I have always received great treatment from everyone But I must say the professionalism of Robert King, is unmatched.. He has been working with me for the last three visits and I must say, he s good.. Some things you can t teach, he has that.. Always caring and professional.. The shop and dealership has performed what I has ask very well.. What else is needed to be said?? Satisfied!! Thanks!!

I took my 2019 GMC Sierra. You all can check front brake's noise and perform a multi inspection. Since we will be making a long drive (outside of the country). Ending paying a lot just for a service that left our vehicle on side of road just because you put the a wrong bolt on it.l driver side wheel.Also finding out nuts on the right side wheel weren't tight enough. I have tried to contact the manager department without a successful answer. Not much I can do right now because we are still out of the country.I won t ever recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at this dealership was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and they took care of my issues with the car. The salesmen who sold me the car Mr. Will Mortensen always remember me when he sees me. He may not know I'm there but if he sees me he always make sure everything goes smooth and easy. All of my dealing with Classic Motors has been awesome.

I came to the dealership this past Saturday not expecting to purchase but just look at the 2024 Sierra Denali's. Krystal was very helpful and knowledgable and made the purchase so easy. The employees are very professional and nice and I was happy with the deal and also, I have prior experience with their service team so I know I will have good service after the sale.

I ve had multiple bad experiences here in years past. The service team was top notch this time even though I didn t purchase the vehicle there. They went above and beyond to schedule recalled repairs and make sure everything was up to par. I also met with a saleswoman and the new dealership general manager. We had a long conversation about past experiences and I feel certain that this new management change is what was needed for this dealership. They definitely have the opportunity to earn my business and referrals in the future.

Took over a month to get my brand new car back that should have never have been in the shop in the first place. It had 4 miles on it when I bought it. Had to have a brand new transmission put in it. I ll be happy when someone gets back to me about making some payments.

It was time for the routine service plus I wanted everything checked before driving on vacation next week. Teresa went above & beyond to keep me informed the whole time. She even sent pictures of the nasty filters so I could make an informed decision about replacing them (which I did of course). I am extremely satisfied & will return for all of my service needs.

The service was awful! I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated, a service that should have taken no more than an hour or so. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and said I would be waiting. It took 3 HOURS for them to finish this routine service!!! They didn t update me once or tell me they were running behind, just left me inside waiting.

My new 3500 HD left me in a bind with a 40 ft trailer full of horses, 8 hours from home. I called to see if they could work me in so I could get back on the road by Sunday. Jim, was able to get it diagnosed, get the part ordered, and truck repaired the next day. They also washed it before they sent it back to me. Fantastic job!

Friendly and courteous staff.Took longer than hoped for the service. Truck wash took too long but, the truck was clean. The person who washed the truck did a fantastic job. Customer lounge was clean and well stocked. Lacking a bit on the refreshments selection side.

Great people that are professional and courteous.Excellent service again. Good coffee and cool air in waiting area. Got use my GMC rewards for payment which was a great plus for oil change, two air filters and free car wash.

I was greeted well and asked about my need for the visit, oil change, tire rotation, and needed/recommendation for warrant work. All the work was done in timely manner and received a prompt phone call that I could pickUp my vehicle. My service writer, Teresa, informed me of manufacturing recommendations in the near future. Cashier was very cordial, and I was also greeted by a personal friend of my family (W.D.)who is also a service writer. My service writer brought my vehicle around and thanked me for my patronage. Later the same day, I received a text from (Barbara) at the dealership thanking me again for my service. Classic provides excellent service!

