I have not had work done here since I live in South Texas however the phone call I made the other day was very helpful regarding my safety inspection. Unfortunately I don't remember the ladies name but since I drive Long Haul and my car is in Chicago and I was in Charlotte North Carolina I told her that I was trying to get to a location this weekend when she told me that I could possibly get away from her. This is to say thank you because that waiver was very successful

I visited this place to have them install LED light bulbs... Apparently, the employee didn't read the instructions....there is a certain way they are supposed to be installed since they are flat panel LED bulbs. It's crucial to the way the beam shines. They were supposed to be straight up and down with the wire coming out of the bulb pointing straight down,per instructions....but both bulbs were installed with LED panels at a 45 degree angle, therefore causing my low light beams to be blinding everyone!!! Employees need more training on reading instructions for LED bulb installation, THEY ARE NOT REGULAR BULBS THAT CAN JUST BE INSERTED AND WORK CORRECTLY!!! They are flat panel for a reason....

Never do what is needed 100%, they are really good at 60% I will not go back...one time couldn't find drain on jeeps radiator, one time didn't fill nor check fluids, one time car leaked oil all over my garage floor. That's all for me, Wal-Mart may be better, and I hate Wal-Mart...

I came in yesterday for an inspection on my car. An inspection. When I got there I could tell they were busy, and I know it s the end of the month, so everyone is going in at once. Either way I had to get an inspection done. I go in and wait for an hour for an inspection, which, given how many people were there was understandable, however, I still had to make it to the inspection office before they closed. They ended up getting my car finished before then and I was in and out of the inspection office. My primary reason for making this review was the customer service. I saw that my car was in the shop, and at this point I had been there an hour. I walked up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be for my car to be finished (in a nice way). The lady running the desk snapped at me saying you re just going to have to wait your turn like everyone else. Which is not what I asked. I don t appreciate being talked to like a child. I rolled my eyes as I walked back to my seat, and another customer stated they had been there for 5 hours waiting for a radiator to be changed, when that s a 30 minute job max. All I m saying is, I won t be coming back due to customer service issues. Do better.

Fast and friendly service! I was barely out of my car when a smiling employee came out to assist me. I told him I needed a Texas vehicle inspection and he said "No problem!".The waiting area is spacious, clean and has comfortable seats! The atmosphere was upbeat and positive! I felt very at ease and comfortable there. It's nice to see employees smiling on the job!My car was ready in less than 15 minutes and checking out was a breeze! I was given a "proof of inspection" report along with my receipt.The service was definitely quick yet thorough!I'll definitely be a repeat customer!Thank you, Custom Car Care, for putting a smile on my face!

Got there 30 minutes before closing and left in 15 minutes with oil change and inspection. Was so fast I thought they skipped the oil change! Will go at closing time from now on!

I have been going to custom care for 10+ years. This place is highly recommended for oil change and inspections. Great customer service.

First time here. Nice enough folks. I asked for full synthetic. As I watched from the service window I noticed he wasn t filling with full synthetic which comes from special containers on the side of the shop and takes more manual effort. I went out and asked and he said he was filling with synthetic blend. He said he didn t know I wanted full synthetic. but the guy who checked me in wrote it down and I watched him put it on the paper. I guess you can come to your own conclusions about whether I would have been charged $80 for blend or $120 for full. My concern is that I run full synthetic for almost 10,000 miles between changes and your not supposed to do that with blend . If I hadn t been watching I would have assumed they had. I know there is bigger concerns in life, but vehicles are expensive.

I recently went there for an oil change and inspection and it was amazing! I didn't even have time to take pictures of the sitting area because of how fast they were. It's nice, comfortable, and clean. They get you in and out in a timely, professional manner. I highly recommend this place for car service.

All I needed was an inspection on my car to get my registration renewed!! They did it so quick!! And best of all...it only cost me $6.00!! They also do oil changes and tune ups.....they are friendly and efficient. I enjoy going there for friendly service and quick check ups

Stopped here for my ac and the gentleman that helped was by far so nice, they filled my ac and was back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend this place.

Cant get them to answer phone. return a call. Was given a quote for a repair even made appointment based on said quote, called in advance to confirm appointment and my quote almost doubled. Ive had 3 appointments set and still cant get them to answer phone to let them know i'm otw or if the time slot is still good for them. coming from out of town i cannot risk showing up and no time available. his one and only mechanic is why he has the business he has. its a shame that his efforts are diminished by the owner lacking skill on running a business.

Pulled in to get an oil change they walked out asked and pulled it right in. Didn't take them very long. They are always fast and friendly only thing is they sticker for the next oil change either they stuck wrong one on my vehicle last time or it just won't stick on my window this time.

Quick and easy. I pulled in to the parking lot, and someone met me there to take my car into the garage to get the oil change done. I had my choice of full synthetic, synthetic blend, or non-synthetic for my Honda pilot. Competitive pricing and quick work.

Had to get an inspection for my car and needed oil changed, awesome customer service. They are on point, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Very clean establishment, polite and courteous . Will be using them from now on.

I was aware of an impending problem with my motor but no one mentionef it to me. My car does have 275 thousand miles on it. In genetal I am happy with their service. I have been taking personal and work vehicles to Scott Mason for years.

We went there today. We had to get a saftey sticker. The main person in charge came right out to our vehicle and asked what we needed. I believe even a couple of cars there ahead of us we still wasn't there for more than about 20 minutes tops. Fast service and the customer service was right on the mark.
