It took them 3 months to repair my vehicle then the day I got back it started misfiring and the check engine light came on. I took it back up to them and they told me I'll have to take it to the ford dealership and pay $125 for diagnostics even though they returned it to me in poor condition. I will never recommend this shop to anyone, ever!

Absolutely the most unprofessional and dishonest body shop in Texarkana. They will lie to you and take advantage of every aspect of your experience. Avoid this shop and avoid a disastrous headache.Ashley has been the responsible employee and is extremely good at endless excuses and passing blame on distribution, her owner, the mechanics, and everyone else imaginable except herself.The vehicle has been in their possession for 13 weeks!!! for the damage pictured, caused by a raccoon.

Took them a month to do a simple job. Ended up putting the wrong bumper on and gave me a bunch of attitude just because I was calling for updates when it was 2 weeks past when they said it'd be done, the guy literally said "we can't come running to the phone every time someone calls" I didn't lose my temper and was nice but dang did they test me. I ended up having to keep the wrong bumper on because they took so long the insurance wouldn't cover the rental car any longer. Glad to be done with them. I will never use them again.

Welcoming, polite, honest, informative and friendly staff. Willing to help and answer questions. Very professional. Clean, nice smelling office area. Adjuster will to answer any and all concerns.

Haley's did a fantastic job fixing my vehicle. The staff was professional and nice. The owner even called after hours to give updates. The only thing that could have been better was the amount of time it took to fix my vehicle. This was not Haley's fault but, parts supply and delivery delays. If I ever need body work done on a vehicle again, I will be using Haley's!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Wes and Lauren are the absolute best! Friendly, courteous and just down right good people. Customer service: excellent. Workman ship: excellent. Spot on with their time estimate. I had a minor issue with windshield installation which they covered by their warranty. No hassles- they stand behind their work! Would highly recommend Haley's Body Shop!

Had a scratch on my door and went to get an estimate. The lady at the front was very sweet and as soon as I got my paperwork done, Wes Haley was ready to look at my car. He was very nice, professional and helpful. The work done was quick and Wes made sure it was perfect!!

Been a customer at Haley's Body Shop for over 10 years. They have always been very professional and every job has always looked the way it is suppose to. No complications ever!!! I don't know why one of their reviewers stated that they only work with insurance customers and not cash paying customers.... I have paid cash several times and have never had an issue. I would give them 10 stars if I was able. The entire crew goes above and beyond to make sure that they have met my expectations. They always have and I will continue to use them.

Recently got into an accident....next stop was Haley's Body Shop! I've ALWAYS used them because their work is impeccable! Throughout the entire experience I was informed about the progress of my truck! Jana May is BEYOND professional and her customer service is A+! Oh and don't even get me started on the person that COMPLETELY detailed my truck before I got it back! I'm not sure of their name, but I'm pretty sure my truck has NEVER been this clean! I will ALWAYS use Haley's for any repair or body shop needs that I have....until the day they close the doors...and hopefully that's no time soon! One happy customer! Thank you Haley's!

Outstanding from start to finish. My girl (lacroix) came in with a insurance claim for a simple bumper replacement on a 98 Toyota Tacoma.The truck needed a few minor things repaired that were not part of the insurance claim and for a few extra dollars they repaired those additional items, plus detailed washed it and made it look like a brand new truck. My girl is extremely happy with the quality of work you did there Thank You.

Best I ve experienced. I had experienced wreck in Dallas and they too care of all details on large amount of damage to new GMC truck. I m a perfectionist and was not disappointed at all. Wes and his crew were extremely professional and timely. All work beyond expectations. You won t be surprised with unknowns.

We had a bad gouge through the paint of our 2019 Traverse. It required some body work along with a custom color and painting process. Haley's made it look great and matched the color perfectly. Well done, Haley's, well done.

Very polite and helpful service!! They answered all the questions I had for them, and even handled some of the hassle with the insurance company.I've had my car for a week now and the repairs have been great so far. Back of my vehicle looks like a new car.

The people who car for your vehicle at Haley's go above and beyond for you. They are very detailed and care about their clients. I was in a wreck and reached out to them. They guided me every single step of the way. Answered all my questions and my jeep runs better now than it did before my wreck

I was referred to this shop by a coworker and the moment I walked in I knew this was the right shop to work on my vehicle. The clerk and I spirit click bc we started talking about the goodness of our LORD and SAVIOR! So I will recommend Haley's Body Shop to whomever needs their vehicle repaired! Haleys is the greatest body shop ever. They take care of the client as well as the insurance provider. They strive to take care of both with the clients needs put above the rest. Do work in line with other shops...but the stories and reasons they give for keeping our car for almost a month (only minor damage) was all it took for me not to ever return to this establishment.
