I got my oil changed there on April 3 and they wanted to replace my cabin air filter and my air filter under the hood they were kinda pricey here so I declined. Since the visit my ac vents had been making a whistling sound and it was not doing it until leaving there. Well I ordered them and went to have husband install them and noticed all my bolts for both filters but one was missing and not put back on and the cabin filter wasn t put back into place properly.

I ve been getting an oil change here for years and wanted to get a car inspected. They made every excuse not to do the inspection because there was condensation in my taillight, but both taillights were working. I took it to another place and there was no problem with my car passing. They lost my business and a customer. Unprofessional and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place due to this new ownership..

I trusted this place for years until I come to find out they did not replace parts on my car basically stole my money and when I asked about getting my money back everyone was dumb founded and had the same excuse. On top of that, a mechanic was recommended because they no longer have one because of theft, and the recommended mechanic tried to steal the Cadillac converter off my car. It s hard to find honest mechanics around Terrell especially when you re a female. I will also be reporting to the BBB about how my money was taken and the mechanic stole my parts and didn t replace on my car.

The one and only time I went there the staff on hand found excuses as to why regarding inspection because he clearly didn't feel like doing any. So I left and they lost a customer.... Pity

Dude was smoking while inspecting my car... if you don't mind your car smelling like cigarettes when you get it back, then they're okay.

Came in for a basic oil change but they actually checked all my fluids, filters and tire pressure. They also said they do tuneups and brakes I told them I never had anything like this done before when I came in the past and the manager said well they like to call it a full service oil change. I m impressed this was definitely a great experience and will definitely come back and recommend to others. You could tell this group of new guys love their job and know what real customers service is. Most places just want to get you in and out. Love how they gave me options on other services needs but didn t push me to buy. Kudos!

A great group of gentlemen! I was treated kindly and welcoming. They took care of my state inspection in no more than 10 minutes. I visit here yearly because they are so efficient. Highly recommend!

2 stars cause I ve never had an issue before i always come here but they should really pay more attention. I got an oil change yesterday this morning oil everywhere. My car broke down right off the highway and the incredibly kind gentlemen diagnosed it, addressed it all, got me water, and offered above and beyond service all right as they were closing. Very honest and professional. I went in for an inspection and just assumed that it was time for an oil change. I told them oil change and inspect... The young man came to me and said sir you still have A lot of miles on this oil. He showed me the dipstick and it was very clean. The sticker from the window, still said I had lots of miles left. A lot of places would ve changed the oil anyway costing me extra money. their honesty and openness was refreshing. I would definitely recommend supporting a business like this.

Moved from Dallas so I need a new oil change service. I pulled in with 5 cars in front of me. I waited for approximately 15 minutes and my car was ready. They checked my tires, filled my fluids, and changed my oil. They were very friendly and professional too. I'll be back for sure.

Went in for an inspection. There was a guy getting an oil change in front me, and they came and hooked me up. When i pulled up as soon as he was done I was as well. Great experience.

The people seemed nice enough... until I had to pay my repair bill for the damage they caused I was none the wiser. Using improper tools they caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Cracking the filter housing and filter housing lid, on top of that my mechanic said they did not even change out the filter when they did the "oil change" My experience with these people is that they are dishonest.

Wow I just pulled up and they got straight to work fast easy professional and super friendly guys I was dreading to go get my oil changed thinking it was gonna take a while and i just hate going to auto shops but they knocked it out great place can't wait to come back first impression was awesome
