Over the years Scrappy s has always come in clutch for me when I ve needed a quick tire patch or air. I like the vibe there. I don t know what makes me feel like there s a secret fight club going on, but I always end up leaving feeling a little bit cooler than when I first showed up. Like ya gotta be in the know to go to Scrappy s. It s not the case but I like it. Today I asked if they had any 35x12.5 used tires around. He said no my friend you have better luck riding a bull. I said No mama s whey! Then everyone laughed.

Every year they do my state inspection and are the first one's I think to go to if I have tire needs. They have always looked out for my safety and I trust them completely. If you want a place you can entrust your mother, daughter, wife, sister with...this is that place. I never feel pressured and their prices are always a good deal. Make Scrappy's Tire Shop your family's "go to" place.

Super friendly service. Pulled up, parked and my tire was plugged in 2 minutes. They checked all my tires pressure, filled them and he even replaced my missing valve stem cap! Will never go anywhere else, if I can help it!

Great experience. Helped replace tire that had a self tapping screw through treat and sidewall. Great folks, family owner and operated. Good pricing. Inspections and other services offered as well.

Great friendly and fast service. They are open 7 days a week and are conveniently located in town. Very reasonable low prices and very good quality products and tires! I have been coming here since they first opened and will only give my business to these guys!

Went there for inspection. No problem. Pulled in with flat. They plugged it for me quick. No problem. Very fair. I liked this place.

I stopped by for the first time and they took care of my tire that had a leak. They honestly seemed to care. They were so affordable so I have to write this post to say thanks!

I arrived first thing in the morning. They unlock the front door and acted like they were glad to see me. Wow you never see that anymore !! I was in and out of there with in 10 minutes. Great price $7 to fix my tire. If I would of been in Dallas it would be twice the $ & time. Thanks Scrappy you saved my morning

Used to love this shop. The only time I wouldn't use them for my used tires is if they didn't have my tire size. Until today. Today the young man pulled a bait and switch. Told me $20 each and then charged me $40 each after the fact. When I said it was supposed to be 20, he claimed he said $40. I still would have bought them at the $40 but I know he said $20 because after the expensive tires my other car needed, I was excited to hear $20.

I've never had a bad experience here. They are always very friendly and willing to help out. Hector is awesome! He always makes a point to make sure I am being taken care of when I am there. Highly recommend Scrappy's for anything tire related.

Service seemed good, but they set my psi to 40 on a vehicle for 35. And gave me 215 tires for a vehicle that takes 235. Also gave me one tire that was dry rotted while yes I did buy used tires. It shouldn t have been the wrong size nor shouldn t it have been overfilled

Flat tire was no big deal. They got me in and out quickly, even though it was lunchtime. I recommend this place for fast, friendly service at a great price.

Went to a previous shop to air my tire didn t have any visual deformity, came HERE, watched them put massive amount of air not 10mins of airing the tire from another shop. Scrappy s ppl checked found the leek went to repaired it then showed me there s a bump on the tire and it could pop. Sooo what was supposed to be a measly $7 repair ended up a whole $40 tire. And the bad part was I watched the whole con happened but because I was at their mercy with only 3 tire on my car I forfeit the $40Make sure y all watch these ppl and soon as u suspect something, record them.

Background: I live in Rockwall but I do business all over North East Texas. I frequently need tire shop services because I drive a dually and also have a tandem axle trailer I pull everyday. This equals 10 tires to keep up with!My assessment of Scrappy's: isn't much to look at, but it is by far the most consistent inventory of new/used tires, the finest service, and friendliest personnel in Terrell, and I would say in the whole region. When I say this, I am comparing Scrappy's to all other tire shops (guessing 20+) I have been to in my 5 years of business as a contractor. I have gotten inspections here, and I've also bought over a dozen new and used tires from them. They have never let me down with a bad used tire. I also have had state inspections performed by them and had no issues with that service either. This is an all around good and honest operation.

I always get my tires from scrappys, good tires, good prices, extremely honest. Wouldn't sell me a tire because he said mine was still good. Highly recommended

I m not very good at reviews but I was traveling from Georgia and needed tires ASAP... They got me rolling again in less than an hour and even gave me a discount. I highly recommend Scrappy s!

They let you stay in your car while they look at your tire and don't try to sell you something when they know they can fix it. Nothing bad to say. I will be going back!

Scrappy's sold my wife a junk tire, weren't flat the very next morning, I take it to a different shop and they can't get 2 lug nuts off because they cross threaded them. I tried calling Scrappys and manager refuses to talk to me and puts the technician o.j. the phone who cross threaded my lugnuts!Very incompetent and negligent work! Very unprofessional as they said I did something!

This is my 2nd time that ive been in the area and needed a quick tire fix because i had a flat. Both times this place has been great. And had quick service both times.
