I used Platinum for an oil change and they did a fantastic job. They picked my car up from my work right on time and returned it quickly. I also got a wash and wax and they did a very good job! (my car is black and was COVERED in white driveway dust) Taylor was so easy to scedule with! I got text updates on the service the whole time. Overall a great experience, so convenient and quick, will definitely be using them again.

Service you would expect.Good employees.Big downside. Only downside.No rentals or loanersHow are you supposed to give up your car for 5-7 days?They have good reasons why they don t have them.Still can t do the services I need because a vehicle for work.

Every time I schedule service at this location the staff are amazing. I never have to wait long to get checked in and they are all helpful, professional and honest. Bianca is the best! I participated in their valet services which indeed met my expectations. I also appreciated the inspections, being a lady this was very informative and gave me what I needed to stay up and running safely on the road. Thank you .. highly recommended

I just got my truck back from the service department, Bianca took great care of me, kept me informed the whole way. As they dug deeper into the vehicle more damage was found and she kept the insurance company informed and gave them a little prod when they needed it. I would recommend Bianca and Platinum Ford to anyone needing service.

After recently moving, I needed an oil change and had a recall. Service was quick to get me and took care of the issues in 2 days. My former dealership was a nightmare every time. For the same recall, they needed my car for 7 days. Platinum Ford makes me want to stay in the Ford family

I was greeted soon after I arrived, was 20 minutes late but Jase didn t say anything.Jase was very receptive to my needs for my 2020 Escape. Asked if I was going to wait for the work to be completed and offered the complimentary car wash. Jase called when the vehicle was finished. Although the wash was not done, the vehicle was completed sooner than expected and my concern was repaired. For my first time customer experience at your dealership I was satisfied.

I needed a tail light replaced so I could get my state inspection. Dropped off my vehicle expecting to pick up the next day. Was surprised that it was replaced the same day. Was able to put this vehicle back into my fleet.

Superb service. Went in for 20K mile service for F150 and it was perfect. The service time of 1.5 hours and cost were exactly as the original estimate. This included 2 recalls (no charge). Everyone was so courteous and attentive (but not overbearing). Good experience!J Dough - Forney

So glad platinum Ford has Saturday hours for the Quick Lane! I got my oil changed and tires rotated in less than an hour. The service was top notch. The young lady who waited in me was efficient, professional, and friendly. I am a happy customer and will be babb CB k!

Justin was AMAZING! I stopped in to get them to unlock the spare tire on my Fiance's F250 Super Duty and they not only unlocked the spare but he also changed the tire! And all at no charge! I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their Fords.

I booked online and was even offered to add to my calendar only to call the day before to find out they didn't have my appointment, but they had all my information even thought this was the first time at the dealership (System issues). I was also told that they couldn't address my Knock sensor issue unless i leave for 7 Days? I know the issue because I ran the diagnostic, they want you too leave it so they diagnostic it in 10 seconds and then keep to fix because they don't have the resources to fix it timely. BTW, to rub salt in the wound they mentioned I have lights on my dash (But you can't fix it!). I think they need to fix that or else there is no advantage to going to a dealership for service. Last, Place was nice and new and the customer center was decent. My only issue is i was there for 3 hours to change the oil, replace the front two tires and align them? 3 hours? Sad part is I had the same experience at other Ford Centers, so it's about Average for different locations. Generally service was ok, no one was rude, people tried be nice, but it doesn't work when you are there for 3 hours and no diagnostic needed and its a Ford.

Brought my Fiesta in for scheduled maintenance ( timing belt) and a vibration complaint. Tech did a needed shakedown and found the cause of the vibrations( failed motor mounts) and a few other issues that I would never had known of. Fixed all. A bit costly, but I love my car!! Customer service gave me a courtesy vehicle due to parts delay. I was updated via texts. Customer service specialist was great and I'll be back for next scheduled maintenance.

I have a 2023 Ford Ranger Tremor that I ve been accessorizing for enjoyment. One Ford accessory (Ford Performance Procal Delivery Tool), although a simple install that can be performed by most individuals, required installation by a Ford dealer or an ASE certified mechanic to maintain the vehicle s warranty. In any event, when seeking installation assistance from numerous local Ford dealership s service departments or ASE shops to maintain the vehicle warranty, not a single Ford dealership service department or ASE shop (including one known nationally for racing and off-road vehicle accessories) that I reached out to was willing work with me for installation with the exception of Platinum Ford Service Department in Terrell, Texas. Not only did Platinum Ford Service Department do the install (and at a very reasonable and fair price), they provided me a shuttle home in lieu of me waiting at the dealership, and delivered my vehicle to my house when the installation was complete (this itself is an excellent service to provide for their family of customers). With all of the incredible services that Platinum Ford offers to provide, Platinum Ford has earned a five star rating and more than an outstanding and exceptional job. Platinum Ford Service Department has set the bar so high that most other dealerships will never be able to reach. With this, Platinum Ford Service Department has earned my business going forward. Also, due to Platinum Ford Service Department, when upgrading or looking at my next vehicle purchase, I will be going to Platinum Ford and become part of the Platinum Ford family of vehicle owner customers. But to the Platinum Ford Service Department team, A job well done!

