Took truck in for tires and oil change. Noticed a few days later that they never replaced the oil filter. No biggie. Accidents happen. Went back up there to let them know and the manager proceeded to argue saying "I don't know why we would have missed that, and just looks like someone put the new one on with dirty hands." Small error that could have been easily corrected. Not a satisfied customer

Current crew are very nice :)And The lady who work as cashier at the auto repair is very friendly and positive, she just started about two weeks ago!

Took 90 minutes to get an oil change and there was only one car in front of us. Left and when we got on the highway, something was going under the car. They didn't bolt the undercarriage panel back. Had to turn around and spend another thirty minutes getting it fixed

Most of the workers stand around and do nothing. I park on the auto side to get my groceries and every time I walk through there will be cars lined up and only one guy working on any of them. I think his name is Brandon! All of the other workers seem lazy.Give that guy a raise and get your employees all on the same page!

bad service. I came in for two new tires and they broke my carriage hoop key. When I went to pay I was charged for a tire, hiding the truth of what happened. She manage I communicate what happened, the most annoying thing is that I didn't want to hear my anger as if it wasn't worth it. I have a daughter, who ubiese past on the street if I explode a llanata and I do not have that key. How could that key be broken?

Terrible, they don't even deserve a star. Every time I go there they open late and there isn't anyone who can do tires or they won't be there until later. Oil changes take at least 2 hours everytime? This cannot be good business practice to keep turning away customers because they have poor management or people cannot show up to work. Pretty sure they have lost my business because of this. Hire me as the manager and I promise that place would be in order.

If i could give the auto center 0 stars I would. They do not know how to communicate between employees and they really do not know how to talk to customers. Went to get oil change and was the first car there. Was told it would be about 40 mins. After 40mins came back and the car was not done. It hadn't even been touched but 2 cars that came after ours were being finished up. When i talked to the James the service manager. He tried to blame the guy that signed us in saying he didn't park the cars in the correct order and gave attitude about the whole situation. Thankfully talked to 2 different managers the female manager (Sandra i believe was her name) i talked to was very nice and helpful, but the male manager (who is over auto center. Never got his name. ) didn't seem to care what the customer had to say. After he talked to the service manager for the auto center he told me that the reason they didn't do the car first was cause they were waiting on a specific basic oil that they claimed I had requested when I had not. It seems James likes to lie and make the customer look bad and put blame on others instead of himself. I will NEVER bring my car here again as long as that man is working there.

The very worst experience ever. Manager is rude and needs to lead his staff by a better example. Not the first time having to deal with an attitude and poor service. Had to take our vehicle to another Walmart to find that they failed to do their job, if I had not checked it out my engine would have been in trouble. Sad, Walmart hopefully you take necessary action.

Purchased 50K tires with road hazard a little over a year ago. While out of town had a flat on the side of the highway and realized 2 tires had no tread. Took the tires back to see if road hazard or a warranty was applicable. Was basically told tough luck, the tires weren't covered and road hazard didn't apply because the tires had no tread. I will never buy tires from Walmart again.

If I could give less I would. You put people into a department that have no clue what they're doing and they verbalize it to the customer. They call for a CSM and three is no CSM to come help. She called for a manager and a manager didn't come either. Then your Wal-Mart pay would not work and went to cash, which I didn't have on me. Then it accepted the gift card but not the credit card causing me to have to take my card or and swipe it in front of other people, compromising my personal information.This store sucks! Bring back Leroy.

Untrustworthy. Over 4 hours for a tire patch which takes 10 minutes. Cars have come and gone while mine has sat idle for hours. Im still waiting here. All other shops have closed. Charged for a new tire after waiting 4 hours. Tire could have clearly been patched.

I normally shop Wal-Mart, but when I really needed a new tire, the tech that checked me in could use some more training. It took me 3 hours to get a new tire put on to my rim that I rolled in by hand, they didn't even have to mount the tire.

Worst place to get new tires, i try to get new tires on wendsday afternoon they said they don't haven't because they probably was a bout to close it was 5:15 they close at 6:00 comback next day they have the tires they recognize me and make wait 2 and a half hours for 4 tires

Waited over an hour for an oil change. We got there with only two people in front of us. The gentleman that was there right when it opened waited over TWO hours for One Oil change.

They always tell you there's a two hour minimum wait. It's hard for me not to believe that it is done so you will spend that time shopping in their store.

Waited 20 min in sporting goods for help. Took me over an hour to buy a shot gun. Had to wait for a manager to add approve the sale then walk me out of the building.
