Stop search, this is going to be your new go to shop.From my first call for a quote, to the time I left, this crew has been nothing but exceptional. Jake, Woody, & Woody's awesome wife (please forgive me I forgot her name) provided fantastic customer service, great communication, and prices that could not be beat. Jake installed new catalytic converters on my Jeep Commander. He made sure everything was on correctly and running smooth before I left. They all have a great sense of humor and I genuinely enjoyed the time I spent at the shop today. You have a customer for life, and i'll be posting how awesome you are on my FB. Thank you! I appreciate yall so much.

I was really in a pinch. I found this location on google and based on reviews stopped by. Not only were they quick and professional, they also took great care of my brake needs and without even asking for a coupon or deal they applied $50 off the project. I will definitely bring more business to this great establishment.

I used these guy for a complete brake job was 100 percent satisfied with their work and cost they're fast and friendy service is what brought me back my starter went out on my truck had them to have it towed to their shop they had iwill define recommend them to everyone i know my truck ready the same day and they will be doing all of my repairs from now on and I have a older truck so they will stay pretty busy with me lol works

Integrity and honesty are hard to find but this place has both, I came here because I was told by another establishment I had an exhaust leak. Here they were very thorough and walked me through the entire exhaust to show me there was no leak. These qualities are vital when searching for a repair shop. Definitely will be using them for an future repair needs!Services: Exhaust, Vehicle Inspection

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I paid a huge amount of work for brakes with warranty. Now that it's time for me to have brake work done again,I have been told I have to spend more money,and if I don't spend the mney with them my warranty is no good. Also the guy John I spoke with is so rude!!! Don't worry,I won't ever come back! Great response but your warranty is always to give you more money with a rotten attitude. No thanks!

My catalytic converter needed to be replaced last year in July. I brought my car to this company to fix. They told me I needed to replace the up stream oxygen sensor. By the end of January, my check engine light was back on for the same thing (catalytic converter). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to a poor part. I brought it back. They claimed it was fixed. My engine light came back on (for the third time), and I brought it back. They called and told me the code was for the passenger side and not the side they fixed, and I needed to speak to the mechanic who fixed my catalytic converter on the passenger side a week prior. By the time I made it back, John (the owner) said they made a mistake and it was actually the side they supposedly fixed. When I went to pick it up, a mechanic told me the engine light came back on and there were some things that needed to be fixed...my O2 sensor down stream, upper intake manifold gasket, and spark plugs for a total of $700. I purchased everything. When I started to replace my spark plugs and upper intake manifold gasket, I found no concerns. They both looked great. I looked under the car to see where the O2 sensor is located, and saw my O2 sensor was left unplugged. I plugged it in, and my engine light turned off. I went back to them to speak to the owner and the mechanic that worked on my car. I asked the mechanic if he was competent and thorough with his job, to which he replied yes. Then I proceed to tell him I caught what you did and took a picture of it. I told him I knew he did that on purpose to get an extra $700 out of me. He attempted to say it was an accident, but the proof was too apparent. I will not be back. If anyone decides to do business with them, please be careful and be able to verify what is worked on was done properly. I will avoid them and I urge anyone else to do the same.Service: Exhaust

I had to put my truck in the shop my brake booster and master cylinder went out April 10 because of bad work done by Terrell oil and lube I really appreciate the men who fixed my truck they was so nice and did a good job fixing my truck I will definitely go to them if I ever need work on my truck I would highly recommend them

They did a mid-muffler delete and installed glasspacks on my Charger. Very happy with the work and price point. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return should I need more exhaust work done. Thanks Triple A!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Great place. Had my brakes done there recently,good experience. Also went for a muffler part and they hooked me up and didn't charge for the piece of pipe. Maybe because it was so little

Parking: small parking lot but mechanics are very helpful with their space. They are run now by their owner. The owner is a nice guy with upfront prices. He will show you what s wrong, cost of parts and service ahead of any repairs. His prices are very competitive. Took 1 star because the time takes them to repair. He does have a lot of work because they do an excellent job. Covid-19 not followed but understand Texas is super hot and they work with no AC

