Had the absolute best experience at 3DD! I will only ever use them now! I have already referred them to everyone I know! They took the time to actually take care of me and my car! Saved me money as well! Richard the owner was wonderful and so nice! Everyone there was so pleasant to do business with! I was never talked down to or felt like I was being taken advantage of like going to a dealership auto shop!

I experienced the absolute best service I ever had while getting my car fixed!! Everyone was extremely friendly and they went into great detail about everything that was going on with my car. Even with me asking a thousand questions, they took the time to not only explain the answer but to also physically show me so I could understand better. Needless to say, I ve definitely found my new car shop! My car works as if it is brand new now, I couldn t be any happier. 100% pleased with the service provided!!!!!! I definitely have to tell others about this place!!

Great service and friendly staff. I had new gears setup in the rear end of my car. I dropped it off Friday afternoon late and they had it ready Monday. The car is running great.

Very friendly and professional staff. I brought my vehicle in because it was making a loud noise, and they were able to diagnose that it was a wheel assembly that needed to be replaced, and had it fixed in under 2 hours! I was very impressed. I will definitely be returning the next time I need my vehicle repaired.

3DD Automotive have the best staff! When you enter, Rita greets you followed by Richard, the owner and Chris if you need a ride home. Your vehicle gets the best care by trained staff in a timely manner and you re kept abreast at all times. I m one satisfied customer.

Mike who worked on my van did a thorough checkup. He did what I asked and then send an email of some things that I didn't know about that needed to be done so I could decide whether or not I want him to go ahead and do that. He checked back over my man once he was finished to make sure everything was in place. It's a good place to go for your vehicle.

We were traveling north on 59 pulling our boat on our way to Michigan, when we realized we had a flat tire. Pulled over and looked on google maps to see where a gas station, or automotive garage might be. With a little luck, my husband used the fix a flat can we had on the tire to get us to 3DD Automotive which was 2 miles from where we pulled off.We made it and the folks at 3DD couldn t be any more accommodating to our situation. They were able to locate a tire for us and made sure all the tires were good, including on the trailer. Just the nicest folks you could meet. We are so grateful to 3DD Automotive.P.S. Our dog, Osgood, says follow him to 3DD Automotive for your auto needs.

one of the best places to get work done. you ask once and they get it done first time. the images are part of a bigger picture but this was originally non existent and rusted. All my cars have been through this shop and i cannot fault Richard's or his teams work.

I was on a 14 hour drive with my sister and friend when we got halfway through and blew a tire. We ended up needed two tires replaced and went to a Discount Tire right by us. They insisted we needed an alignment and highly recommended 3DD Automotive. We called and found out they could help us out so we headed that way. We received fantastic customer service and felt safe to get back on the road for the next 7 hours of our drive after 3DD did an alignment and checked out our car. This was on a Saturday afternoon with about 20 minutes notice. This could have been a lengthy delay in our travels but 3DD got us taken care of quickly and made us feel confident in feeling safe on the rest of our drive after they worked on our car. I highly recommend 3DD!

Very Professional and go above and beyond for the customer! They are the only shop in this town that I would ever think about using for any of my mechanical needs!!! Just did a full service on the suspension/brakes on my 98 Camaro to perfection!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem & was able to replace the u- joints that day which was wonderful. Having those replaced made a big difference in driving my truck. Thanks to all of y all!!

My husband has a Tacoma and he kept feeling a hesitation. He took it to Robbins Toyota several times and they hooked it up to the machine and one of the guys rode with my husband and they kept saying nothing was showing up and he couldn t feel anything. In between visits to Robbins he also took it to a friend of ours in Ashdown and he felt it too. So after taking it back to Robbins and being told nothing is wrong he spoke to Mike who works here and Mike felt it too. Turns out it had something to do with the injectors. So the mechanics at Robbins, who are supposed to be knowledgeable about Toyotas, could not figure a problem that existed. We are so thankful for Mike, and I m sure all the other guys here are the same and take pride in their work. I am going to start taking my VW here for regular maintenance and anything else I need. I have always had a distrust of mechanics but not with these guys. Plus I love how clean it is there. Not just in the waiting room but in the area where the mechanics work. I love it!!!

They went out of their way to double-check their work done on our truck, I really appreciated that!! Very clean in the waiting area, the lady at the desk was extremely nice, and also the gentlemen! I will be using them again!! Also appreciate Red Stagner telling me about this place that he is employed at, thank you all once again!! Go see em!!God Bless!!

Comfortable, clean wait . While the technician worked on my car to diagnose problems . Gotta say I was impressed. I drove 40 miles just because they were highly recommended. They were very helpful and took good care of my needs . I would not hesitate to return back to them any time soon, hooe it don't come to it though.

Service was great. People are very nice and knowledgeable. Very detailed which is something I personally appreciate. The owner himself called me after hours from his personal phone ust to answer a question. Very nice people and excellent service. If I need work done I'll definitely be going here again
