Unfortunately I wrecked my brand new car and Gregg Orr Collision was amazing and turned a horrible situation into an awesome experience. I didn t get to meet anyone in the pain or tech departments but they did an amazing job fixing my car! The paint matches perfectly and it looks brand new again. The sales rep, Christian, was absolutely the best!! I can t thank him enough he was so compassionate and kind, he kept me updated and informed on every step and detail and sent me videos and pictures throughout the process and even called to make sure everything was going smoothly after I picked it up. The whole team did a fantastic job, but I truly am thankful that this company has such a great employee as Christian his customer service was impeccable!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I d give 10 stars if I could first their customer service is amazing! They knew I couldn t get a rental because there were none available and worked hard to get my car back to me brand new. They kept me in the loop . Even with a hiccup they got it fixed. I highly recommend them.. hopefully I don t need them anytime soon but accidents happen and I will give them my business.. So far so good. They were the first and only body shop to reach back out to me. Understandably all of the body shops in Northeast Texas are slammed due to the recent storms. Regardless, with everything going on, the Receptionist has been all around professional. They are handling the logistics on getting my truck to location. Still early in the process, but I forsee it being a pleasant experience. It may only be a 6 year old truck, but it is my pride and joy. And so far they seem to understand that some people have that uncanny connection to an inanimate object

No nice things to say about them. They lie and cheat said it would take 5 days to fix the car had it 3 months almost called them to ask and guy said your getting a new car back much it will be another week was 4 weeks after that talk. Then drive to Austin and axle is popping find out alot of stuff wasn't done right they charged for and didn't touch paint over a rust spot on the dented oil pan they said they replaced the other place said there is about 3000 dollars in damages still they didn't fix or do right.. We Will Never Use Them Again. Becareful using them!!

Except for the long wait to get an appointment, they did a great job on my body work. Looks like new. The car was ready when they said it would be.

Everyone was nice and I got to see 1st hand my car being worked on. They had it done in a few days and I'm looking for any flaw, but it was flawless. I would tell anyone that this is a good place for bodywork.

Would be a 5 if the could actually get my car fixed. Great job all the way through..... Justin sem to fix it
