I just bought my 23 ram from here and LOVED the experience. I walked into the showroom and met with Hailey. I explained that we were not in the market until February, which she respected. She never pushed a sale. I left with a lot of info to discuss with my husband and we decided to do some research that night. We found a truck for a great price and decided to see if we could work out a deal this week. When we went back, Hailey remembered us and spent several hours helping us to get the right price for our budget. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle, the price, and the rest of the staff at this dealership. They were willing to go to great lengths to ensure a great buying experience.

I wanna thank platinum dodge for getting me and my husband our dream car. This is my first brand new car over 15 years. Always drove used cars because that s all I can get. We are loving our 2023 dodge challenger. Christopher was fantastic and I know he was kind of new but he was great. I recommended people to you guys. Also wanna thank the finance department they did everything in their power to get us what we wanted even if they could not accept our trade. I don t remember the two other guys that helped but omg they both did wonders. Me and my husband are constantly fighting about who takes the car and kids want to drive in it all the time. My husband has been joy riding it n racking up miles lol luckily it was brand new with 20 miles when we got it well that s long gone lol lol. Thank you so much and if anyone need help with a car please come here. Btw the car fit my teenage daughter and my 2 car seat for my little ones with no problem yeahhhh

So I had my van in for repairs under a warranty plan and I needed to have a loaner vehicle. $90 a day they charge and they give you no leeway on if the part is late getting there or is missing a part to the whole. They are going to charge you for every day no exceptions. Mine was supposed to be done on a Friday and wasn't done until the next Tues so 4 more days of loaner car fees. It's just ridiculous. 15 total days they had my van. Not a happy customer. I have 4 kids one who uses a wheelchair so I couldn't be without a vehicle.

I highly recommend buying here. Nick and Billy was who helped us. They were great. First time we came in we explained that we were looking while waiting on insurance to come through. That didn t stop them from helping like several other dealers we went to. Over 2 weeks and 3 visits later they were still right there to help when we finally got everything we needed to buy. Because of the attention they showed when insurance did come through there was no question who we were buying from.

Worst dealership I have dealt with in my entire life. I will never be back and I will be sure to let anyone I know what a joke the GM is as well as the service manger. We took our Grand Wagoneer in for cracked windshield. It was crack internally. No signs whatsoever of exterior issues. It cracked from behind rear view mirror. I got the runaround from service manager for three months. Finally went back up there and talked to the GM who said he knew two months ago it wouldn t be covered under warranty. Mind you this whole time water comes in on the dash when it rains. His excuse for not letting me know was bad communication on his part. This place and its management are a complete joke. Needless to say it s being handled the proper way from another dealership and a new windshield was installed at no cost to us.

I recently had a noteworthy experience at Platinum Ford in Terrell! They truly impressed me with their dedication to customer satisfaction. When there was a hiccup with the oil change meter not being reset, they quickly resolved the issue and even provided me with top-notch detailing services as a gesture of goodwill. Ramone, their detailer, is absolutely amazing! And I have to give a shout-out to Dwain Kester, the Director of Operations, for his outstanding leadership. I highly recommend Platinum Ford in Terrell for their exceptional service and attention to detail.

I bought a 2022 4runner TRD pro. Pricing was quite frankly a steal. I bought the vehicle while out of the country. The salesman, and manager were amazing. They were very understanding, and catered to my timezone change and my situation. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were willing to work for ME. They made the process a breeze. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with.First time I have ever walked in to a dealership and not left with a new vehicle. The finance department will not try to call in favors with the banks to help them make the deal happen. The salesmen act like their paycheck doesn t depend on you buying a vehicle from them. No one wants to work for your business. Go to a dealer that doesn t have the Gilchrist name attached to it. I don t know what they do to their employees but, they are slimy, sneaky, snake oil salesman. Theses folks were good hard working people a few years ago. I purchased 5 vehicles from them, not doing that again. They try lying to you about your credit score, they call it your real time score , (mine shows excellent pay history for 14 years), so that they can sell you higher interest rates. They make bigger kick backs from the banks that way. The banks allow them to add points to the interest rate that the bank offered you, then the dealer makes bigger commissions, not to mention the checks from the manufacturer for moving those vehicles throughout the year. They want top dollar for their vehicle but, don t want to give you what yours is worth. I have always known the business to be dirty but these folks, whole new level. I really angered the finance guy with the puffy vest when I asked how much they make from the manufacturer for selling all those cars each year. I would not have done that had he not made an issue about having to pay his shop to clean my truck after trading it. My dirty vehicles are cleaner than their cleanest on the lot. I don t use the same cloth to clean the windows after wiping goo on the tires. Obviously I m not a fan, try them for yourself, you ll get it.Good luck folks, gonna need it shopping here.

