Chose to have my car repaired here after another shop estimated 2 1/2 months for repairs. Optimum had my car fixed and back to me in under 3 weeks! My car looks as good as when it was new. Very happy with the quality of work and the customer service is outstanding. Lots of communication kept me up to date every step of the way. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely loved Preston! Communication is 10/10. Which was amazing during this stressful time. I didn't have to call a million times and wait on hold to talk him, he always returned calls super quickly!3 months after the fact I realized a problem, and within an hour he had parts order. I can not praise him enough for his great work

Working with Preston was the ideal interaction with a representative of an auto body shop. I received twice weekly updates in regard to the status of my vehicle. Accurate estimates and made aware of any possible delays with updates to all ETAs. While my SUV is still new, I picked up my car cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was not in the work up and at free of charge. Also, all weather mats were placed in the front and back seat area, which was a very nice touch. Customer service was phenomenal and I really felt heard during the whole process! I do highly recommend this auto body/repair shop for any repairs you need! Thank you to the whole team!

They got my truck in and out as promised. Other guys fault so they offered to secure me a rental car but I didn t need one. I knew it was more than the ins estimate and they took care of that. No frills, dropped it off, they took care of everything, and fix was good as new!

From the moment they got our vehicle they kept us updated! They tried calling but the calls didn t come through, so they d text us. Our car was towed there due to an accident, so you d think the insurance company would keep us updated. That s a laugh! Our adjuster even went on vacation without warning and no one knew who we could reach out to. Not Optimum! They would text at least once a week sometimes more. If we had questions we d text and it didn t take long before we got a response. We live miles away but if we ever need a body shop we ll go to them, no question. Not the mention you can t tell the car was wrecked!!

Optimum Collison did awesome job and went above and beyond. The staff was very professional and helpful. There was always a staff member who called me weekly to give me a update on my vehicle and a date when my vehicle would be ready. When my vehicle was ready I was called promptly, when I arrived a professional walked me out to my vehicle and explained everything that was done to my vehicle and the lifetime warranty and if I had any problems please call and it would be taken care of.Service: Painting

I received excellent customer service from Optimum Collision. They repaired damages, that I received from a car wreck. The paint and body work was very good as well. We had Optimum work on our Kia as a result of a rear end collision. They kept us informed about progress on repairs, and let us know what they were working on. When finished our vehicle looked great, and they were courteous and informative about their work. Definitely a great place for body work on your vehicle. Had an accident in my 2020 F-150. Took awhile to get it in to work on. But the results was worth it. They dealt with my insurance company and kept me up dated through the whole process. Replaced the front driver fender, the head light and blended the door from a collision.The truck looked brand new. the work was perfect. Optimum Collision did a great job with my truck. I had a small dent in my front bumper on a brand new vehicle. Marcos and his team did as amazing job getting me new bumper parts, painting, and installing any parts that were damaged. Ten out of ten would recommend or go back to optimum collision. The windshield, blinker cover & side grill needed to be replaced from road debris damage. I took it to Optimum Collision. They kept the car to check out damage. Eric called to advise parts needed were 3 weeks on back order so I went to get my car until parts were in. I was trying to avoid the extra expense of a rental. Well parts came in less than 3 weeks & Eric followed up to advise bring my car in. They had the car just 2 days & Eric called me to let me know my car was ready! When I went in to pick up my car, Eric went over the repairs. I had a concern on a signal coming up on my dash. Eric went the extra step & checked it out to make sure something wasn t damaged. It ended up being an alert that I needed to see! Eric is awesome. He is professional, personable & kept me up-to-date each step of the way! I wouldn t hesitate to use Optimum Collision if I ever need work done again. Also thank you to the repair guy that I didn t meet.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done by Optimum collision. The manager Preston kept me informed about every step that was taking place.There was a delay due to a shortage of the necessary parts and materials and he assured me they were on it until the work was finished.After seeing the completion I highly recommend this company for any of your paint and or collision needs.