I drove here almost an hour for them to tell me they wouldn t have time til after 3-4 hours to fix what they messed up. I had a y-pipe made and put on my truck, which came out great, but in the process of them welding it on .they left my tailpipes lopsided. The boss man (John) didn t even want to come out and talk to me himself. Terrible customer serviceService: Exhaust

So, I just wanted to thank the entire team here at Triple A. They were all a complete blessing to our family today.My parents travel to and from Dallas tx weekly from Lafayette, La an 800 mile round trip. This week was especially difficult as they were gone a day longer than expected. My father noticed coolant smell from their jeep and immediately brought the vehicle to this place. Within a matter of hours they were up and running again!The owner of the business even took it upon himself to personally bring them to a Starbucks nearby so that they wouldn't have to endure being at the shop the entire time and they could relax. They rushed the part (radiator) and fit them in for urgent repair. After testing the repair and picking my parents up from Starbucks and paying for repair they were on the interstate.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUHundreds of dollars were saved and a night in a hotel was avoided because of professional, quick action by the team here. This is the best exhaust and engine repair I've experienced in a long time. Service was great, staff is very informative and friendly. They do everything, brakes, steering, AC, suspension, inspections, pretty much full service. I would recommend Tripple A to anyone in need of any type of automotive repair. My family, friends and I plan to use their services from now on.

got caught in a flash flood, but car got some water up in the engine, so took it here. Caleb was the guy dealing with my car, he listened, checked it, showed me some other things he found wrong, and we got a plan to fix it and got it done. Car drives great, and with the issue fixed, I don't have that loud noise in my right ear. Also Rhonda is great and swift with the paper work. Been taking my car here for years, only ever had one bad time with a mechanic. 99% of the time, this place is awesome.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Air conditioning

I just wanted this guys to check a service engine light on my truck, it was 3 guys and a woman working on a car inspection and like 3 costumers but all of them for inspections when I ask the guy on the desk he was un respectful and said yes we would check your light, maybe on Monday or go to another place, there just to be nice people now they got new people don't know how to treat costumer I would no recommend this place

I paid these people $3000 for some repairs to be done. I was told my brake pads were lifetime warranty. I take it back for the brakes,I was told they want $300 for labor and turning the rotors,and pads because they have to send the rotors out to be turned. You can sell the parts and put them on,but you can't do anything else,but supply another large bill. Therefore you are not getting a warranty. You are getting another bill! From the owner to the certified technicians these guys are honest and all very knowledgeable! They treated me with respect above and beyond any shop I have been to before! The name of the shop is a bit deceiving they do almost all aspects of auto and truck repair with the exception of diesel engines. I took in my 2009 Scion X-B with bad front hub bearings at 277,000 miles and they got everything done within a few hours of dropping the car off! The car was left clean of any grease or smudge marks and the mechanics stay fairly clean too! I also could not find a ride to pick up my car from Wills Point and the owner came to get me personally! Who does that anymore!? Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly and for the friendly and professional service! If you ever need to send your wife or daughter to a repair shop and don't want them to get ripped off or mistreated this is the shop to send them to!

I got quoted 30 dollars cheaper than a muffler shop in mesquite, and instead of cheap glasspacks, John hooked it up with a flowmaster 40. Watched him do the whole thang, man is A1 at his trade. Will def be looking into some more work from them. Appreciate itService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Trusted this place to the work . I heard some decent things from when there was another partner , but since that guy left it seems have gone hill in quality . Customer help. The guy at the counter was great. And staff seemed nice but when it came down to. They were changin some parts on my car and broke another and said it s not there fault, well thy refuse to fix the broken part and tried to give me a partial refund . But it still won t fix the part I had to fix my self. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!! They will screw you over !!!!!

Had this shop do a repair last week. Literally a week later the repair failed. There has been no concern from the owner over it. He is treating it as a minor inconvenience. It seems that I will have to bring legal representation into the mix to get things resolved.

New management is less than professional, and does not stand behind his own work. Would not recommend him for custom exhaust work on anything. This use to be a really good shop until that guy took over. don't trust him!!.

Worst brake job ever. They screwed everything up, cost me two days of vacation time because they ordered the wrong parts, spilled brake fluid all over my wheels and ruining them. Guy at the front was great, guy doing the brakes was drunk and incompetent. Brakes still shimmy and have problems after all the money I spent with them.They saw an older woman and took advantage of me.