I was struggling to take care of my husbands truck warranty at my home dealership so I was recommended by a friend to come to Platinum Dodge in Terrell and ask for a young man named Carlos. Right away he took care of my problem with no hesitation. Also very professional and knowledgeable, gave us extensive details on the process and explained everything precisely. Great customer service. From now on, I know where to buy new trucks and service.

First class experience at new Platinum Ford dealership in Terrell and we'll worth a drive, coming from Austin. Terry and the entire service team are very responsive and helped to ensure I was satisfied through out the entire process. Raul Rios was a great salesman, taking time to listen and was very personable and thoughtful in his responses and suggestions. I knew what I wanted coming into the dealership after a long search and was grateful for a smooth process during a unique trade in situation, absolutely thrilled with the all new Jeep GC L Limited. Raul had it detailed and looking great inside and out for its first real journey home. Anthony was great on finance side explaining everything in detail and got great deal on extra extended warranty. Brian (sales), Vincenzo, and Sean (sales managers) and Kian (finance) took amazing care of me and treated me like family when I went in to purchase my new 23 Durango! The whole process of trade in appraisal, credit check, presenting numbers, and signing in finance was smooth and I was well communicated with throughout the process. Brian was a superstar at not making it feel like a typical dealership/salesman experience and made sure he got to know everything I wanted in a vehicle, presenting all options, and going through thorough test drives and quirks and features overviews to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Worst service department ever. They ve had my vehicle for 4 days and still won t diagnose the issue until likely 2 more days. This doesnt include the lead time for actually fixing my car. They refused to provide a loaner vehicle because my warranty expired less than 1000 miles ago. They don t answer the phone and don t return messages. When they do they give you no information and leave you in the dark. Do not take your vehicle here!

Horrible service department experience. They held my truck hostage for 5days and NEVER really diagnosed it or gave a formal quote to fix it. Service advisor wouldn't let me talk to manager. I called sales department and GM had to intervene after service department manager claimed it was Car Sheild's fault, but Car Sheild said they never called. I paid $212 to get my Jeep out of their shop and asked for a printout of what they did. They printed an obscure list of what "might be wrong." Don't get your vehicle held hostage for 5days.

Rocky was a great salesperson and did things quickly but the price of the truck that was purchased had A LOT of unnecessary add on items that should really be part of the purchase price.. I feel that Platinum is trying really hard to pay for all the new buildings..

I bought used 220 Mazda CX 5 a year and a half ago and it started to have electrical issues. Between myself and my husband, we called up to the deal shop 5 times before getting an answer on what our warranty was. 3 of the times we called, we were told someone would reach out to us and that never happened. The other 2 times, voicemails were left and no one reached out. After we eventually got a hold of them, we found out about our warranty and asked to be connected to the service center. My husband told the service center all about the many electrical issues the car was having and we booked an appointment to get it serviced under warranty. I drove the car 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the dealership and was told they would not do any diagnosis on it because they can t. Since it s a Mazda, I have to take it to a Mazda dealership.All that to say we are extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service when we paid good money for the car and the warranty. Will definitely not be going back there ever again as it is a waste of time and money.

Horrible customer service, took a week for them to diag my jeep. Carlos in service said 24hours. They spent a week, moving it in and out, and still didn t know why a check engine light is on. Those were the adjusters words. When asked what was the diag he said they still haven t found out. Was rude and it took for me to go up there and find out as he would not answer his phone after leaving 3 voice mails.
