This was my first time doing business with this dealership. I worked with Walter and he was amazing. Throughout the entire process, he communicated what the diagnostic was, the cost of it (which was a reasonable price considering the type of car I have) and when it was ready. He was nice enough to work it out and get me a loaner. Walter was very professional and honest. He definitely delivered exceptional customer service and went the extra mile. Thank you!

I normally never leave reviews but Donald from the service department and superior customer service really merit to be recognized. My schedule is always very full and busy so it s hard to make time to call and schedule a maintenance but Donald made sure to accommodate and work on as many things as possible while I was there. He then communicated after hours to advise my parts where in and responded to my texts ASAP past his normal work hours in order to schedule the installation of parts. He was kind, effective and transparent at all times. Thank you Donald for your strong work ethic and being so flexible with me. Appreciate truly the great sense of importance you have made me feel.

when I left my Impala with your service department, I was greeted by a young man who took my information and what I was wanting done. He assured me he would give Donald my information. Donald followed up with me in a very timely manner. I felt very comfortable, after speaking with Donald that I would receive a very thorough breakdown of what if anything else was found that I missed. Donald was absolutely easy to work with and trust. I haven't had a chance to really wring it out, but am very pleased with the service so far.I honestly don't think my Impala ran any better when I bought it new. Now I want to give a shout out to my drivers who took me home when I dropped off my car and picked it up today. I can't really trust my memory but I believe my first driver was Chandler. A very positive attitude and friendly man. Today I was taken back home by Mario. To say he was outgoing and happy would be a gross understatement ! He complimented me and my wife on how we had taken care of the Impala. He then told me about his 1971 Chevy PU was bought new and now has only 78,000 miles.Lastly I would like to condense all this into one sentence.This was the best experience I've ever had any privately owned shop or dealership service department.Thanks for everything,Jerry Flowers

Scheduled my appt ahead of time. When I arrived at the service department, I was greeted promptly.Left my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. Got a call about an hour and a half later that my service was complete.When I arrived to pickup again I was greeted promptly. Was happy to also see that my tire pressures had been checked and filled to the appropriate settings.Great service.

The customer service is EXCELLENT! The work performed is EXCELLENT! The updates and detail to work were SUPERB!customer service, service team, and work all done SUPERBLY!Please change your policy about making the customers pay for your way of doing business by charging extra fees for using a credit card.

Platinum service was awesome and Mario the driver was so nice and professional. I greatly appreciated them being able to bring me back home after having to leave my car for the day. They were able to fix my radio issues that I had been dealing with since buying my car a year ago so very grateful for that. Highly recommend using them for any service needs.

Very nice work, excellent service and very nice peoples. They made my accident car look brand new. They changed everything that need to be changed and did everything that need to be done and handed it over to me. I love this place.I highly recommend this place!!

I m giving a 3 due to the customer service provided at the end of my visit.If I could erase the first 2 hours and my experience with the manager who provided this experience I would give a 5 to the advisor who helped me in the last few moments for the customer service and helping me with my concerns. If it had not been for that I would have rated 0 stars for my initial experience.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Everyone in the service area was very courteous and helpful. Even without an appointment, they worked me in and were able to fix my issue. The first thing I noticed was they wrapped my seat and steering wheel with plastic before anyone entered the vehicle. That was a respectful decision and made a big impact on how I view their service department. Great job Platinum!

It was a very disappointing experience at platinum Chevrolet/Cadillac and Terrell Texas. I came in there on the. 28th of December 2023. I m just now getting my car back and it is January 11, 2024. I took my car in for its routine oil change and I also need the vehicle to be inspected so I can get my sticker for my vehicle, I had trouble with my tires so I took them to platinum Chevrolet and Terrell , Texas The service associate Don handled the situation Donald Handled the situation with my vehicle. I was very displeased with his service. I was treated very rudely and I felt like I was discriminated against and stereotype because of my race from the The associate seen my vehicle was under warranty. He took advantage of the fact that my vehicle was under warranty and just repaired the things that was covered on the warranty of the vehicle. The associate never made sure the stuff I pacifically came up there and asked him to do to my vehicle got done, I had to miss numerous days from work because I couldn t get a loaner vehicle from the dealership because of the associate it really hurt my feelings up on arrival of picking up my vehicle. I watched the same associate that looked me in my eyes and told me they don t have any loaner vehicles give a loaner vehicle to another customer customer a vehicle that just happened to be the same race decent as the associate that was helping me at At that particular time I also feel like the associate Donald discriminated against me because I purchased the used vehicle and that used vehicle was still under warranty. Meaning that I didn t come out of my pocket for the repairs made on the vehicle and I also have to include the fact that I have free oil changes still on that vehicle from purchasing it and I let the associate know about that too and he did not put it in the original report for my vehicle and on a scale of one to 10 I platinum Chevrolet/Cadillac in Terrell Texas -10 is the most rudest place I ve ever visit I day 2024. We all should have involved and grown as people to wear no matter what color your skin is , what shape or what range of price vehicle the consumer purchase for you they still should be treated with respect and honor as American citizens because I m paying my taxes just like the associates and the people here at platinum Chevrolet/Cadillac

