This place was a life saver. I had been all over Terrill trying to get an oil change and 3 of the 4 places I had gone to prior to this place was out of the oil I needed. I was greeted promptly and they got my car back immediately. The two gentlemen that helped me were totally friendly. They have a nice bench area outside to sit and wait for your car or an inside area to sit as well. Price was pretty comparable to other places. I would definitely use this place again when in the area. Keep up the great work and thanks for getting my car ready for the road.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I have used Quick Transmission twice and both times I have been extremely satisfied. Tony explained the issue very thoroughly and was not what we were thinking it could have been. Which was alot cheaper. We had our car back in two days. We will be using them for our vehicles from now on. It was before Christmas had diagnosed by dealership a locked up engine possible engine rebuild. Engine eas new install approximately 2 1/2 yrs before by reputable shop in Dallas but 2 yrs warranty was past. That shop recommended Quick Transmission since he was a former employee of theirs. Delivered to his shop for diagnosis and 3 days later he called and said was ready for pickup.Asked the diagnosis and he said the starter on my pickup was bad and has froze up. Replaced starter.Great service and they know what they're doing. Hard working people and honest. I highly recommend Quick Transmission. The best shop I have found in Terrell area after searching for two decades.

I had a flat today with two of my kids in the car across the street from this place and something just told me to call them, when I called them and spoke with a man an asked for help he got me assistance right away. Another gentleman came right across the street in the heat, took the tire off for me an sat there and waited om my cousin to take the tire to thr tire shop so that I can get a new, and bring it back to put it on for me when I offered to pay him he didn't even take. It's still some good people out there an you never know were your help might come from I really appreciate them for helping me as quickly as they could to get me out that heat with my babies.Service: Tires

Very professional, fast and on point. Recently had some major issues with my vehicle and these guys not only did a spectacular job on the repairs, but got me the best price and finished in a timely fashion. The had my car for about three days and i was informed as to the progress being made at all times by sending me updated pictures. Very personable staff and managers and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.Ohh and the car runs like its new!!

The owner is honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable!! They got my car fixed very quickly. He even showed me exactly what was wrong and explained everything that he did in great detail!

Crooked business, had my car for 6 months after I have paid for my service . Highly advise anyone not to use this company . I ve had to file a complaint with the attorney general and take them to small claims court.

Honesty, integrity, excellent repair work, and outstanding customer service--right here in Terrell! This is THE BEST place ever! I am single and feel everywhere I go I get ripped off. Quick Transmission not only fixed my pickup but worked me in so I had a vehicle to drive to work until I decide what to do with my car. I called at 8:00am and explained I needed it fixed because I had no transportation, I was ask if I could bring it in right then. It was fixed immediately, they are very busy and I was Blessed to have them stop what they were doing and look at it and fix it while I waited. And price, I had already had a quote and they were so much more resonable and not all was wrong with it that I had been told. Are you looking for Honesty, Reliability and takes pride in what they do??? Well you found them here without a doubt. I am calling them to see if it is even worth fixing my car... I will be a customer from now own for sure! Again, I was very Blessed to have come to you! Thank you, keep doing what you do because there are very few of you left in this world!

I had to have my car dropped off after hours due to a minor breakdown. Spoke to them the next morning and they go right to it, having it done and back to me in no time. Price was fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this company for your repair and servicing needs.

Tony, Luis, and Gio were extremely professional and upfront honest with no hidden costs and a detailed explanation of what was wrong. Our vehicle broke down on the way to Arizona, and we are glad we selected Quick transmission because they were able to get us back on the road the same day. And there prices were very reasonable. Thanks for doing a great job!

Tried to charge me $3500 for a complete rebuild. Towed the car to another shop and was told it only had one set of clutches burned up. However, the completely unprofessional staff at quick transmission sent the car off without the differential and 2 separate sets of clutches along with the pump from someone else's car!!! The total cost of reapir at the other shop was $1700... Less than half what they quoted me. Do yourself a favor and find a better, more honest shop to work with.

I highly recommend letting Quick Transmission &Auto do all your vehicle repairs. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and get you in and out quick. I will continue using them for all my auto needs. Thank again for being an honest, reliable company.

After being stranded at the Brookshires gas station for an hour my wife decided to call O Reillys to see if they would come across the street and test her battery for her. They were extremely rude and would not help her. She called Quick Transmission (next door to O Reillys) and Tony answered the phone. He mentioned he would send Hugo over to see what the issue was. Hugo brought a portable battery to jump her Jeep and informed her that her battery needed to be replaced. He got her back on the road and she was able to move on with her day. It s little things like this help make the world a better place. We can t thank you guys enough.Service: Battery

Great workshop, the crew is very professional and did the repair work on time. Even expedited my repairs since my car broke down while taking a road trip. Gio, even gave me a ride to the hotel and picked me up the next morning to bring me back to the shop ( i mean who does that? Very nice guy!) The pricing was very fair, did not over charge me on parts or labor. If i lived in the area, i would always go to Gio.

We very recently moved to Terrell from out of state and all of a sudden my car broke down! I was scrambling to find a good honest mechanic like we had back home. I called quick transmission and they picked my car up the same day. Tony called me the following day to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be. He said he'd order parts and I got a call the following day! My car runs again and it didn't hurt my back account too much. We will be bringing any future car needs to quick transmission.

I broke down on the I20 and got my VW towed over there. Lost a bolt out of one of my Rear dampers. The owner did everything in his power to fix my vehicle. he was super professional, helpful and patient.I highly recommend the shop to everyone that comes through this area and has an emergency.thank you

A few months ago I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. My son drives it most of the time. Sometimes when he guns it there is a hesitation and the engine light comes on. We assumed that it was the transmission and took it to Quick Transmission. They ran diagnostics on it and found nothing wrong. They drove it and found nothing wrong. I appreciate their honesty in telling me they couldn t find anything wrong. They could have rebuilt the transmission and I wouldn t have known any different. They didn t even charge me for the tests. I will continue to take the truck to them in their future. I appreciate their honesty.

I recommend this place!!! After having car my car at their shop for over 3 months, they still charged me a low price to fix my transmission and it was fixed within 3 days!! Plus a tune up, and my car was CLEAN!! Very clean! Thanks Giovanni & the other employees.
