They made getting my rear glass painless. They had the replacement in one day and worked with my schedule for the appointment. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. I took a walk while they were working on my vehicle. They finished sooner than they thought and they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had removed the broken glass that had fallen into to rear door but that might not have been their responsibility. I would highly recommend this business.

They damaged my vehicle when putting my window in. They said no refund only fix the window. I didn't want them to work on my car again since they damaged it. Rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely would recommend Glass Doctor! Had a rock chip repaired on my windshield in less than 15 minutes for only $39. Safelite wanted $160! Abigail at the desk was so sweet, and all of the technicians spoke on my way out. Will definitely return!

Lady who called me got angry and cussed at me because I didn t read my vin number slow enough then hung up on me - absolutely would not do business with this place and will let others know ! Rude horrible customer service just to get a quote !

To actually be able to call them up and someone answers instead of it being automated, and get windshield ordered and notified within 3 days of it coming in is a huge plus, thank u Glass Drs . for being courteous and responsive. Can't get that kind of service with Safelite, been trying over a month to get someone to call me to get the ball rolling on my wife's windshield, to no avail, no response. So again if ur looking to get windshield work or any other kind of glass work done, don't hesitate to give them a call, you will be glad you did

I had the windshield replaced in my truck at this location. They gave me the best price over 2 other companies. I chose the glass with no Ford logo thinking I'd get a plain windshield - which was fine. What I got was a beautiful glass with the shading dots in the high center AND a tinted strip across the top. The staff is super friendly and they went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone was very nice and my windshield was replaced in the time estimated. They even transferred my toll tag and inspection sticker to the new windshield. If they would have cleaned off finger prints and sticker residue from the inside, it would have been perfect.

Rock chip repair. You pay for what you get. $39.00 for repair. Rock chip still very visible however hopefully will not spread. Seems like a DIY kit for home they use. Can not take anywhere else due to resin inserted and damage permanent. Do not feel done professionally for a 2021 model vehicle. Wish I was more informed of possible turnout probley should've asked more questions or actually talked to a technician of outcome instead of little girl behind desk. I would've declined and took somewhere else for more professional experienced services for rock chip repair.

Fantastic place to go to get your windshield repaired or replaced, I got a rock chip going to Texarkana called them and they said come right down and they repaired it and I was back on the road. Tisha the owner welcomed us personally and staff was very friendly.They can do all your household home glass needs very reasonable prices.

Placed on review earlier and not really sure what happened. We were Extremely Happy with our service. The Glass doctor made everything so easy. My husband never had to miss work and I never had to rearrange my busy life at home to take care of getting our vechicle glass replaced, they picked my husbands truck up from his job and returned it in a timely matter. Thank you Missy and everyone involved in making everything so easy and Professional. We will definitely use y all for all of our glass needs in the future.Bill and Sharon Jeffirs

They did a very poor job on replacing my windshield. They broke the rear view mirror, peices of the vent cowling, they left blood on the hood, windshield and fender, the windshield has a warp to it. When I took the truck up to their office to ask why they did such a poor job, I was treated very disrespectful by the employees. I was told the windshield looked that way because my truck was old (it's a 2013 model). I was told the blood was probably from a mosquito (I know we have large mosquitos in Texas but I think that's stretching it). They insisted they put the review mirror back like it was suppose to go but it shakes so bad when the truck is running. I just don't understand how people can do such a bad job and then be rude to you when you question their shabby work.

Does not stand behind their work/hides behind waiver. Had a super tiny chip in my windshield, went to get it "drilled" and the guy drilled it and it split about 2 inches. He informed me it would NOT split anymore, but that was apart of the process. Guess what a month later it has split. I called them and was informed from the OWNER "well its glass and it happens, you can come in an we will redrill it and see". So my question is why in the world would I want them to redrill when the first time it looked worse than it did when I came in? They were very rude and put it all on that the waiver states that this is part of it. The front office girl was very shocked when she saw it split the first time.Oh I will say this they informed me that if I wanted they would deduct the cost of the initial drill to put in a new windshield. Once again I ask, why in the world would I trust them? Their quality of work is very poor.