I made contact with Mrs. Krystal about a month & a half ago about trading in my husband's lifted jeep that just wasn't reasonable for us anymore since we have a baby now. It was near impossible circumstances due to us only having the jeep barely a year, we had already been turned away by multiple dealerships. They kept telling us to just get another vehicle & then let the jeep go back, that our credit would recover. As soon as I met Krystal she was on top of trying to get us out of the jeep & into something more family friendly. She was honest about our situation & the down payment that would be needed to try to get us into something new, which we didn't have the first time we spoke to her. She continued to check in on us as we worked to save a down payment, but not in a harassing way. You could tell she genuinely cared. & Just yesterday, she made contact again about new rebates that would help us get into something new with payments we could afford using the $3500 we had saved. By the end of the day yesterday I was pulling off in a 2023 Buick encore! To have a vehicle that is family friendly makes me feel so much better!I can't stand going to dealerships because of how most are, but I can honestly say Krystal was beyond transparent & the experience was the best I have ever had. & I've bought 6 vehicles from 6 different dealerships over the years. Krystal has my business for as long as she works there. By far the best saleswoman, so sweet & genuine, which is so hard to find nowadays. If you have been considering a vehicle GO TO KRYSTAL! (Btw She & her team can sell from any classic dealership) although I gotta say, Buicks are super nice for the price compared to most new SUVs! Thank you again Krystal! You are absolutely awesome!

Our dealership experience was great. David at the GMC lot was very professional and accommodating. He went about and beyond to earn our business. Cameron in finance was great to work with, too. He did a great job of explaining everything on the back end. Definitely have my business for life.

It was easy to schedule my service. My service rep was professional and informative. He explained all that was to take place. I like that the service report was provided. The customer waiting lounge was comfortable and snacks, water and coffee was available. I DID NOT LIKE that FOX news was on. It is a far right media channel. I think a neutral channel should be shown.

The service department quoted me $1,150 for the same service an auto shop across town quoted me $625 for. When I told the Classic service department that I was going to have my car towed to another automotive shop all the sudden I had a $190 "diagnostic charge" that I had to pay Classic. It all seems like price gouging to me. Also, I purchased the car there, have used their service Department before and my dad bought a car there this week. Very poor customer service from the service department.

I've had problems with my truck as earlier as 2 weeks after I purchased the truck. The truck has been to the same dealership on multiple occasions for weeks at a time. This last visit was 5 weeks to the day. In my opinion, the technicians do not troubleshoot the root cause, they will just replace parts and charge the manufacturer. As a matter of fact, the last incident that landed my truck back in the shop, the day after from getting it out, it left me and my 10 year old daughter stranded at the busiest part of our town at the busiest time time of day. I used the OnStar feature on my truck, a feature that I pay for monthly, for roadside assistance. OnStar gave the tow truck driver the wrong coordinates of where I was in which only prolonged the misery of being stranded. When I gave them a unacceptable rating, OnStar had some sort of follow-up call with me in which the CSR was very hard to understand and the call was a complete waste of my time.In conclusion, I will not be returning to this particular dealership for any type of business. GMC ought to be ashamed of themselves for letting their brand be tarnished in such a way. Also, GMC has some accountability of producing junk during the pandemic and dealerships taking advantage and charging dealer add-ons to the sticker to further line their pockets. Not that it matters much or will ever go beyond this but just my 2 cents. One last thing to the GMC brand, "you suck until you don't!"

I had car trouble after 12 noon on a Saturday. Luckily Classic Service dept was open. Brandon said he d be waiting on me. The needed service was provided and I was happy to be on my way. Brandon Davis was extremely helpful and courteous as was the nice lady at the desk in the service area. They made an unexpected service trip much easier to deal with. Kudos to them.

Setting up the service was very easy. Service consultants were very responsive and accommodating. The one issue was with the car wash and interior cleaning. The rubber base plate on the driver side seat belt is broken and the tire shine was over-sprayed on the side of the vehicle.

Nick Patton was great. Excellent customer service minded employee. Finance Manage Aaron Thompson was great as well. I have a difficult schedule and they were very accommodating on working with me when I was able to come by and talk with them and sign papers. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic customer service! My family and I were traveling through to Bellville, TX from Ohio. Our air conditioner went out of our 2015 Tahoe on a 103 degree day and they just happened to be the first one we called. Teresa went above and behind and got us right in and fixed! The service techs were gone for the day and one was willing to come back to get us back up and running. Very friendly service! Thank you so much!
