I've had lots of work done here. They are rude. The lady in the office tells you don't start with her she's already in a mood. Any questions you ask they come back with additude. If I could give no stars I would. I have never seen a company ran so badly. Took my vehicles back more then I should.

Left vehicle on a Thursday. Had to call them on Monday and was told it was in diagnostics which was all we were told. Called again on Tuesday and was told the same thing. Called Wednesday and asked man on the phone to go ask the mechanic. He called me back and gave me a story that his mechanic won t tell him what he s doing or if he found out anything. I said what kind of business would accept that. He said you got me. He then tells me what mechanic was doing and it should be done before closing. We finally went up there and actually saw the mechanic in the truck leaving for a test drive. Spoke to him and he was nice and explained everything he did to it. I went in office again and spoke to same man. I told him I found our phone call was offensive brushing me off telling me a bunch of bull! He never apologized but gave some excuse that he was joking. I told him joking with a woman he doesn t know saying those things was very offensive.Our biggest complaint was they NEVER called us. He said it was because there was nothing to tell us.Vehicle was not fixed. We won t be going back since we were treated badly. I would have given only one star but went up to two because mechanic was very nice.

I called about a week ahead of time and asked if I could get some work done on my car and if it was okay if I brought my own parts. I was able to get the parts I needed at a better price than they wanted to charge me (about $80 less). Day of the appointment I brought my car in and told them the parts were in the trunk for them to install. They said that was fine and I left. There was some confusion because when I came back to pick the car up they ended up using their own parts and charged me the full price. They still did a great job as always and were fast so overall I am happy, just a little disappointed they used the wrong parts and I had to eat the $80 difference plus go return the other parts at the store.

The mechanic I have used for years finally retired. I spoke with a friend and they recommended martin's. This was without a doubt the cleanest, fastest, friendliest mechanic I have ever encountered. All employees were kind and courteous. Martin's now has a new lifelong regular. THESE GUYS ROCK!!!

We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation for this shop when we moved to town 8 years ago and they are absolutely the best! They are worth their weight in gold! All of our cars, all of our friends and all of my clients are referred to Martin's Automotive and Repair Shop! Honest as the day is long and are always fair!

If you want anything done the day of. This is not the place to go. So I did that. Made an appointment for the following week. Then the time of the appointment comes and I m waiting an hour for a front end alignment. Just to finally be told there s a car almost done on alignment machine. Car looks nowhere close to being done. Mechanics have no urgency to finish vehicles. Boss man spent more money on the looks of the inside and outside of the shop than his people working for him. If you think about taking your vehicle here. Just find another place.

We scheduled an appointment for an auto alignment. the day of the appointment we arrive and we re told we have to wait until someone gets there to assign the job to the mechanic. we waited 45 minutes (8:30-9:15) and no progress was ever made. no updates were ever provided to us either on when to expect someone to start working on it. we were asked if we wanted to drop it off and come back and get it but that kind of defeats the point of having an appointment for faster service. seems they schedule appointments then just forget about them.

It s not often that you go to a mechanic shop expecting to pay a couple of hundred dollars, only to be told that you don t need all the repairs you thought you did. I am so impressed with this automotive repair shop!!! They did an amazing job in such a unbelievable time and the shop is so well maintained and the staff there is amazing at their customer service! The price was astonishing compared to the service!!! Thank you Martin's automotive! You definitely have a returning client!

I have a rock my vehicle in for an inspection the price was $139After they sent me the estimate to fix the vehicle, I declined the service and then the bill went up to $409 for a diagnosticAfter I called and explain the situation, they told me that they had to take a couple more hours to diagnose the car, even though I did not approve any more hours or time into the vehicleThey spoke to the owner and the owner agreed for me to pay $270 even though that s crazy it is more than twice than what I agree forI don t recommend this placeStay away !Service: General repairs & maintenance

We Absolutely love this place~ Joe and his shop take such amazing care of me and my Mom. We know we will be treated like family, fairly and honestly. They do phenomenal work, and are efficient and considerate- always keeping us informed of the time frame and details. Cannot recommend them enough!

Since I came to the Dallas area, seven years ago, I have missed my hometown mechanic and have always been at a loss when it comes to needing repairs to my truck. I ended up at Martin's Automotive Repair through a series of referrals. They were friendly, in a great location for me, honest, reasonable, and fast! What more could one ask for! I was so pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Martin's. We had our starter replaced, which failed about a year later. They honored the warranty, even though the warranty had just expired. We had to have the car towed to get to them, and they actually delivered the car back to our house for no additional charge. They definitely garnered my wife's appreciation and mine, and have our trust.

Back in March my wife and I were looking to purchase a van. We thought we had the perfect van picked out, and it seemed like it ran great, but we took it to Martin's for them to take a look (since this was a $15K+ vehicle we were purchasing), and long story short Martin's saved us from buying that van which had tons of rust on the bottom of it. Returned that van to the dealer and ended up buying a different van from a different dealer (and one that Martin's looked at and found nothing major wrong). We are so happy with their service and will be returning for our other automotive work.

First time here on a recommendation. I can say we have found out new mechanic.i knew exactly what was wrong with my car but didn't mention it at drop off so I could see what they would say. They diagnosed the car honestly and perfectly and it was ready in no time.5 star service all the way!

I can't say enough about these folks. After my aged VW camper broke down in a nearby town, I found them by their AAA rating, and it turned out they knew exactly how to fix the problems I had--and for a reasonable price. Not only that, but because I had to leave the van and rush 1,000 miles home for a funeral, the owner's wife drove us a total of at least 40 miles to find our rental car after that company mixed up the reservation. Not part of their regular service offerings, I'm sure--just a kindhearted person willing to go the extra miles--literally. AND Joe let me leave the van there for a few weeks till I had enough free days to pick it up and drive home. I can't imagine better service!

The folks at Martin's are so very helpful! We started bringing our vehicles here about a year ago, and could not be happier with their service! The ladies in the office are super friendly and eager to answer any questions you may have. The office is clean, even the bathrooms are nice, which is a rarity for an auto shop. They offer pick-up & drop-off service. They have picked up my car fom my place of business, worked on it while I was on the job, then dropped it back off in the parking lot for me at the end of the day. They have also given me a ride to work, when dropping the car off prior to starting my day. Our most recent trip involved replacing the bearings in our wheels, I thought we needed to replace both wheels, but instead of performing & charging me for the unnecessary repairs, they told me it could wait awhile. Which was very nice & honest of them! I wil never take my car to another place for service. These guys are just too good to be true, & I have recommended them to everyone I know.