Very good and prompt service. Hard to find a Ford dealership that will accept Class A motorhomes. Had oil, and filter changed and general inspection of the Ford F53 chassis which houses a 2019 Newmar BayStar 3333. I will return and be sure to ask for April.

Platinum Ford, and April the service advisor, took care of me and my vehicle well. The repairs and warranty coverage were unique to my situation and everyone at Platinum communicated well along the way. Some items were 3rd party resources with a lengthy delay, but once again, April stayed in communication with me about expectations and timing. During party of the repair, Platinum scheduled a loaner car for me to drive and then adjusted it to meet my family s needs. The loaner experience was great because they dropped the vehicle off to me. I will go back to Platinum again and I recommend working with April any chance you can.

I am only given this place to stars because of the lovely gentleman that helped me other than that it would be zero stars. I schedule an appointment with this company for 9 AM. I pulled up and was not seen until almost 930. Several cars pulled behind me and those people were serviced. I m not sure if they had an appointment or not but no one even came to check to see if I had an appointment or The time of my appointment, which I found to be very offensive, considering I am an African American woman in the people who pulled up behind me were Caucasian. Now the rep who did come to service me was Very apologetic and stated he was running around as well but as soon as he finished, he came to service me My service advisor was Jase And listen to the concerns that I did have about my truck and was able to get me answers promptly and also get a part ordered for me for my truck to be serviced. Based off his service alone in his attentiveness, he deserves five stars but because I was treated as a last priority with a scheduled appointment is disappointing.

Took truck in for oil change and squeaking breaks (truck is 4 months old). I said yes to a car wash.Arrived to find truck unwashed (they were closing in 20min so I wasn t going to make a big deal of this). I walked in and pointed to the truck. The service member unlocked it, told me the total, and when I began to get my card out he escorted me to the customer service area for me to pay. He typed in the total and stepped away for me to pay. Upon asking me to sign two sections he handed me the keys. All of this was professional, however, he never once asked for ID or the name on the account. This bothers me that someone could walk in, point to a vehicle, and essentially pay a few hundred dollars and drive off with a truck worth thousands.I did eventually ask if they fixed the brakes. He said they adjusted them but nothing was wrong with them. The paperwork I received says there is nothing wrong with the breaks but does not mention the adjustment. Guess what, the breaks still squeak.

I took my 2012 F-250 to Platinum Ford because I trust the experience, opinion, and recommendation of Ed Wallace on KLIF. I needed that trust because I had a lot of areas on my truck that required an honest assessment so I could build an action plan to address each area. I made an appointment online and they were able to complete the assessment and I am now scheduled to return next week to address all the areas as they needed to order parts. I m spending a significant amount of money, but it s needed to keep my truck going for another 100,000 miles. I can let you know how it all works out shortly, but I m happy so far!

Had to make an appointment for recalls, just so they can order the parts. They won t order the parts ahead of time, so they need your car a day and a half to tell you they will order them. Asked someone to look at my windshield wiper fluids because it not working (motor runs just no spray). All they did was fill it up and said it was empty and problem resolved. Which is not resolved because it doesn t work, I m thinking something busted during the freeze but they didn t take the time to look or notice the fluid leaking out when they filled it up. I doubt anyone will call me when the parts arrive.

My sales person Sarah was amazing. Though there were hiccups with the process and they almost lost my business. Sarah and one of the sales manager Jason were incredible. They handled a disastrous situation on the part of the dealership with integrity, honor, dignity and respect. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Also thanks to Adam the General Manager who backed his team, and kept his word and delivered an excellent service. I am pleased with my purchase and thanks again to Sarah.

Buying my van from Abel, 5 stars. Now, the service department needs improvement. Told Kyle I needed my window replaced and never heard from him again. Second time someone told me that they would call back and never did. Then I met Nolan, thank God for him. He got me taken care of quickly. Nolan needs a raise or promotion! I m just going to start asking for him by name instead of being transferred to 5 different people. Thanks Nolan!!!

Received excellent service on our truck. The service manager immediately resolved an issue we had. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, vehicle checked, service completed, and out the door within a short amount of time. Highly recommend!!

Worst dealership experience ever! Poor communication from service department all the way to sales. I was quoted astronomical prices and when I let them know I was taking my vehicle elsewhere, they took parts off my vehicle and left me with one bell housing bolt that had half of it broken off. I wonder how many people they have sabotaged their vehicles? I would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this dealership. They are criminals! Hopefully one of the news stations will bring this to light so they stop taking advantage of people. It is just not right!
