First time customer, and the customer service and work was perfect. They took care of my truck in a timely fashion. This will be my first call when I need my truck needs to be taken care of. BGG should be your first call when you are in need.

I cannot say enough great things about Blue Gorilla Garage. They are absolutely second to none. We had a very tough challenge with our truck and everyone there has been top notch in making sure that we were well taken care of through every step. Many garages can come through when everything is easy but Blue Gorilla Garage excels in all circumstances. Trustworthy, dependable, and diligent. Don t go anywhere but Blue Gorilla!

Blue Gorilla Garage is a great place. The customer service up front is the best I have experienced in the industry. They have always quickly diagnosed my problem and have fixed me as soon as possible. Everyone always is so knowledgeable and the prices are beyond fair. I have spoken to Whitney Rachel Matt and Eddie. They are second to none. I would recommend this place to anyone as your goto garage.Service: Air conditioning

I was passing through town and had engine trouble. Need to be in Little Rock at a certain time for a VERY important appointment. They understood my predicament and fix my car on what I consider record time .the charge was very reasonable especially since it was consider a rush job. I had no more problems with my car and made my appointment on time. They really saved the day. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone!!!!Thank you guys so much and I appreciate the visit with the office staff who kept me entertained and calmed me down .lol .I was sort of panicking when the car died.

We have had a few repairs on both of our vehicles from them. Every time they are quick, always friendly, and very good about communicating! We have never had an issue with the work we have received, we will always go back and always refer them to anyone needing work done.

I am from Illinois and was driving through the area on my way to Austin. I heard something wrong with my car so I stopped at a quick lube and they told me something more was going on and recommended Blue Gorilla Garage. I talked with Matt Blue directly and he was able to get my car in at the end of their day despite their full, busy garage. His mechanics diagnosed it as a rare crack in my oil filter housing cap. They were able to get the part, get it fixed with a full new oil change, and had me on my way in less than an hour and a half! The service was quick, friendly, and thorough. If I could give 10 stars I would, this is the most honest and affordable mechanic shop I have used in years. May checkengine light had come on in my car and due to it was suppose to be under warranty still I took it to Orr chevy house. Well I'm not gonna say much about that experience except I will never do business with Orr again, they are more worried about making a dollar then actually diagnosing the issue. So I took my car back to Ft worth to the dealership I bought it from and to make a long story short, the dealership put it on the machine and gave me an estimate of$3100 to fix. So I came back home and contacted blue gorilla to see what they would charge to fix my car. My brother highly recommened them to me, he had been using blue gorilla for the past few years. Well they gave me an estimate of $2100 so of course I set too an appointment to have the work done and was told it would take a day or so to fix. So the next day the owner Matt contracted me asking why I thought all the work I asked them to do needed to be done so I explained about how I came up with what was wrong. Now mind you they could have done the work I asked for and sent me on my way but they didn't. They looked at my car (actually looked not just hooked up to the machine) and come to find out I didn't need all that work done. His team diagnosis the issue and it actually only cost right under $600. This is way above and beyond, Matt even told me if the check engine light came back on in the next week or so to bring it back. Guess what my car runs amazing and no more issues. I highly recommend Matt and his team if you want a trustworthy, honest, and professional work done call them. Itook my car in August 16th and it is running amazing!!

I recently took my Toyota 4Runner to Blue Gorilla Garage for a leak that it had developed. Matt and his crew diagnosed the repair and had it fixed quickly. They communicated with me well during the entire experience. I will definitely use BGG again and have already recommended them to friends. Thanks guys!

I would choose Blue Gorilla Garage over ANY repair shop around the Ark-La-Tex.. Always a great place to get work done. Faster to get in the door too, so you don't wait a week or two for an appointment. Mechanic did a good job explaining my issues and fixed it very economically. Was certainly treated fair. They also called periodically to update me. My new favorite go to place.

We are from out of town. Blue Gorilla Garage not only found the problem with my Tahoe they fixed it the same day. They even help us find temporary housing. I give them a 5 out of 5 because they just didn't just fixed our Tahoe, they went above and beyond to help us out. I hope my Tahoe doesn't need any other work in the near future but if it does you know where we will go get it fixed.

I had many leaks on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. Eddie Knotts repaired all the leaks and cleaned the areas where the leaks where after the repair. He did a fantastic job!!! Whitney was amazing help for scheduling and keeping me updated on price and finish time. I will absolutely use Blue Gorilla Garage again. Thank you Eddie and Whitney!!!

We were traveling through and had called out to others to help us, but others were too busy and unwilling to fit us in. Eddie provided good service, was professional and caring. I highly recommend this shop. I am notorious for not liking any mechanic shop. When my better half ran into car troubles on a cross country trip this shop took care of all issues quickly and fairly. Eddie was a great help as very knowledgeable , Thank you!

Great auto garage. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I took my SUV in for a timing issue and thought it would be a couple of days but they had it fixed up before closing that day. Also fairly affordable for the work being done.

Great shop! Very professional place to take your vehicle to. The shop is amazing as well, it's got alot of Texarkana street signs and old business signs hanging throughout the shop. The guys here are very helpful and got our truck fixed very fast at a fair price! I will be taking all my cars here from now on! I highly recommend!
