I was very satisfied with my visit here. They were very busy and it was super hot outside but they took very good care of me. I was getting ready for a road trip and found out I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it and made sure that my spare tire was in good condition. They workers were so friendly. They don't take cash app card so I was short a few dollars, the manager let me leave and seemed so surprised when I came back with what I owed a few minutes later. They have a bathroom just in case you have to wait, chairs for you to sit on outside and the price is very reasonable. This will be my go to tire shop while I live in Terrill. Keep up the great work fellas.

Excellent customer service - above and beyond. I just got off work to notice a flat tire - too flat to make it to a service station and air up. I called Tires Plus Cees to see if they had my unique tire size in stock. They did! I have had problems in the past when in a similar situation at other tire shops trying to get my size tire. They were helpful and the price was good too. They were within 30 minutes of closing and still drove out to me. They removed 2 bad tires gave me a ride to get the money to pay as I carry less than $20 when at work. Super quick in getting to me and changing out the tires. They were helpful in giving me a referral for alignment and potentially changing my tires to the factory correct size. Just a blessing all around. I can t thank them enough for coming to my rescue.

I got pricing from Discount Tire for 4 brand new tires and Cody was able to match their pricing with no long wait. Discount Tire was a 3 hour wait and Firestone didn't have 2 tires in stock. I also stopped at another ture shop and they didn't have the tires I needed in stock. Tires Plus had 4 tires installed within 35-40 minutes. They were very friendly and professional. It's a smaller tire place that doesn't have a fancy shop but the quality of tires was great and that's all I care about...that and good service. The owner, Enrique arrived to help expedite the process and he was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Not crooks, this was the second time I have purchased tires here. Both times I was able to get a better deal here than anywhere in Forney or Terrell (I always check a minimum of 10 places before making purchases over 100 dollars). They were efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend to anyone if they do not want to wait for hours at Discount Tire and want to PAY less!

Enrique Cervantes was friendly and helpful....Talked to him on phone and he came quickly to my apartment where car with very flat tire was located..Removed tire and took back to his Tire Plus location in Terrell and repaired tire....He then returned with repaired tire and put back on my van..He did a wonderful job...at getting me back on the road again...I am 72 years old couldn't have fixed tire....Enrique is appreciated so much. I ask him to bring his business cards so I could share with the other residents that live here at Senior Terrances..He is trusted friend that I know I can call on again when in need of help....Thanks so much....

Enrique went above and beyond to go get a tire from another shop just so I could get a tire TODAY. Not from around here so for him to go out of his way was WAY UNEXPECTED. This shop is A1
