We are so pleased with the customer service at this business! In the last 2 days they have gone above and beyond to help in a stressful situation. Mary was so helpful on the office end of things, and Josh was 100% on the service call.We highly recommend this local business!

True to their word, a skilled technician (Josh)called within 30minutes arrived at my home within a surprisingly short timeframe. Josh was not only prompt but also displayed a level of expertise that immediately put me at ease. He skillfully assessed the situation, explaining each step of the process to me. The transparency and professionalism were truly refreshing. Josh maintained a positive and courteous demeanor throughout, making a stressful situation far more bearable. They are the best locksmith service here in Texarkana. I broke my key trying to unlock my vehicle and tried to call Pop-A-Lock first. They told me they couldn't make a key and that it was a dealer only key...it's a 2002 Subaru with an all metal key. Needless to say I was able to get in touch with LocksmithTXK and he not only got me into my car, but was able to cut a key on the spot! Thanks again for all your help and great service!

Can t say enough good things about the folks at Locksmith TXK! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to give their customers personalized attention. And the gun safes they carry are far superior in terms of quality and craftsmanship compared to the ones you see in large retail stores. The delivery of my new safe went very smoothly - they had it placed in my home and balanced the door in less than an hour! I believe in supporting local businesses, and if you need a new gun safe, LocksmithTXK is the only place to go!

Very knowledgeable, two guys came out. They called ahead of time and helped with the setup. Worth the money paying for delivery. No scratched up floors or messed up doorways. Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience with this company. The locksmith came out on time and worked quickly. He was very professional and friendly. I felt the price I paid was reasonable and in line with other locksmiths. I will not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommended to anyone.

Wonderful service! I went in with an aftermarket replacement key fob to be cut and programmed. These gentlemen were friendly, courteous and patient. It took a while and when I was feeling like it was a hopeless endeavor, they kept at it until all was good. Thank you all.

Walked in not really knowing what I was after. The lady working the counter guided me to what I needed and made it effortless to make my decision. Bought it and got it delivered a couple of days later. One of the easiest purchases I've made. Great hometown business! Definitely recommend!

Steve and his guys are top notch! I've dealt with them in a business relationship for years. However I purchased a very large gun safe from him several months ago and as an actual customer I was not at all surprised to see the same professionalism and skill I'd seen before. He and his guys definitely had their work cut out for them moving that safe. They did it flawlessly. They are extremely knowledgeable in their industry and I could keep going on the accolades. Use these guys and you will have a locksmith for life!

I used them last year to get a key made and key and remote fob . Very good and professional service. Today I used them to get two more remotes for a different vehicle. 10/10 service. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Would recommend.

5 stars all day, no question! They saved my life at 11 PM on a Thursday! I lost my key fob at the ball fields and these guys came out in the cold and hooked me right up with a brand new one. I will be calling them and recommending them with any and all lock needs in the future.

Steve was very helpful and took his time explaining everything he was going to do before he did it. He worked very hard to make sure the lock and door were functioning as intended. This is the second time I have used this company with great results. I would not hesitate to refer them to anybody. Thanks for a job well done.

I have a "spare car key" that stopped working, so I bought a new battery. That didn't fix it so I called the manufacturer. They said it needed reprogrammed. I called Pop-A-Lock, and they wanted $150 plus travel. I asked, "what is travel?". He said they charge more depending on how far they have to go to fix it. So I said again, "it's a spare key. Why can't I just bring it to you?". He said, in that case, just come by and the price will be lower. It will actually be half that, and probably even less. I then asked, how much less? He replied that he didn't know, and I just had to come by and he could tell me. So I Googled lock smiths, and came across Locksmith TXK. I called them and was told for $65 they could reprogram it, but to come by and they would look at it first. I went there, and after he checked a few things in the van, pushed a couple of buttons on the dash, and checked that the key was actually transmitting, the key worked again. I don't like promoting or bashing businesses being a business owner myself, but I have found my new go to for keys.

These guys were amazing delivering my safe! First they were exactly on time when though they had to travel further to help me out. They were super careful and made sure there was no way to tell they moved a700lb safe through the house. The other thing is that they drove over an hour with the safe because the first "dealer" Liberty Safe sent my safe to was so terrible Liberty had to call in a favor with Locksmith TXK. These guys obviously put customers first. Thank you!

Absolutely the best I have ever used. If you have lost the combination to your safe, then you need to call them. Fast inexpensive and great service. They cracked my safe in about and hour and now I had my safe back again.

I have had keys made for my truck and also matching locks and keys for my trailer. Family owned and operated, very knowledgeable i was in and out very quickly. If I ever have a need for keys again, Locksmith TXK & Liberty Safe will be my only stop!

Lost keys to our camper hundreds of miles from home! These kind folks stayed after 5pm, and rekeyed a new key based off a photo. Saved our family fun. Such lifesavers!! Thank you guys so much