Honestly was super disappointed in the service and communication between me, my husband, and the service guy (David) we were working with. Sent my car in at 11:30am 02/06 by tow truck and didn't even get it back till 10am the next day 02/07 I had to call MULTIPLE times to figure out what was going on with our vehicle and each time I couldn't even reach someone. I had to leave messages or the operator would just tell me it s in progress. David said he would call me first thing the next day with the status of my car after explaining to me he had to order a battery for my car and he was still waiting on the parts guy to show. Which he didn't call me first thing the next morning. My husband called and when he called he was told that David wasn't in for the day. It took me calling and leaving a voicemail for the service Director to get any type of phone call back from David. I think the biggest disappointment was the fact that I was left without a vehicle and wasn't made aware of that till 5:30-6pm that evening. Then, my husband and I go pick up the vehicle that next morning and I get in the vehicle to start it and the check engine light is on. Which ever service technician worked on it didn't even reset what he needed to reset so David had to take it back to him to make sure that everything was working properly still. I literally question what was even done with my vehicle while it was there for so long if they couldn't even finish the job once I was getting in my car ready to leave the dealership. So as far as recommending you guys for any type of service, I probably wouldn't.

My tires weren t checked, still not level. My car was complete and I asked someone and he said let me go check .but he was always on his phone. Then i was told there was a balance due. There s no customer service at this place unless you re buying a new car. I will never recommend you to anyone. My fluids weren t checked last oil change .I was out of washer fluid last time I drove out of there. You get - stars for me.

Staff was friendly but lack customer service skills. Car went in for warranty work. Said 10-12 hrs.. it took 2 weeks. We never got calls on updates. We had to constantly chase them down and waited for days for a return call. All I wanted was someone to call and give me updates.. is it too much to ask for someone to call and say "hey, sorry to inconvenience you but this or that.." such courtesy NEVER happened. Disappointed in them.

I ve seen bad reviews for this dealer and I m unsure why. I called for a service appointment and got in next day. I was greeted, offered refreshment's, and the staff was very nice and professional which is rare these days.I ve seen other dealerships where you make an appointment and still wait hours. Not here, my vehicle was serviced at the appointment time and I was done within an hour.Overall great experience! Kudos to Aaron (service advisor) for exceptional service.

Came in for a recall after multiple mails from this dealership.After the recall was fixed i had to drive away with ABS failure.They said they haven t touched anything else.Wanted me to pay 800$ to fix it.Clearly the car had no issues when I dropped off.They broke it and want me to pay to fix.Will never go there nor recommend!

Disappointing communication. Left car at 7:30 for oil change. Should have taken about an hour. At 10:30 I hadn't heard anything telling me my car was ready. Called the service associate...no answer. Texted him... no answer. Tried multiple times... nothing. Then I drove over to find my car complete and parked out front. Don't know why service associates cannot be available to answer the phone, or to call when the car is ready. They're not that busy... believe me. Everyone at my company thinks the service department there is terrible and I haven't seen much to change that perception. My service associate was David. I think he needs more training but it seems to be a systemic problem there. Maybe everyone needs it.

I have made three trips Platinum Cadillac in Terrell, Tx. Twice was for service and my initial visit to survey the layout and to observe the staff performance. The staff is awesome! I was met with enthusiasm and a non-aggressive salesperson attitude which was very nice. As for the service department, it was more of the same and they took care of my needs in a timely manner. So far, I am very pleased with my overall experience. Thank you Platinum Cadillac! I will continue to give future updates on future visits.

I scheduled the appt online for oil and filter change. I arrived much earlier as I was in the area after another appt. When they were checking me out I was told they changed the oil and filter and rotated the tires. I said I had not asked for that and had had it done two weeks ago. They removed the charge but now I may have to have it done again. They didn't offer to change them back.

With months long delays getting parts, which was out of their control, they kept us informed and kept us in a loaner car the entire time. An absolute great group to work with. The end result was a flawless car and an overall great experience.

If it wasn t for the extended warranty through them, we wouldn t go. First of all the car we bought has been back in the shop three or four times.. not sure if that s an issue with the car or the service techs not catching everything. Thank goodness we have the extended warranty, it s paid out almost what we paid for the car ! The service is terrible! Everyone nice when you are there, but after you leave no one gives regular updates, you call and can t reach anyone, our car was there from Dec 28- Jan 30! No loaner vehicles, we had to rent a vehicle and call weekly to find out what was going on. To top it off, they don t even wash/ vacuum out the car! We took our Buick to Sewell dealership for a BATTERY CHANGE and they washed and vacuumed it, around our junk! They have too many vehicles to service and not enough techs or support. The lack of care and concern about you as an individual is not there.

It took 1 hr and 40 minutes to change a tire!I was told 20 minutes! Also when I got in my car to go it stunk! If I had not been needed at home I would have gone inside and voiced my displeasure!

Great customer service from Juan in the service department. Beautiful , comfy waiting area & so clean! The table with plug ins for my laptop & coffee made my wait time go by faster. Love that they wash & vacuum my car too!
