I called looking for parts to repair my travel trailer while we shopped at Orr Honda. The staff verified that they had the parts I needed on hand and offered a military discount. The purchase was completed without issue and the parts were high quality and just what I needed. Well recommended

The parts and service department are amazing! We were stranded when our E2 hitch tensioner pin broke and they were willing to do whatever they could to get us back on the road with a safe rig. Thank you, weight distribution hitch angels!

They do alright on the 4th attempted. If you have a choice go some where else and buy it may cost more bit it worth the difference.

Stopped by looking for a specific part. They did not have the part, but helped direct me to where they might. Great customer service. Will definitely go back if anything else is needed. To give them the business first.

Mike in service was great. Explained things well and did a good inspection of our camper. He also sealed the roof and it was hundreds less than another RV service place in town that had quoted a price.

If you need RV repairs go somewhere else. They will tell you you don't NEED an appointment but what they don't tell you is it will sit on their lot for a month before they get to it because they don't make appointments.Update...It's now been over a week since the "owner" replied to this review and I haven't heard a word from the GM or anyone else

Good guys air conditioner went out on moter gave me a deal and got it fixed in a few days. I'll go back
