Praising Jesus Happy Thursday! Platinum was amazing, quick, fast, and the young lady who took my car in was wonderful! Upon me stepping in the 2 guys on the service area never acknowledged me, regardless that they were busy , still speak address the customer inform that you will take care of me when you can. I received non of that! The review is honestly for the young lady she was wonderful and cheerful! Service was fast, the video of what issue they found was also wonderful! I drove from Irving to Terrell for this awesome service! Job well done! Be prosperous stay safe be blessed!

Gotta give it to them it really is a huge inconvenience to have to go with out your vehicle and with parts taking time to get these days they still got my truck fixed and back to me pretty quickly .. made sure all new parts worked correctly and if the replacement part wasn t good they got one that was asap.. everyone was really polite and very helpful all the way from the staff, mechanic, and management .. everything was covered under warranty with no problems I can t speak for anyone else on how it went for them for me however it was a good experience and I would trust them to work on my truck again . Fingers crossed that s not for a long time. Thanks again for the quick turn around on the repairs for my truck.

I purchased a Jeep from here last summer and the experience has been pleasant ever since. From sales to service, the staff is courteous and takes care of my vehicle when it s time to be serviced. Everyone I have encountered has always been friendly and welcoming.

No one greeted me on service drive,I came 20 minutes early for my noon appointment and the service writers were totally un prepared, if it were not for the young man sweeping the floors i believe that i would still be standing there, when I showed them my confirmation text for my appointment they weren't even aware of the details. We set this appointment last week and confirmed tires were in stock at that time. I was disappointed with the service department and I am considering using another dealership in the future even though yours is much more convenient to my home .

The repairs are recent but seem good after 1 day of driving. I was disappointed that I had to initiate every call to get updates. Even when I called and was told they thought repairs were complete and they'd call to confirm in 25 minutes, I had to call 3 hours later after not hearing from them. I was an inconvenience at every stage. When picking up, the service advisor sent me to the cashier without even asking my name. This was over $3,000 repair and nobody reviewed the ticket with me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very disappointed. I made an appointment online for an oil change for 3:00. I arrived at 3:00 and was not greeted by any of the three idle service reps, but was rather shrugged and head-nodded over to one of the counters. The representative then processed me into the system. As we were walking toward the waiting room, she advised that it would be 90 minutes for the oil change. When I asked why the long duration, she said all the bays were full. When I stated that I had made an appointment, her response was that appointments did not hold a spot for service. Sure seems to me like the purpose of an appointment. When I ask for a courtesy car to run errands, she stated they did not provide cars for oil changes. Seventy-five minutes later a technician delivered the truck to the front and my keys to her station that was unattended. They sat there for 10 more minutes, until I was able to catch a service rep and retrieve the keys and close me out.Please don t behave in a manner that acts as though this is the only RAM service area. The dealership in Tyler is much more professional. Tyler also don t charge for snacks like you do; which seems petty when all your employees are wearing embroidered North Face jackets.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced on a Friday morning. I needed some routine maintenance (oil change, state inspection) and I needed my driver side window and left turning signal examined because they were not working properly. Upon arrival the agent said that all services could not be rendered that same day, so I needed to decide on which services to have completed. I elected to get the oil change and state expectation, and the agent said she d schedule me an appointment for a same day service the following Monday. (I asked the agent if leaving my car would provide speedier results and she said it would not because the technicians only work Monday - Friday).So that Friday I brought my car in at 10:30 am for those services and the oil change and state inspection were done at 2:30 PM. Monday morning I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 AM. I was not told until 5:00 PM what the issue was and the price. I know that services cannot be completed immediately, but what is the point of having appointments and communicating same-day service if that is not going to be honored. I scheduled these services when I was off work (Friday - Monday) and now I am greatly inconvenienced because I will not have my car.

Customer service is very poor, they do not communicate well or keep you updated even when they say they will. They had our truck almost a month and we only found out they ordered the wrong part after my husband called and left 5 or 6 messages (they never answer the phones) so we asked if all the other work was done so we could pick it up and bring back when correct part came in and we were told yes only to find out they didn t change the oil or check the filters. We were given several different days that the part was due to be in but never any updates when it didn t come in we again had to call for information, when the part came in the customer service was just as bad if not worse when we took it back. We will never take any vehicle back to Platinum Dodge. They received 1 stars only because I had to give it in order to post.

Usually I receive great service at Platinum Chrysler and Dodge. Today When I took my car for service I asked for an oil change, check air filter and check all fluids. As soon as the technician saw that I was eligible for a free oil change he seemed disappointed. After the oil was changed, I don't think they checked anything else! I was disappointed. I was planning on paying for a new air filter and whatever else might be needed. Now I wonder if I need a new air filter. It has been a year since the last one was replaced! Disappointed!!

The staff is nice, however the service... not so much. This has been a recurring event each time I go in for an oil change. I have a scheduled appointment time, but I'm there no less than an hour and half. Yesterday, was no different, I was there 2 hours. My car was pulled out of the bay, complete with an oil change, and finally after 20 minutes, I had to ask the servicer if I could leave. She scrambled to get me checked out. What's the purpose of an appointment?

