Hadaway was awesome, Jessica and Amber were great before, during, and after the repairs to my vehicle. The new bumper, cleaning of the headlights, and the new moldings around the windshield has my Green Machine looking newer than it is. Thank you for a job well done and your customer service.

after calling every body shop in the texarkana area hadaway collision was able to get my car into a bay the fastest. was told it could be up to two weeks, my car was looked at within 2 days! the team at hadaway kept me informed in every part of my claim even copying me on all communication with the responsible parties insurance. Christy never hesitated to answer any and all questions i had about my vehicle or the next step. The team at Hadaway really cares about their customers!

Used their service last week for a minor repair due to an accident. The whole staff was welcoming and informative. They were very prompt and professional through the whole experience. They updated me and told me when my vehicle would be ready. It was ready the day they said. They even offered me a courtesy ride to pick up my vehicle. The whole process was stress free and excellent. I don't believe I could have had better service anywhere else.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

My Lexus had major mechanical and body damage. I immediately had the wrecker service take the vehicle to Hadaway. They always do an excellent job repairing and putting my car back new! Excellent service and home-town family forks! I highly recommend them for body work and repairs.

Dropped my car off on Tuesday and picked up my car on Friday, My car looks great they repaired my car and detailed it for me. Joey went above and beyond to make sure that the insurance company paid to fix my car back to original condition. He dealt with the insurance company so I didn t have to. The customer service is excellent and the repair was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you Joey for your excellent customer service and for taking the time to help me out. You made me feel like my car was just as important to you as it is to me. I was greeted with a very friendly owner. He was very helpful and took care of my situation he was very polite. My car was finished a day early. I received very friendly service from everyone I came into contact with and was treated with the utmost respect. I absolutely love Hadaway Collision I will never use anyone else. From the staff, to the work everything is amazing. Joey worked to answer all my questions and took my many phones calls to check on my Car. Natalie answers the phone will a happy voices and will laugh right along with you! My Explorer looked brand new when I pick it up with a full detail!!! Best place to take your car!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately I was in a car accident and Hadaway Collision is who the police called to pick up my vehicle. My husband I visited with them today to look at damages with our insurance adjuster and I have to say that even though they have not yet started on my car my husband and I was VERY IMPRESSED! Everyone was extremely nice, answered all of our questions and reassured us that they will do a great job. Thank you for kindness and we look forward to working with you.

This was the first time we used Hadaway Collision. I am one that likes to read reviews before doing anything. Just as the reviews stated, " Hadaway Collision was very professional, the work was completed on the date they provided, and the quality of the job was excellent. I was very impressed. We had to use Hadaway Towing for our business van and then two days later our personal vehicle and they were fantastic. They were there in less than 30 min of us calling. They were able to get our vehicle out of park (which we could not do) so it could be loaded without having to drag it up. Very friendly and personable! Thank you Hadaway family!

Hadaways has helped my family for many years with all paint and body work. As long as they are in business I will not be going anyways else. Their care and concern for the customer is amazing and they are always working to get you back in your vehicle as fast as possible without cutting corners. We are pretty particular about quality of service we get anywhere and with Hadaway, they have always amazed us with their workmanship. Hadaway Collision took care of my needed repairs and kept me informed every step of the way. One of their professional staff members even found some lost money in my vehicle and returned it to me. Got my car back today. Paint work looks good, as I expected. Everyone at Hadaway's was great to interact with, professional and prompt. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Mr. and Mrs. Hadaway personally delivered my car to my house, 40 minute drive from Texarkana, with a last minute notice. Very friendly people, who really care about their customers.

My car has hit the mark where all the little things have started falling apart. Joey has been super kind & patient with all my cars needy needs lol ... and even better then have been extremely affordable. I have had quotes from others in town, and my car has been left unfixed because I didn t even know their was a more affordable option. So thankful I found Haddaway!! I m sure there will be more work to come

My wife had some new badges for her Telluride come in. We reached out to a few other body shops here in town and never had a response back. First call to Hadaway Collision and I was put into contact with Joey. We talked about what my wife wanted and expected, he then quoted me a very reasonable price. I said let s do it and Joey took it and ran. We scheduled a drop off day (which was today) and he had it ready for pick up at lunch. The cherry on top I have to say is that when I got there to pick it up he had the outside detailed, and that s something we didn t ask for. He treated our small job with so much detail you would have thought we were spending thousands. Every one I came in contact with was happy and helpful while in the office, which lets you know they re doing something right. Can t say enough good things about our local body shop!

The best there is. I don't understand the negative reviews. But, just know, everyone has an off day & nobody is perfect. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Phil. He helped me out today as I couldn't get out of my driveway.Haha! We got alot of snow last night & today. Texas isn't accustomed to this. He was very kind today & he has always done great work! Thanks again, Phil! I appreciate ya!

WOW is the only word I can think of. I hope I do not have the need for a repair shop again for quite sometime however if I do, I will be going to Hadaway. Phil is absolutely the best. This has been one of the most stressful situations and Phil jumped in and went above and beyond to help. From the Tow Truck driver to the staff at the shop, everyone tried to be as helpful as they could be. Even when I wasn't being my best self. If I could give a 10/10 I would. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I will not use Hadaway body shop again due to the highly unprofessional manner in which Phil Hadaway personally treated me. And, the way he talked so negatively about his employees in front of me. He was quick to blame his employees instead of handling the situation professionally, as the owner of a business should. The one star is only for the employees who felt they needed to apologize for what happened.

I had an incident someone backed into my car. I had to take my own pictures and send in there was more damage to my car that you couldn't see having to take your own pictures is a very stressful experience.Went to Hadaway collision to get an estimate on damage to my car I was very pleased with the customer service I received they take their own pictures the experience wasnt stressful and they were very professional.
