Called up there Friday spoke with jay about my exhaust had great recommendations for me, showed up Saturday morning we went over everything and made sure exhaust was exactly what I wanted before finishing up! Truck sounds great no more rattle and a lot more roar! Thanks Terrell muffler I ll definitely recommend!

This is a high quality shop! They made my 71 Chevy exhaust system with real craftsmanship! The price was reasonable and they where great to work with. Can't say enough about how good my experience was!

My first experience with Terrell Muffler today was a good one. Their brake job estimate on my 2011 Dodge seemed too steep, but they offered me a labor-only estimate if I wanted to bring my own parts, so that's the way I went. I made a 7:30 AM appt which they kept, and the tech had my brakes installed in a couple of hours while I waited. I'll be returning to the shop in a few days so they can replace the malfunctioning brake caliper they discovered while doing my brakes today!

I had a state inspection done, there was no wait time so was taken care right away. The staff were nice too

Nice people but pricing is outrageous. Got the same job done for less than half of what I was quoted here. Also they charge $150 just to look at your vehicle.

Went in this morning as soon as they opened due to an engine alert on my car. Jorge at the front was very kind and friendly. They got my car in right away and kept me up to date throughout the day. Fortunately for me this was an easy fix and not expensive! unprofessional. was told to come in last Tuesday and that the part i needed was in stock. car sat the whole day and at the end of day they informed me they needed to order the part. I was told to come in next Tuesday (today) and it would be taken care of first thing in the morning and take no more than 2 hours. Upon arrival i was told they were busy and wouldn t be able to look at it until end of day. keep in mind i work evening shift and waking up early is already a struggle and i moved a half hour away from this location so it isn t around the corner. will never go back

I cannot be any happier with these gentlemen s service!! My buddy and I dropped his car off here on our way out to California because we couldn t haul it and not only did they get the car fixed fastly they were also able to do it cheaper than expected!! You can trust these guys to give you an honest price with amazing service!!

Took one of my cars in. (Dodge Avenger)They were very Professional, detailed about what was being fixed and explained to me , because I am auto mechanic challenged. Outstanding affordable price. I recommend their shop to anyone who what good old fashioned fairness with fast service.

Fantastic and professional service! Welds looked great and were well burned in so they should hold for as long as I have the car. They rebuilt a portion of my exhaust that was crudely thrown together from the previous owner which eventually cracked(straight piped back from cats). Car sounds fantastic again!

The place was fully packed when I got there for inspection but they have good quality service. The guy told me to wait for 10mins and he did what he says. Quality, accuracy, professionalism and courtesy. I definitely go back next time for my car service. Thank you for the service. You guys are awesome.

I had them install my borla muffler and delete the exhaust flapper valve along with the exhaust screens in my GMC truck. Very reasonably priced and very nice. Welds were good and complete all the way around the pipe. He took his time and put in the quality work. Highly recommend.

I broke down on my way home to Lubbock on a Sunday night. These guys could've taken me for a ride, I had no idea what the problem could be and had to rent a car to get the rest of the way. They fixed the car for like 362$, it's nice to deal with an honest mechanic that knows their stuff, very rare. If I lived around here or move to Dallas, thos is the shop I'd use. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done to my car. These guys are very Honest and Humble and do everything they can to help you fix your car and get it up and running. I went to a different repair shop who wanted to tell me there was something else wrong with my car and try and charge me 5X to fix my car. My dad uses these guys to repair his vehicles and he told me to go here and have them check my vehicle. They did some tests on my car and called me back within a few hrs to let me know what the issue was with my car and it was way less than what I expected to pay. Got my car back them same day. Now its running great like it should be. I will for sure recommend this place to other people who need work done on their vehicles! We blew our motor leaving dfw headed to Shreveport. Fortunately this is where we ended up. They towed our car and put a part we had already bought on for us for an extremely low price. They realized we blew the motor and we decided to stay at a hotel but we were completely without cash and the hotel refused our card. One of the guys drove us to a hotel even tho his shift was over, and used his card to book a room for us. They kept our car over night for no extra charge and helped us load it into a trailer the next day. This is hands down the most amazing mechanic shop I have ever used and will recommend them a million times over to everyone. Not only because of their work but because of their hearts. I am so thankful for everything that these men did for us when we were completely screwed. Thank you so much!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Finding a good diesel shop is hard enough but one that is reliable and fair priced is nearly impossible. I had a rare and catastrophic failure on my diesel truck where a pump basically broke apart internally and sent metal chunks of different sizes through the high pressure oil system. They were able to flush the metal particles out of the engine and pretty much bring the truck back to life AT A FAIR PRICE when I thought the only fix was going to be dropping an entirely new engine in it. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be using their services in the future for my diesel truck service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I gave a 5 star rating because Terrell Muffler & Auto Repair is the only place I will bring my vehicles to be repaired. I refer them to all my family and friends. For those who are looking for a reputable mechanic shop this is it! They are a very honest and courteous business. They do not sell you anything you do not need. Their prices are VERY REASONABLE not like other places. This is the place to come when you have car issues!

My experience here was beyond satisfactory. Jerry was very friendly and quoted me a great price to redo the whole exhaust system on my GTO. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone!!!!

This place did an amazing job!! Fixed both mine and my girlfriends car in the same day we dropped it off. He shows you the parts that needed replacing so you know he s doing honest work. He lets you know when things don t need to be replaced and helps you save your dollar. Way cheaper than I thought it was going to be! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for mechanic work. Drive over 30min to get here and I ll continue to do so for any future car needs! Thank you Terrell muffler!

They took my 08 PT Cruiser and fixed a sagging exhaust issue. They were honest and upfront with everything. Great place to get muffler or exhaust work done.

They fixed my vehicle same day after a major failure. My family was in a bad situation passing through Terrell 100s of miles from home, when we broke down. George and his crew got me taken care of same day so I could safely get my family back home.I cannot recommend them enough.If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Service: Engine repair
