I just left Advance Auto on New Boston Road and the workers forgot that I was even in the store another white customer came in and they were talkin about the George Floydcase and they was saying they don't know what he done before the police got there and stating that those people are crazy down there burning up stuff N SAID they believe he got what he deserved now these are two workers and another white guy in the store communicating about this I just wonder how many more are behind the covers and really racist this is at Advance Auto on New Boston Road in Texarkana Texas.

Employees are not very helpful. I was in the store over 35 minutes and no one asked me if I needed anything or if they could help.store was clean and organized.

Took my daughter in law in there to get her tire changed and they did a wonderful job and they were quick.

These guys are the best. I used mavis tire company over on summer hill and I ve had nothing but problems with my vehicle. Dane at advanced auto parts got my battery replaced in no time.

The Only Place I Go For Parts, You Can Order Online And Save More Than If You buy In Store, I Stand In Store Order My Part And Save 20% On The Spot, Always So Helpful, Amazing Customer Service, Lane Is The Best.They Are Open July 4th, Unfortunately. The Part I Need I Have To Get From The Dealer. David Waited On Me Today, He Even Tried To Help Me Find Away To Fix It, Until I Get To The Dealer. With The Vacuum Hose Being So Small In Diameter, We We're At A Loss. But He Went Above And Beyond To Try To Help Me. Excellent Customer Service.

Great place to get your auto needs . Parts coolant air fresheners for your car and a few snacks and drinks. Pleasant service. Got my battery changed in my car remote control. Thank you so much for helping me

Well maintained store. Had a battery tested. Little lady was well trained on how to use equipment and relay information from her cpmputer to me. I was impressed. Pleased with the service. Will go back.

My needs were met with my exact specifications. The staff was knowledgeable, and polite. I was surprised by candor they did, nt have what I needed they told which did business could provide my needs

Workers here caught saying racial things with other white customers. If they do this when they think no one is listening, I can imagine how they treat customers that are not white. I wouldn't feel safe coming in this store and I will spread word of this offensive behavior.

Wasn't crowded. Myself and two people. 3 clerks were there, two were with customers third just standing around I had to wait 10 min to ask one question.

I don't shop there any moredue to the words I heard 2 employeeS sharing about customers of other races. Money only has the color green. Release to receive and then release into another. No respect for the customers, but wanting the money. Hummmmm

Prices are reasonable. Service is slow they act like you have nothing else to do all day. Will leave you standing at the counter for ever you will have to say I'm ready to pay.

They have the most friendly, helpful staff! They always make it a pleasure shopping @ this location. Also, the prices are usually more reasonable than that of their competitors.

Horrible service. Not enough employees. Lady lied and told me was manager when in fact she was not.... Do not recommend at all there is another one on north state line in same town slot better place.

I would reccomend you go to Auto Zone right across the street. The guy "helping" me was not only really rude, but he didn't seem to know what he was doing, at all. I left feeling angry about how he treated me. That's no way to do business.

Autozone tried but died to get me a coolant hose for my old Buick. Advance Auto had it in stock, under $5. Should have went here first !Update: bought a water pump for the same Buick, 2004 century. Was $20 and change, with gasket! How do they do that??

Told lady if she had a license plate bulb assembly that wouldn't take to long I would buy it with headlight switch and I swear she lolly gaged around like she was a government employee
