Redcon truly goes above and beyond with their quality of work and their customer service. From the moment I called Ellie to get my car s hail damage repaired, she was ON IT. She was super informative about their process and then remained very communicative throughout! I never once had to call to check on the status of my vehicle as she or her husband Ralph would consistently call/text with updates.And something that made the entire process less stressful is that they provided a rental car for free while my car was getting repaired (instead of me having to rent a car from a separate company.)Shortly after their driver delivered the rental and took my car, I received a text from Ellie with an informative PDF showing what the whole repair process would entail. It left no question unanswered.Plus, every time there was any update regarding the insurance adjustments, I received a text letting me know. And she d always include an estimate of how many more days it d take to complete the next step of the process.Finally, they gave my car a professional detail before delivering it back to me and swapping it for the rental.And the hail damage is fully repaired! Mycar looks great. SO impressed with this company!!!

Redcon PDR was a blessing for me and my family. After an awful hail storm and insurance miscommunications, they still went above and beyond to get my car looking better than before. (They also put me in a pretty sweet rental ) Their communication and updates along the way made this stress free for me. 12/10 stars!

This company was flawless in helping me with the hail damage on my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Paul was great with helping me get my claim filed and getting my vehicle repaired! 10/10 will be referring my friends and family
