Called for parts on Friday, was told they didn't have them in at that very moment but could have them available for pick up Saturday morning at opening. Just as stated, the parts were there upon arrival. Meet to wonderful gentlemen with a welcoming personalities.

This place is incredible. The most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with at an auto parts store. Its like stepping into a time machine and going to a hometown shop where the people were friendly, actually knew what they were talking about, and gave you quick expert service. No one I'd recommend more for auto parts

This great family owned business is the way all businesses should still be. They will go the extra mile to help you and usually have better parts than the big chain stores. Cant go wrong doing business with them

I have used Walt s Napa in Terrell for years. I buy almost all of my paint and now body filler from Walt s.If you need help, Mark and Bill are always willing to go above and beyond. Mark helped us out when another well known Paint Supply company wouldn t stand behind their product and came up short on the customer service end as well. But Mark came in and worked with us to find a solution for our business as well as our customer.I m so thankful for Mark and Bill and all the guys at Walt s Napa in Terrell. Very helpful... i visited Autozone, O'Reillys and Napa on this day. The 2 others were of no help whatsoever but the gentleman at Napa was very helpful and was able to help me get the repairs i needed. Thank you so much!!!

Mark and the other white guy that works there (Lonnie or Donnie mabey? I'm horrible with names) are awesome. Never had service like that at any AutoZone or O'Riley's.... Had a wheel come off my boat trailer, burnt/ate up both hub bearings, seal and lost axle/castle nut. They popped both raceways out of old hub, Mark took half a glance at them and was able to identify exactly what size and part number I needed without looking in the computer. The other guy put the new raceways in the hub and explained how to pack the bearings. Mark wasn't sure exactly which seal I needed but narrowed it down to two and let me leave the store with both to check. Mark new exactly which axel nut I needed just by me telling him it was a trailer. I'm am extremely grateful for all thier help and hope they read this. These guys know thier sh**. Will be giving my local Napa all of my business from now on...

Mark Dickerson and everyone who work here has extensive knowledge both mechanically and in parts as well. Not to mention a friendly group of folks. I go here for all my parts.

Although I hate going there because of all the dead animals that "decorate" the walls, the staff is knowledgeable and they often have items that the other auto parts stores don't.

Although I shop at many Auto Parts stores, NAPA is my favorite. They are dependable and have great customer service.
