My husband paid for a parking spot on Friday. Saturday morning he dropped a loaded trailer in his assigned parking space. Sunday morning when we went to pick up the trailer, it had sunk into the ground. When we addressed it with lady over parking, said she thought she told him that they had pallets to give to people because the ground is too soft. How do you think you told someone something? She never told us this as we would have never dropped a loaded trailer there. My husband has been driving trucks for over 10 year s he s not new to this. He paid almost $400 to get his trailer towed and they wouldn t even discount his parking for the inconvenience they caused with having a soft yard and not informing truckers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! POOR PARKING YARD, POOR COMMUNICATION, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great group of guys and the receiponist is one of the nicest ladies. They replaced my cable on my roll up door and provided an estimate for some upcoming maintenance on box. Came in to have both cables replaced they advised only one needed to be replaced and doing the other was a waste of time. Appreciate the honesty, service and customer service. Thanks Olympic

Great bunch of people here. Friendly and professional.They do mobile service on a lot of my company s trailers. Service has been fast; they understand the needs of the industry.As for vehicle inspections, they do a thorough inspection. This doesn t entail a lot of nitpicking and nonsense though. If it s broken and needed, they ll point it out. I wouldn t hesitate to let them work on my truck either, although I ve yet to have the need.Thanks guys! Keep up the good work, it s appreciated!

Had trailer issue. Fast fast response. Fixed and cheaper than any other mobile repair I ve ever used.GREAT SERVICE!!! GREAT RATES!If you are ever broken down around DFW call these guys. Highly recommend

I needed a repair on a company trailer at a drop and hook customer. Cornelio was on site from Olympic Trailer doing inspections on our dropped trailers. He finished his job and had the authorization waiting for Him to do the work. He completed the work in a timely manner. Only costing me less then a hour of time. Job well done in the way service should be.

Ricardo was awesome. When I pulled up, told him the problem, he pretty much jumped on it right away. This guy is a true professional in my eyes. He would always ask if I was satisfied with his work. That is someone who takes pride in what they do. Thanks Ricardo.

I needed a repair on a company trailer at a drop and hook and Cornelio was already there working on our company trailers. He fixed my problem and had me back rolling in no time. Professional service in a timely manner.

Needed trailer inspection with a couple of minor repairs at the Landstar yard, Ricardo Cruz took care of everything quickly and professionally. The icing on the cake was that he patiently answered a bunch of my (stupid) driver questions, and taught me a few things. Highly recommended!

Spent $4500.00 getting my trailer painted and they didn't even have enough sense to remove the 800 how's my driving decal off the back doors, they just painted over it. Second, it looks like it was painted outside, as there is dirt in the paint. I do not recommend this company!

These guys can do very basic work on your trailers or equipment. And they don't do that well. We have taken our trailer business all the way across Dallas to a reputable company. Olympic just failed us too many times. If you have dry vans or flatbeds you might be okay. If you have any specialty or specific trailers, just forget it! Goodbye Olympic.

My trailer had multiple electrical issues,mechanic Ricardo Cruz from Olympic ,very speedy & knowledgeable guy.very precisely He fixed all .thank you , I would definitely recommend Richardo from Olympic , very good company !
