Only 5 stars for this service. Managers and shop guys are know their work what need to do. Also many type of tires what you need.

Staff is very nice, understood the needs for my truck and took the time to inform me of all my options. Work was completed very quickly and done right.

If you are using a national account I DO NOT recommend this place. They will jack the price of mount/dismount and valve stems up (almost double). The owner was very clean that the doesn't like national accounts however they have a billboard stating they accept them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! After seeing the response from the owner, I will explain more. I am not disputing the prices for the tires in which the National Account controls. The National Account does not control the price of the mount/dismount and valve stems. That is controlled by the tire center. We were quoted $25 over the phone for mount/dismount per tire, however Heintschel charged us $36.46 for the outside tire and $39.58 inside.

These people are not honest. I have wanted to write about this and have put it off for a few years now. We were driving through Texarkana on our way back to Ohio from a long trip out west. We were behind one of their trucks which was towing a trailer that had some type of cages on board. A metal piece flew off one of the cages and hit the left front drivers side of our car breaking the fiberglass quarter panel, tearing out the light shroud and damaging the foglight. The truck driver sped away and we eventually caught up and saw the Heintschel sign on the side. I called ahead to the Tire Center and explained what had happened. They were aware of the truck and what it was hauling and asked us to drive on in.Once we arrived the owners son (i think) Jared Heintschel came out and looked at our car and explained how he had looked at the cages and seen that one of the attached to the wire mesh was missing. He was very friendly and took our name and contact information. A woman (I dont remember her name now)I had initially talked to was also there and assured me over and over how they were a Christian company and that they would make things right. She said that the owner had some type of dental procedure going on that day and otherwise he would be out there taking care of it himself. She offered to contact him but since I know how I feel after going to the dentist, I told her not to disturb him. We parted ways and after all the assurances from her and Jared I felt comfortable that once I returned back to Ohio and got them an estimate things would be taken care of.Well, I got three estimates and sent them the cheapest one for a few hundred dollars worth of painting and parts. A week or so later I received a letter from their insurance company stating that since there was no clear evidence that what struck our vehicle came from their trailer they were not legally liable blah, blah, blah.I was shocked after all that had been said to us this was their response. Surely there was some mistake so I called the "Christian" woman and asked if she knew of any reason her company was not going to honor their verbal commitment to us. She replied that she had been instructed by the insurance company that she should not talk to me and that since there was no police report there was no proof of our claim.Let that be a lesson to anyone reading this. When the rubber meets the road (yes pun intended) these people are not Christian (although they may go to church). I am Christian, and I forgive them, but I also feel obligated to tell our story so that other Christians might avoid the need to turn the other cheek.

I called the and asked would they mind getting me in for trailer tires being it was almost closing time. They said yes we will wait on you and they got me in and out. Not only that they were very professional and no one was mad for having to stay over to help me out. They will forever have my business when I'm in Texarkana.

Very accommodating! Friendly staffs! People here are very good at what they do! From the staff that handles the tire up to the front desk that handles your bills! And this is a review from a real customer that went in for a semi truck tire change! And did i say they are very time effecient? Nuff said!

Fixed my tire in 15mins. His name is Trace,that dude is a magician. Hats off to him.Meanwhile I had been to loves before coming there, guess what,loves said it's not fixable.Just a nail in a tire.

A Huge Thank You to Joe and everyone at Heintschel Truck Tire Center. Our 43' 5th wheel camper had a flat tire on a Saturday so we stayed at a hotel nearby until Monday. Called, talked to Joe and they had the correct hard to find size & type we needed! We replaced all 4 of those blasted cheap tires shipped on RV's (GoodRide brand, really?) and for a good price too! Also found one of the wheel bearing caps had broken from its threads, and replaced that as well.Heintschel has a great team and they will do what it takes to get their customers back on the road as soon as they can.I would recommend them as a 1st contact for tires & service. Thank y'all very much!!

Quick friendly very accommodating in every way. We so appreciate the help we got and the service from these guys. In and out in less than an hour with 5 new rv tires. The best!
