This is n regards to them not cleaning the showers , old school trucker trick , so whoever comes after knows they didn t do there job n as u can see I lifted the toilet nothing but hair nasty ash , Towels supposed to be gray , but there so old you dnt know what color there are ,seriously.. the truck stops on the outskirts usually the cleaner ones not this ,every review u read is mostly true .. Good luck comrades n be safe out there !!!

Slowest diesel pumps I've ever seen. I washed my windshield and windows and mirrors and looked at the pump- 6 gallons dispensed. And a nice puddle of leaked out diesel as well. They didn't have def on the pumps on the left. Why are all TAs so dirty and broken.

I don't stop at TA's very often, but had to stop here, due to mechanical issues on my truck. Some of the had a bad attitude, but the rest were very helpful. The woman attending the fuel island was very lazy and rude when I was trying to purchase $140 worth of coolant. They did have some pretty neat art work in the main building, and a pinball machine that was of one of my favorite bands. The restaurant was permanently closed, and restrooms were clean

Cleanest, nicest, longest $16 private bathroom. Thumbs up ... Thank you, TA Truck Stop, for being an A+ safe place to take care of self-care needs in a private room!!! Kudos to everyone who works there and makes it such a clean and inviting place to go when you're in a pinch!! Excellent

Diesel fuel concrete is so dirty & oily. Diesel handle leaking. Sign on fuel hose is broken. Three different long handled windshield wiper squeegees are broken. Almost fell, slipped on mud. Please pressure wash concrete! Thank you

I signed in at the Shop for an ABS Light and a broken Left Rear Brake Chamber fitting, at 21:15 on 12/18/2023 and at 07:00 on 12/19/2023 I am still waiting to get repairs done on my trailer.I will not be coming back to this TA Shop anymore. They are lazy and rude.

The place is not clean.the parking lot is very small. There is no access to the store from the back.Yo have to go all the way around.The guard doesn't take care of the reserved spaces.Mine was taken.Plus, they charge 100 dlls if you don't have a ticket.The night guard did not give me one.They let Dogs I the building.The Dog was barking at me and everyone who passed near him,The driver who brought the dog went to the lounged and stayed there.I was going to go in there when the dog started barking at me.Plus, I am allergic to dogs .that dog was not a service dog since they are trained and do not bark at people or be aggressive.the store should not allow entry to animals.

This place is helpful if you need things but they will empty your bank account. I own a bluetooth and they sell the old version. Say that to say this. Not only is the plantronics bluetooth they sell outdated but plantronics has been bought out by Poly. My newer ( and better) version is cheaper on Amazon or anywhere else their sold. Smdh

Parking lot is in disrepair large holes and the whole place could really use some maintenance and appearance upgrades! Considering just how expensive this place is you would expect more from such a large nationwide company... Staff is always friendly and attentive!

The only thing that might be good is the shop. Been here since SATURDAY morning, Pizza Hut is closed because they do not have any wings or pasta. Subway was closed Saturday and opened back up on Sunday 10 - 2, and they it is because they have already worked 8 hours. Will there was plenty of help on Wednesday. Also if you need to use the bathroom, you have to go outside and use the Porta potty, because they are remodeling and the bathrooms are out of service. So good luck to you all that want to stop here. I have decided to put this place on my Do Not Stop last.

Wow! This is one of the best experiences with a repair shop! Saul was very helpful and courteous making sure everything was done properly. Wesley was my tech and he was extremely thorough and did a great job! I was thinking my bill was going to be outrageous and boy I was wrong! Much lower than I expected!

It s T/A. If they want good reviews from me then they need to quit price gouging and start doing business like reputable business does. These is no reason that T/A and other large chain truck stops have fuel prices .30 cents or more than mom and pops truck stops and Quick trip is always .30 or more lower fuel price than everyone else. It is just insane how they take advantage of truck drivers these days. In my opinion they should be ashamed .but I am guessing they are not.

One of the worst, Holes at the exit as big as 2 ft deep, restaurant closed, shower is the joke in the trailer. This truck stop abandoned by management all they want your money for fuel, that's it. Bring it in and be treat like garbage

Inside is descent(clean & fresh looking). Truck parking lot needs a good pressure washing & restriping. Still good for parking.

Got sing in for a ultimate pm at 4 pmThey tell me oh we can see u till like 9 pm n they say it like 3 time n i had to tell them ok im still waiting sing me in like 3 time..ok we got sing in the call pa at 11pm pull in-front bay 5 To wait for a tech to pull me in like at 12pm im waiting at the bay 5 to get pull in for the pm they jst call me and say they dont have a tech with tools to do a pm that they get im at 10 am.. thats crazy sep/24/22

Truck parking lot is a joke. You will damage your truck and trailer trying to dodge all the pot holes looking for a place to park. This place needs to be bulldozed and start again. should be able to give minus stars.

Don t buy any scratch of tickets here at this location. I won and they said they couldn t cash it because they are only allowed $150.00 in there cash registers. I ve won $500.00 a few times in different states and at other TA Truck Stops. If you can t cash winning scratch off tickets or lottery tickets then why are you selling them?

Under construction should be close until work is done bathrooms don't know there condition did not go in but the shower are for small kids mot adults bend to take your shoes off gey ready for an knot on the head. If tou can get shoes and clothes off then backed into the shower no room to turn around

Plenty of parking available in the back 100, but lazy drivers will still make their own parking up front. Over priced Pizza Hut and Subway were only food choices. Restaurant still closed. Limited choices at Pizza Hut.

No decent sit down and eat restaurant was out of half and half and most of the fountain sodas parking lot is very rough and bathroom was filthy

All TA TRUCK SERVICE is dirty place unfriendly people special the black people owners in louisiana mississii and the restrooms cleaning only one time a week because is soo bad smell very bad not have ventilation and is poor not have light inside and pump diesel

I had a good experience there at the t/a in Terrell texas I happen to be there during that bad storm that pass by storm Uri and violeta the crew in the service dept all did a great job getting the truck going due to the frozen airlines and tanks angel was mad cool and she did a excellent job along with the mechanic there that night I just wish the t/a would of had the heat on higher not just for me for the workers also not sure why corporate would allow that to happen.it being so cold outside 2 thumbs up t/a in Terrell texas right of I20 y'all did a good job ill be back through soon.
