Robert King was a life saver. Right before the holidays my DEF sensor went out while on vacation from Michigan. Robert was able to get me in for service when no other dealership in Arkansas or Texarkana could help. Others said it would take a week. He was able to get it done with 24 hours and saved our vacation. Thank u Robert and the mechanic who squeezed us in. Marc and Susan Bates

Extremely poor service, we had our car towed to Classic for repairs on 5/8/23, our vehicle is still not ready. The service mgr is definitely rude and over talks you when you call them out on the delays they ve cost you. Wayland started out keeping us informed on the status of the vehicle, now no one informs us of anything unless we call multiple times and get someone to answer. I wouldn t recommend this dealership for repairs at all. It takes them forever to receive parts and complete the work. Keep in mind they ve had our car for almost two months.

We enjoyed our purchase experience and the local service department is great. The issue we have is with parts always being on back order. Cadillac needs to improve on their parts supply.

We purchased a new Cadillac XT4 last week from Classic Cadillac and the customer service is beyond excellent! The price was amazing, but the customer service is superb. These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy!

The Cadillac salespeople are very knowledgeable, but the Cadillac parts is not so good. It is taking forever for my part to come in on my Cadillac.
