Ricky had incredible service! Helped me with some hard to find oil on my 2012 Chevy 1500 5.3L 5W-30, got a bundle package deal discount savings with my applied AutoZone rewards. Great service every time!Last time Ricky helped me out with a throttlebody and pedal replacement.

Absolutely blessed with the help of this location. I bought brand new windshield wipers in Durant Oklahoma yesterday evening, and they were not thrilled helping me put them on.. i left for a work route the next morning at 5am and the driver side windshield wiper flew off my car. I stopped in Auto zone in Texarkana, Ricky helped replaced the wiper and put it on my car with a smile on his face. He was so helpful and so Nice! Thank you Ricky!!

The most wonderful experience I could ever have at an auto parts store!!! Jasmine helped me out tremendously when I needed a starter because I was stranded in a parking lot when it went out! She is so friendly and professional! After I bought the starter and it was put on by a mechanic she helped me find, I was up and running within 30 minutes. Brought the old starter back and she did the return for my core charge with no problems!! I highly recommend this Auto Zone on Robison in Texarkana, Texas. Ask for Jasmine!!!!

I came into the store looking for a bulb for my vehicle the store did not have bulb in stock and I headed to another local auto store who had the bulb but wouldn t install it. I called and spoke Ricky and he had me come back in to the store and installed in so I wouldn t be stranded nearly 3 hours from home.I definitely would do more business with the store and Ricky!

Needed a new battery on a Sunday morning. Spoke with two other stores that didn t even bother to look at my car before telling me they couldn t do it and it needed to be professionally installed called autozone on Robison road and told them what I was dealing with. Spoke with Jessie who told me to bring it over so they could look at it. When I got there the store manager Micky looked at it and then removed the old battery that was badly corroded and replaced it with a new one. Very quick and professional. Will definitely recommend them from now on! Thank y all so much for your help

As Soon As I Walked In The Door I Wass Greeted By Both Employees. They We're Very Helpful And I Got Exactly What I Came In For and Got To Use My Speed Perks. The Store Was Frontend A d And Spotless. The Parking Lot Was Very Clean. The Customer Service Was Very Professional And Courteous. I Always Shop Here, Where You Get Rewarded For Your Purchases. Exact Fit For My Truck Also.

Went in for a diagnostic on my check engine light. Ricky was an absolute gem. He didn't just hand over a copy of the report; he talked me through some options and went out to look under the hood. While doing that, he noticed a hose that I had rigged up with tape because of an unusual fitting. When I mentioned I couldn't find the correct part, he ducked into the store and came out with a three dollar solution. This level of genuine care and effort on a parts store employee is rare. Very nice and helpful. Took my Subaru there because the check engine light was on. All it was, was a loose gas cap. Thanks so much for giving me peace of mind, and also saving me a trip to the dealership which is over an hour away!!!! I will continue to shop here!

I had great service at this location. I had a bad battery and the manager and his crew took time to test it, attempt to charge it, and then ultimately get me set up with the right battery. Good service

Waited awhile before I received assistance no other customers was in the store. Finally one worker asked if I needed anything then told me what Isle, I asked about specifics he still pointed to isle with out budging. Later a another employee came to rescue much better assistance pulled it up in system and actually helped.

Excellent staff. I love it when they're friendly AND helpful. I needed a radiator hose......The clerk helped me save like $30 on hose I thought I needed. Instead, he gave me a simple hose clamp.

I came into Autozone at 1:15 and asked about a starter I was try to get from O Rileys a week ago and they pulled it up had it in store took the old one and I was out and heading home in ten minutes. I have purchased many of my automotive parts here. From starters, radiators, air conditioning compressors, condensers, dryer filters, oil filters, class 3 hitches, lights, bulbs, windshield wiper blades, sealant, radiator fluid, and so many other parts.What I really like is how the staff will work with you over the phone or at the store counter. And here is the big thing. If they are out of stock on something you have got to have, they will even call their competitors to see if they have it in stock. That is called going above and beyond.Very important is that in two instances of a part not working, they absolutely stand behind their warranty.For those do-it-yourselfers out there, I recommend this business.

Needed some transmission supplies on a cross country trip north, was treated with nothing but disrespect from some old man with beard and greying hair and glasses, acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to his life. He is lucky I can hold my anger, and should learn some respect and service skills. I avoid Auto Zone's for this reason, they always have people that act like unless you have tons of money and a fancy car or dont know much about cars that you are inferior.
