Jessie was amazing, he provided the courtesy, customer service, manners, professionalism and product knowledge you just love to find.When we went to the dealership it was Jessie s turn in the rotation, he let us browse undisturbed and greeted us when we went inside to talk about a test drive. We went on a test drive he had my trade ins evaluated and the deal was struck. Jessie made sure everything was perfect help set up OnStar and my phone then walked me through the features on the truck.Platinum Chevrolet with Jessie assisting the best way to buy your next new vehicle.

We had done some shopping around once we had decided on the auto we wanted to purchase. Platinum was a bit of a drive but they had the car we wanted so we made the trip. It was a great experience from the minute we were greeted by Jesse when we walked in and Chris helped out with the sale.The whole process was easy and quick once we worked out the details. It was a no pressure dealership for us which we appreciated. Bought the car and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend checking them out.

Nothing but a seamless process and great service. I've been buying vehicles from Chris Partida and platinum for years and they've taken great care of me and my family. The buying process was extremely quick and easy. No "used car salesman" pressure at all. Any time we've had a vehicle in service Chris has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of and my vehicle is as well. 10/10 reccomend

This was the easiest process ever!!! Justin Manning and Justin Simpson are hands downs the best car salesman I've ever met. Manning was upfront, honest, and didn't try to push us into a vehicle. He made the process easy. He called and let us know how things were going every step of the way. I've been to 2 different dealerships and they should take notes from Platinum.We were in the finance department and met Tyler who walked us through with ease for about 10 minutes and then on our way. Thank you Justin 1&2, Andrew, and all who helped in me getting my dream truck!!!!! When ever I'm in need of a vehicle I'll drive to see you.

My family was strictly doing research. We spoke with a salesman named Jesse by phone. He helped us knowing we were not coming to buy a car. Ended up the vehicle we were researching didn t meet our needs. Jesse offered another option and the price was in our budget thanks to some dealership savings. We ended up with a better vehicle than what we were originally looking at for just a little bit more money. We couldn t be happier with our purchase and our salesman Jesse. He was informative and no pressure salesman we ve ever had. Wonderful experience.

Came in looking to just test drive a corvette. Talked with Chris who did an amazing job explaining the purchase process on this car since it was a higher end vehicle. Showed me some numbers which were way better than expected and worked with me to get what I wanted without raising the cost of the vehicle. All of the employees were super helpful and very nice. I used to sell cars for two years and this was hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I had my brakes changed on my 2022 Silverado 2500 and this is how they were installed by their service department. They forgot to reinstall one of the brake caliper bolts and so it scraped the heck out of the inside of my rear passenger side rim. Thankfully this did not cause me to get in to an accident. The brakes are the most important part of any vehicle and to not have them installed correctly by a professional dealership is very disappointing I have called and left messages and tried to reach out but have not heard back for over 2 weeks now.

I HATE the traditional dealer model, so the Gilchrist Direct website peaked my interest. I was able to find a car and proceed fairly far with the online portal until I ran into an issue with a higher than expected interest rate. The online rep immediately put us in contact with a salesman at the dealership. Over text and quick phone calls, we were able to get the issue resolved. I have a car addiction, and would rate this as probably #3 on my list of easy car deals. It would easily be #2 if not #1 had I not had a trade. Not Platinum's fault, just prevented everything from being done online (as expected). My #1 & #2 dealers were completely online with no trade (Tesla & another Chevy dealer several states away). Leo in sales greeted us when we arrived and Andrew in finance took care of all paperwork (quickly). We were EXTREMELY pleased with both in how down to earth and relatable they were. Even with the drive from Fort Forth, we will definitely look at Gilchrist and especially Platinum Chevrolet in the future when it's time for my next "fix". I can't stress to other dealers enough, a simple, completely online buying experience is a MUST if you want to be competitive in the future. Thanks Leo & Andrew!

Not sure about the other sales persons but I would not recommend Chris! He attempted to upsale me for his own personal gains, so I am looking elsewhere. Please be aware of premiums on MSRP!!! Don t get taken advantage of because they are ready to get over!!

It was a no nonsense transaction. The best experience I have had in buying a new vehicle. There was no trickery involved like many dealerships we have dealt with in the past. The saleslady and the finance department were straightforward with the price as advertised. The saleslady was very helpful in helping me with my educator's discount.

Took a few days to find the right vehicle but I had the right man for the job. Justin Manning was able to guide us into the right car and did so without the pressure you usually get at most dealers. Helped guide us and was extremely patient with every test drive we did and knowledgeable about each car we wanted to look at. It s always nice searching for a vehicle when you don t have a salesman hovering over you trying to upscale you in to a bigger payday. Thank you Justin for being a different breed of salesmen.

I came in on a Monday morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10 am. The service tech informed me that the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours. Great, I agreed.After about an hour the tech approached me about a recall to my heated steering wheel. I asked how long the wait would be he said 1 hour. I agreed. The tech approaches me about 1-2 hours later informing me that they have broken a bolt and that they do not have the part so they have to drive down to Dallas for the part.What could I do at this point? Nothing so I continue to wait. It is 1:10 pm and the tech informed me that they still have not gotten back with the part.At about 2 the tech comes to give me the keys. He says bad news I was annoyed and tired at this point. He tells me that they have broke the steering shaft when fixing the recall. I understand that mistakes happen but seriously.I asked if it is safe to drive and he says it is.I tell him I just want to get out of there because I m 8 months pregnant, hungry and emotional.I drive home feeling unsafe and the steering wheel is very tough.They did not give me a time frame to fix my truck. Not even an apology or offered a rental for their mistake. Overall very disappointed. I just have my truck parked there without being able to use it because I do not want to risk my safety or that of my child.

Mr. Domingo Garcia's customer service is absolutely exceptional and I would not be surprised if he makes upper management soon. I have to say that my experience at Platinum Chevrolet was short and to the point. Finally a great customer oriented experience! I had almost lost hope with humanity. A sincere thank you and I will definitely be back!

So sales people managment were great.But. I bought used truck definitely had miles . . Going home alternator goes out. Going home.l!! That night!! So replaced that oh the next day trucks having transmission problems. Now I got take in to get look at haven't had the truck a weekend. Not even 2 days.I just thought being a certified used car lot there technicians would of actually looked it over and certified it . My first time buying nicer vehicle from a dealership ever in my life, just very disappointed and now I got take it somewhere to get it fixed. First week.I like the people inside but think there techs, need to do a way better job .. especially when the sign says certified used cars.Apologies for the bad review I never try to leave one heavy disappointed. On how I had the truck less than a week less than 200 mile and it's going to a shop.Now I did buy it with good amount of mile n it being older . I expected some work . Accessories ect. but right of the bat. Transmission feels like I got screwed. N worked over .