I went to Platinum for an Oil change, and as usual was charged for a Tire Rotation as well. I know for a fact they did not rotate the tires because I have special rims which call for a certain tool to remove them, and they did not ask for it. This is the third and last time I will take my truck there due to the hassle of having the up charge removed from my invoice. If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Service advisor Carlos was horrible and rude. His manager Rolonado same not helpful at all. Finally had to get the district mgr Muchael involved he was awesome. But will not ever go there again. Thanks for Michael's help.

Booked oil change and tire rotation for 1pm online. Left at 4pm. - 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotate! - then the bill was three times expected. Bill eventually adjusted to reflect online price.I also reported a warning light (start/stop). This wasn t addressed in the three hours and I couldn t wait any longer.I ve had good experiences at this dealership in the past but not today

Wait time was horrible. Nearly 2 hours for an oil change. Then my vehicle was brought up and I sat for a few minutes got up went to the restroom and still had to go out and get my paperwork to leave.

Not the best experience this time around. Not acknowledged when I entered the shop with 4 employees sitting at the desks. Car sat in the entry garage for 30 minutes before I asked if there was an issue. Another 30 minutes later, my car had been pulled into the service area. Only after I stood at window and watched the service area and speaking with a manger did any action get done. All that stress for a oil change and tire rotation. Should be a quick turn around like it is when my husband takes it in, acknowledgement and all. Carlos did his best to get the service going. Wasn t good today. Told service advisor had service plan for oil changes. Never comes to me again until it s completed and says I owe $84 for oil change. I asked what happen to my plan and she says I m out of oil changes. She should have let me know when checking my truck in vs proceeding and writing a blank check for me. That doesn t sit well with me. She then told me they no longer offer oil change plans.

Tommy in service did an excellent job getting us in and out in an emergency. His techs worked well with him to get us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. They do all the work on our car and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Great team!!

Literally worst service we ve ever received. Was told at most our cars recall (a windshield wiper motor) would take no more than a day to repair. We dropped out off yesterday and I have called twice more and conveniently everyone is with a customer always! Never again will we use this dealership!

Took in my girlfriends car for a camshaft sensor issue. 2400 bucks and 2 weeks later they say it's fixed, which is all good. We Returned the rental, i drove 8 hours from out of town on a Thursday to take her to get it and didn't even make it out of the dealership before the check engine light was back on. I'm not mad the problem wasn't fixed, newer cars are very hard to diagnose but if it was that lazy of a job checking afterward it definitely doesn't fill me with confidence on any work done. It's been 2 and a half business days and still have yet to get a call back about it. Would never expect this from a dealership.

My dodge 2004 was brought in on 10/16/2023.Had an alarm took it off truck wouldn't startTech said he needed to diagnose.Told me he needed 1500.00It took 3months to tell me it would cost me 4900.00 .The tipm and ecm.All the wires were left out.Yes some of the wires were left exposed when I brought it in. But after 1500 Dollars to trace wires to see if their was a short , not one was put back.The advisor Johnathan should be firedDisrespectful, lied numerous times . And just never felt like he had to return my callsPlatinum dodge, I'm sure you could care less about how I feel. But I am one of many who will never bring a truck to you

The coolant temperature was getting high. They replaced the high pressure radiator cap under warranty which appears to have resolved the issue. Due to the holidays, it took over 3 weeks to complete. A loaner vehicle would have been helpful.

Went to get my truck serviced yesterday and everything was perfect. Not too long after driving off the lot, I noticed a heavy metal clinking noise but assumed it was nothing until I got under the truck. There was this large metal plate that holds 4 bolts missing 3 and it was hitting the undercarriage of the truck as well as the ground. Took it back to the dealership and the first guy I saw came to help immediately. When he saw it, he pulled it in the service area and had it handled. After completion, another guy returned the truck to me and proceeded with a lie that left a very bad taste in my mouth. He said yea we noticed the bolts were a little loose which is why you heard the noise so we went ahead and tightened it for you so your good to go. 3 bolts were MISSING, not LOOSE.

My car was at the dealership for 9 days and nobody ever called me with an update. I had to be the one to call and then my advisor would keep me on hold for a long time (an hour one day) or not call me back when I left my information for a call back. He was very unknowledgeable about what was going on with my car. When I called and he told me my car was ready, the front bumper was still not fixed and there was a paint chip in my bumper. Now I have to bring it back for it to be fixed properly. This will be the last time this dealership touches my car and I will not ever buy from them again.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair

I am used to getting 5 star service. When I get my vehicles serviced. But I did not receive that with this first time service of my Audi. your rating area was exceptional but when I received my car back there was no format in the driver's side nor had my vehicle been washed and vacuumed. . with this being such an excellent dealership. Those would have been 2 minor things that I would expect from such dealership.. also I bought my car from this dealership. But yet once it was service, they were unable to remove the service light. If you're able to work on foreign cars you should have all the tools required to do so! I had to pay an additional fee to take my car to another dealership to turn off the service due light. Not Happy about that and for that reason I will probably not return to Dodge Platinum for the servicing of my Audi Q7!

It took 3+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got into my truck, the whole system was ste to factory defaults. I had to reprogram everything. Audio settings, seats, profile, theme..everything. Besides this, customer service was pretty good.
