Our sales rep, Marci, and the sales manager, Mark, were both very professional, and also personable and not pushy! They made our vehicle buying experience enjoyable and got both myself, and my husband in the vehicles we wanted by going out of their way to find exactly what we were looking for. They have our future business and I would definitely recommend giving them a chance! They were great!

I just finished a very pleasant Vehicle purchasing experience With Marci Monts Wilson. I sent her a quick message stating what I wanted and what my budget was. When I showed up she already had the vehicle and paperwork ready. This was the easiest and fastest experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. Make sure you ask for Marci!!!

I walked in and Marci told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was looking at.!she made it so easy to purchase a vehicle and got me the lowest financing rate! Had a great car dealer. Taylor sent me a text offering me a great deal on a car. So I told him what I needed to make it work. I was very surprised that when I got to the dealership every thing we talked about he delivered. Extra bonus was my payment was even 15.00 less than we had talked about. Even with adding in Gap insurance. So Give him chance. Did I tell you I drove 2 hours to work with him?

As typical of car lots as soon as they got they're money that's when the service stopped. I bought my truck from them over the phone with no problems. Vehicle was as described, after 30 days I still do not have any paperwork other than the title. They tagged my truck without informing me which cost me an extra $2500 as this truck was going to be tagged commercial which excludes me from paying sales tax. The only reason they get 1 star is because of Mac the salesman.

I went to get a vehicle. Justin Owens helped me went way far and beyond to find the best priced vehicle for me that I really wanted. Where other cat lots wanted to tell me what they would put me in . I came to Gregg Orr Extreme looking at lifted jeeps. They had a great selection and the salesman Brandon Dougan made everything simple and weightless. I didn't make a purchase that day however id greatly recommend contacting Brandon if you ever make your way to their dealership!!

Purchased a car and before the first payment it was in the shop 3 times... They refused to give me another car that actually works correctly but was ever so happy to get a down payment.. I also was told if i don't make my first payment it will be a repo on my credit. Find another place that feel like the customer matters because at this moment they don't..

I can't believe my original post has been deleted. In brief, my buying experience with Roy was pleasurable. Roy was knowledge and friendly. More later on Roy. I went into finance where the problems began. The finance person offered me a rate which was totally outlandish. I said no way. He lowered the rate about one percent. Totally unacceptable. He had already written the contract, so I asked to see it. He had added without consulting me, a contract for vehicle repair which cost around$1500. The contract would last for approximately two years, leaving me paying on a contract for the next three years, of which I would glean no benefit. It was obviously clear that the only beneficiary would be he and Orr Extreme. I instructed the person to give me a price for the car with ttl and I would arrange my own financing. He did so and I left. Before I could get to my bank, I received a call from Roy staying a mistake had been made, and offered me a much lower interest rate, very close to what my credit union offered. I returned and the deal was made and I left. I was told the licence plate would be at the dealership within two weeks. I called and was told they had not arrived, call back in one week. I called back in a week and asked for the finance manager. I told he was in a meeting and could not talk to me. I asked to speak with Roy and got his voice message. I asked Roy to check about the lic plates and call me. Good thing I didn't hold my breath. Weeks later no call. So much for Roy's after sale concern. Never again. I called back asked to speak to the finance manager. I was told he was in a meeting. Imagine that. The phone girl asked what I was calling about. I told her my LIC plates were over due and we were planning an extended trip. Oh! For that she would interrupt his meeting. On hold. She returned and stated that my paper work has not been sent to dmv. Not to worry. Plates will arrive in two weeks. Time frame just about up and I'm getting impatient. I mean really! How long could it possibly take to correct that issue? In the meantime my wife kept insisting she heard a noise in the back of the Acura. I finally drive the car to check out the noise. The rear brake pads were shot. Like metal to metal. In addition, I had taken the car to be detailed right after purchase. Upon picking up the car, the detailer showed me a damaged tire and rim. On my contract is a charge for safety inspection. Or at least that is what I was told going through the itemization at the finance office. Finally knowing that Greg Orr's people delete negative posts, I will save this post and reset in reviews each time it is deleted. In fairness, after deleting my original post, Orr extreeme left a phone number for me too call. Tomorrow I will call that number. I am also going to contact dmv to see when my plates were mailed. I also intend to file a complaint with proper authorities over the safety inspection issue. At this point, I am seriously considering returning the car to the dealership because of the safety issues. My family should never be placed in danger over the few bucks profit made by not conducting a proper safety inspection.

They will BURY YOU. I came in about 2 months ago trying to get a truck. Showed me something but then said bank wouldn t do it. Sat in office all day waiting to talk but kept switching back and forth between salesmen. Finally got me into something hours later and the payments and interest were outrageous couldn t even spell my name right on paperwork. Overall don t recommend if you don t wanna get screwed over

Hopefully Texarkana customer service and service department are better than hot springs. We used to love it but you would think buying a new Escalade from them within 1.5 years would get you more. 4 times in and problem still not fixed. No communication from service manager, even after repeated direct requests. Never a loaner car. Luxury experience forgotten at this location. Parker Cadillac will surely be more interested in my business.

My son bought a truck here had it in shop twice in the 6 months for the same thing just different sides he has had it This time he took it for one thing now they said it has more problems. Put it in on Monday they said it would be ready that afternoon then Tuesday afternoon then Wednesday around noon now they saying be ready Thursday. Bill is already over 500 which is what they had him to take a loan out through a place they recommend .My son has to pay for all the repairs.

Big jeers to Gregg Orr extreme!!!! I usually don t do these jeers because I feel like everybody deserves a fair chance, but this place is making my sister pay for a car that she hasn t had but maybe 6 months. Within the six months she s had 3 oil changes, the oil light keeps coming on, and the car will not hold oil so she adds oil every week. She called them and explained what was going on with the car 2 months after having it and they told her wasn t anything they could do. I might be wrong but I think her driving a car without oil is very dangerous and for them not to care enough to put her in something better or to fix the problem shows poor customer service. People before going here please please please try somewhere else. I hate for somebody life to be endanger dealing with a car they spent their hard earned money on.

Roy was one of the best people. Even though he couldnt get me a vehicle that day he told me up front. He didn't make me wait a few days. I knew right away. I would reccomend him.

If I could give no stars I would. Took boat motor to them in summer for warranty job. They forgot to hook up trim gauge, figured ok I'll have them fix it when I bring it in to winterize. I took my own oil, oil filters, fuel filters and lower grease everything needed to winterize. Cost $120 an hour to change the oil and filters, cost me $300 dollars for 2.5 hours. I called around and found out only costs about 150-250 max and that is with the dealer supplying the oil and filters and about and hour of labor. Manager didn't know what it takes, he should be knowledgeable about what the job entails instead of relying on mechanic to tell him how much it will cost.Gave a hard time about fixing the trim gauge. Said he wouldn't charge me and I repeatedly told him he wasn't going to because it was a warranty job and it was their error from time before. Said he couldn't get it in and done in timely manner, even though I observed 3 mechanics standing around one motor on phone and 2 out back smoking...didn't seem very busy to me. Extremely disatisfied and would rather drive 3 hrs to get a good job and reasonable price. I am never going back there and want everyone to know don't go to orr extreme, Richard in service hasn't got a clue about his shop or how to manage it..the mechanics are his boss!
