Took my 2017 Silverado to have them check why my truck leaked out the liquid gold (1234YF Refrigerant) and the AC wasn't cooling. Dropped it off at 8:00AM. They did a leak check and called me about noon. Trucks condenser coil was leaking which is a know issue with these Chevy trucks. He quoted me $1100 to $1200 to fix. I figured they couldn't finish it before quitting time and I would get it back the next morning. But they surprised me when they called at 3:30 and said it was ready. On top of that fast service it cost less than what they quoted me.Amazingly fast turn around and great friendly service. These guys have won my business.Highly recommend the Auto Tech Team

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Very friendly and they are very knowledgeable about fixing cars. My car was diagnosed and repaired in under eight hours and, although the cost set me back for the holidays, it was surprisingly less than I had expected.

I've been coming here for 20 years. This is my trusted go-to place in town. My first experience; I thought I needed a new radiator. They ordered it in advance of me showing up for the repair and I was prepared to pay several hundred bucks for the fix. They called within an hour of me dropping my vehicle off to say they were done. Turns out it was a hole in a hose. Total cost: less than a hundred bucks. Bam! Loyal customer for life.

This is 2nd time I've had service here and again I was no disappointed. Jessie was so professional and explained in terms I could understand. I needed a ride to pick up my vehicle and guess what? Auto Tech to my rescue. I'm telling everyone how great the service and price was. Thanks again.

Outstanding work Fast, fair, trustworthy, and affordable. Very professional The service was great. I Was informed about the problem, cost, and time frame of repair needed. Very disappointed in my latest repairs with this place. Took my car in for new serpentine belt and other repairs cost about $1,875. He called me today and told me my a/ c wastn working i told him it worked all summer and was working before i brought it in he basically tells me im a liar and that its no way it could have worked. Very rude to me over the phone arguing with me about somthing i know and another witness knows to be true.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was having some issues with a vehicle that I recently purchased and I had taken it to several different places. Dealerships and shops included and every time I would take it in i was told it was fixed but it minutes or hours or days later it was definitely show signs it was not fixed. I asked around and was told about Auto Tech and I called and spoke with them and I was immediately impressed with their sincerity and honesty I decided I needed to give them a shot. It was one of the best decisions I had made regarding getting this repaired. They went well beyond my expectations. They told me they were running behind being so busy and now I know why. They do excellent work and keep a steady flow of loyal customers. They have just become my go-to spot for my vehicles needs. I had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy and Jessie H. They did nothing more than a miracle on my vehicle. And actually gave me all the before, present, and after facts that I would need to be looking out for and everything they said was so very accurate. I cannot thank them enough. They also worked with my warranty company Route66 which also was amazing. They were equally incredible and helped save my life. Thank you so much guys for your wonderful work. Not to mention, they were able to get me in and out super fast. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

They always find time to fix what I need done, I have an old car that's in really great shape,just needs minor issues fixed every once in a while. No other shop wanted to work on it but these guys took on the challenge and I was extremely satisfied with their work

This company will not back up its warranty. They neglect to tell you that the lengthy warranty stated is for the parts only. The labor is much less warranted, and they do not explain that. I got surprised, and another person I know very well got surprised even worse. When that person tried to get their price portion of a warranty repair told to them, and tried to really get a straight answer, they actually hung up on them.Use at your own risk. Then hope you don't need a repair under the warranty you were led to believe that you had.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Great bunch of guys. Gave them a tough project and they put up with me all day- even though I was cranky. I had a bad cam shaft censor but I didn't tell them what it was. I wanted to see if they would figure it out or try to screw me over. They had me fixed up with in the day and hardly charged me labor costs (which I know must have been a pain). These guys are a rare breed.Service: Engine repair

Autotech is my go-to for vehicle repairs. I believe they've always been honest and straight with me, which is very important to me. I feel comfortable taking my vehicles here and trusting that they'll do their best work. I had to have a lot of work done on an older vehicle over the course of several years and they've always taken great care of things for me.

Had to make an emergency stop enroute from Dallas to Little Rock. Jimmy was wonderful. Made sure the car was good to finish the trip and explained in detail what I needed to do when I got home. Excellent folks, highly recommend.

We're not from this area and had no idea where to go to reasonably get the a/c fixed. So I went online and read their reviews...Autotech did not disappoint. I could write 100 fantastic reviews on everything from the politeness of the gentleman answering the phone to the completion of their work. This is a knowledgeable shop with a very hometown feel.

I took my daughters car there after the first guy told her she needed an engine without even looking under the hood. I called back spoke to Jesse (who was helpful) then I was charged$55.00 for someone to look at the oil stick and listen to the car. Im so disappointed.

Autotech has worked on my cars for years , and they've earned my trust. They're competent, and they're always happy to discuss all my options with me. Last week I swung by there with a question about a car I rarely drive. They popped the hood , looked at it a minute, and gave me a solid rundown of my options, without charging me a dime.

OMG! I have nothing but absolute positivity to express about the service I received here. Hands down the BEST auto repair shop in Texarkana. I d gone to a lube shop for an oil change and had the bolt stripped and oil pan cracked and the company sent my Jeep to Autotech for repairs. They exceeded all expectations and Jesse (the mechanic) went above and beyond what I anticipated.They ve earned a loyal customer here and I d recommend them to anyone. Honest and reliable friendly service all around.

The guy that runs the place would not hook up his machine to reset computer. I asked if I could make an appointment, he wouldn t acknowledge me or even look at me.He s one of those guys that won t help you unless you re dressed nice and have on makeup, which I didn t. A real a@@hole!!!
