with it for me to test ride. Next thing I know our salesman Olin hand me the keys and I took her home. As my husband like to say "Happy wife, happy life". The end.

McLarty offered excellent service without all the hassles normally associated with car salesman. We had a whole team assisting us with our purchase process. They all were helpful by offering information and answering any questions we had. We had an overall great experience and got a quality truck and a fair price.

I bought a car from them that broke down in a month with engine issues. Its been in the shop for 6 months then they gave it back still has issues some times wont start then they go back on thier word saying they would undo the deal. these people are scammers go to a real dealership dave your money abd save yourself from The headache. 1 star is too good for then

Very nice service department! Lobby is nice, coffee and hot donuts this morning. Had a battery replacement in key fob, fast and a great price, recall on vehicle and didn't have to wait long at all. Pleasant experience.

I have bought multiple vehicles in the past. This is my first from McLarty. I need to get into a mental state in order to fight for the vehicle I want at the price I am willing to pay. I didn't have to fight at all at McLarty. It was just MSRP+TT&L. No fight because of nitrogen in the tires or some upsell because of pin stripping. I was honestly left speechless. If you continue to do business this way, you have found a loyal customer. Klark was outstanding! He had an answer to every question I had as well as gave me information that I didn't think to ask at the time.

I've only owned Ford vehicles. This dealership is hardly qualified to have them on the lot. They are the worst dealership in town. Terrible service.

Give a 1 star honest review and you take it down. Carvana will give you WAY more for your trade. Just try it and find out. McCarty offered $24k where Carvana offered over $31k for the same Ford Mustang. I have proof and am selling on Monday. Nice try McCarty.
