First time at this location and they had everything I needed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, more than one associate asked me if I needed assistance. I was in and out within a few minutes but I was very satisfied with my visit. Keep up the great work.

I always like this place, of course. I'm a Chevy guy. But when I need a part that day. Sometimes I do have to go down to the other guys. I've seen different Employees over 10 years. All of them have always been really knowledgeable.

Last week my truck's engine line came on. My truck got stuck in the middle of the parking lot. These amazing employees all came outside and did everything they could to help me out.Thanks to Amanda , Artavius, David , Benjamin for jump starting and pushing my truck to a parking spot. District Manager Randy came to the rescue and figured out the issue. When I got my battery replaced that morning, they didn t tighten up the wires attached to the battery and that s why my truck broke down. This is the best store I ve ever been to and they go above and beyond. I hope these employees get recognized!

Came in for a dead battery on my truck. Service was great, got a new battery and Artavious was nice enough to install it for us. These guys always take the time to help you out.

I need 2 taill gate lights . They didn't have them in stok, and I have to order them . I got my parts 2 days earlier. Very good service. Thank you, guys

Great and reliable place for all your auto needs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They tested my alternator and told me it was bad, but we won t hold that against them lol. They allowed me to leave my broke down vehicle there for awhile and charged my battery after I was done replacing my alternator in their parking lot.

Is there anyway to hire an employee that has had friendly customer service training?There has been many times I walk in with no one else in the store besides 2 sometimes 3 employees at the desk acting like I'm not even their, no hello, no welcome, no well be right with you, they didnt even bother looking up to acknowledge a human being has walked in the building?I would imagine if I was the owner I would like my employees to treat the people paying my bills a little nicer.

Needed wiper blades and couldn't remove my old ones. An associate installed them for me at no extra charge. Very happy.

As always, this is a great place thought the chain! Always clean and well organized! The staff are great folks whith a welth of knowledge and are eager to help! I recommend anyone who has mechanical issues.

Went in yesterday. Looking for a part. Saw 3 employees walking around. One employee made eye contact but still went to the back room. One man came out. Asked me what I needed. But then went back to helping another customer. I got skipped over by next employee that came to the counter. I finally gave up. I made my purchase through Amazon. If you go here good luck.

They get five stars even though they did not stock the part I needed because they have Mack as a salesman....he made sure we got our urgent repair taken care of even though he did not get the same. Best parts man in town.

After looking around town for a certain part that was hard to find I finally stopped in at O'Reilly's automotive in Terrell Texas on Moore Street, the parts counter people were very helpful and helping me find what I needed, very very knowledgeable, and the assistant manager there Pam Gibson was very helpful and explained everything to me, I'm a customer for life.

Employees refused to help me figure out what i needed. The manager told me they were short handed and pretty much couldnt help me out. Went to NAPA and was treated very well and got the things i needed with a little help from the clerk. Thank you NAPA!!!

Wow, how sad. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF you are needing help close to closing time and you still have approx 60 miles home with only one headlight on some very dark, curvy and winding roads.My brother went into the store a short while before closing tonight and there were a couple if customers ahead if him. He waited his turn and told the young man Bill that he needed a headlight bulb for his work truck and gave him the information. Bill then fumbled around and finally figured out a bulb and gave it to my brother. My brother then told him he needed to put it on the company charge account. Bill couldn't find the company account in the computer, so my brother called my husband to get the info. My husband asked my brother to hand his cell phone to Bill so he could explain that he needed to download the account. By now it is 9:03 pm. Bill hung up the phone instead of talking to my husband, so my husband called the store's commercial line and no one would answer after a good 5 minutes of ringing.My brother then says I need to go get my money out of the truck to pay for this since you can't find account. He went out to get his money and when he went to go back in and pay, an older man that had been there the whole time and heard everything told him "Sorry, we are closed" and wasn't going to let him in. Finally, they let him in to pay and guess what? After all that, it's the wrong bulb.I sure hope nothing happens to him on his way home or a deer runs in front of him and he can't see it, cause I will hold you personally responsible.I guess customer service and just the genuine caring for another human beings safety just doesn't matter to some people. What a shame.

Needed rotors for my 97 Honda Accord an they had them in stock to where all the other parts stores I called had to order them an I had to have them right away an didn't have time to wait.

Kyle the manager was absolutely amazing! Not only did he help me find the correct part but he put it in for me also. Which fixed my ac on a really hot day in Texas!

Went there sat. Morning on the 13th of April to get windshield wipers and it was raining a little bit and the men in there said they did not know how to install the wiper blades . What a joke. Auto zone from now on. You can't fix laziness.

Guy was super helpful. Was able to look up exactly what I needed for multiple vehicles. Their brand of DEF was HALF the price of Blue.

Best auto parts store in Terrell hands down! Be sure and ask for d short for Dustin! That boy knows his stuff! And if he doesn't, he won't fill you full of BS!

Had to jump the car off on a sunday at 7:30pm needed a battery. Saw that the nearest automotive store was oreillys in terrell was the only that closed at 9pm so drove over there walked in was helped immediatly by stephen, he helped us test the battery on the car found out it was bad went back in bought a battery and he installed it for us. He never seemed to mind installing the battery i was unaware they can put them on for you because i asked for tools and he said, "dont worry about it sir we can put it on for you." Superb customer service.
